Ingredients:
(Yields 4 servings of salad as a main course)
- 1 head of romaine lettuce
- 1 organic lemon
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 cucumber
- about 10-15 strawberries
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper
- 50-100 g arugula
- about 100 g blueberries
- 1/2 red onion
- a handful of almonds or other nuts of your choice
- 100-150 g feta cheese
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste

Sie meinte, sie könnte sich nicht vorstellen, wie diese Kombination von Zutaten schmecken würde.
