i think people confuse the term UX designers and UX researchers, Research team consists of designers, experts(doctors, lawyers etc..), scientists, psychologists, and engineers even researchers has to conclude their research via product testing, designers can only help in exicutions. CREATING A UX isn't entirely a designers job but improving upon it can be one of the job. Thats what I can understand rightnow!!
Noooowww it made more sense to me... I fell in love with UX you know... But learning the tool... Is such a pain.. I felt like dammit why am I Expected to do UI also.. but this makes sense to me.. but now I am also a little worried hahahahahah... Because of UI, I am still confident with UX even though I haven't become proficient in that.. nut UI eh.. but my brain says probably this is because I have not practiced UI much.. all I need is a little practice with the tool. You knwo what, nothing in this world is easy... And also nothing is difficult. That's the lesson I have learned.. AFTER switching my career 🙂🤣
