Hi. Quick question. It says I have 15,473 splice sounds which is accurate, but how do I only import certain files. I don't want to clutter my Force or SD card with every sample I've ever downloaded.
Akai force-How to loop a pad within a drum track/note mode/pads/sample edit> shift>loop For live jam session. Only worked once. I created mute groups for the pick up, but it has only worked once. I have firmware 3.0.5
I think, an update to the workflow is due now. I should be able to browse from Force and download right away. There is a strong disconnect when you first have to download on thr computer and then back to sync on Forxd.

you should be able to as i explored, but free 3m sub is minimal plan, so some amount of sound you can get. Did not start my 3m Make sure to stop Splice sub after a week if no using or will get charged for doing nothing there :)
Awesome presenter. Akai give us a teacher thoug. Somebody who goes through the steps from 1 to 10. The 5 to 10 leaves us asking questions. This is good for demonstrating the force but not cool when we trying to learn
Look it up on youtube.This is 1 specific lesson On how to use splice with the Force. There are plenty of other videos out there that go into the other features
@@digitaldiezel5870 my brain fail to understand the need of analog audio export from advanced standalone technology :) besides i like stems to mess with them sidechain and all great things. But yes, I recorded a track to iPad .. just to be able to listen the thing thru. I would just export it into SD card and stick into car next morning, but AKAI limits us from doing things in simple ways lol :D
The real catch, yes, you will be able to "use" collected sample during trial or paid subscription but managed by yourself. The COPY and all neat wireless INTEGRATION with Force thing is enforced by you keep paying monthly bill to Splice :D No way! I stopped home phone and TV services long time back :P Splice gonna be dead soon, who likes monthly bills?!?!
I hope Force 2 will have more RAM inside. Right now the memory isn't enough for heavy projects.

Can that type of function still be used without "Splice"? Seems there's enough sounds in the device to get started with at least..right?

I’ve just got Force but I can’t see Splice. I’m on firmware 3.0.0 and haven’t updated yet. Must i do this first?

I didn’t think I’d like splice but I love now, it’s pretty rad.

samprock I just run the finished product through Ableton on a stereo mix bus and record. 😎😉 It sounds great!

samprock I didn’t think I’d like it but I do haha. You do get to keep your sounds even if you cancel
I noticed the loops don't warp (sync) properly when the subscription is inactive. Bummer.
