Amartya Bhattacharya I think he had taken the photo without anything in the way then cropped it to fit into the space the monitor occupied as his wallpaper
It is bascially taking a very good photo of the scene in full, import it to lightroom or similar to adjust for the lens effect, exposure, shadows...etc. so it appears just like the actually view to your eye while projected on the screen, and finally crop the photo carefully to fill the block. PS isn't really necessary, unless you want some special effects.
that effect must have taken him a lot fiddling around to get right.

I don't personally prioritize the whole smaller form factor or noise as my go to, but I can appreciate what it is and does for certain folks that want that sort of environment. I don't really care much about how loud something is unless it's obnoxious, then I'd consider the quieter option. Maybe when I'm a little older I might want that piece and quiet. These showcases were really nice though. I loved all of them for what they were and what they offered in terms of just aesthetic flavors. Great video as always

He usually plays on low settings and Overwatch is very well optimised and not that demanding.

A fanless desktop build, only passive cooled, would be really cool! Just for some light and basic work. I've seen some passive cooled systems which actually had nice performance still. Although powerful PCs like the Mac Pro are that silent that it probably won't make a big difference? Would still be cool :)

Galandr yes. Get an after market cooler. 90 can shorten the life span of your processor.

It's not that uncommon for budget gaming laptops....the manufacture just pushes the throttle temp. a bit higher than normal. From what I know as long as it performs well and not crashing it's fine. 93 and up would probably be a little too high tho

wanting small and quiet isn't weird. mid tower and full tower cases are dinosaurs and only useful if custom watercooling is your thing. Most people don't need or want that. SFF cases and systems can be just as powerful, reasonably overclockable on air and can be more affordable depending on your options. small and quiet is the way to go.
