[01:21:12] The RAF CEO is proud of reducing the short-term debt from 19.6 billion to less than 9 billion through cost-cutting measures.- The short-term debt was initially 19.6 billion before being reduced.
    - The goal was to have the debt at 51 billion but it was decreased instead.
    - Interventions and cost-cutting measures led to the reduction in debt.
    - The CEO acknowledges the support received from the minister, board, and the public.
[01:37:27] The CEO talks about his career journey, starting from working with mentors in the private sector to his roles in the Department of Public Enterprises and the Department of Transport.- Worked with mentors including Daniel M, who was CEO of UPSA and now chairperson of Netbank.

    - Led projects such as securitizing the home loan book of Eskom and unbundling SAA from Transnet.
[01:53:41]The Road Accident Fund operates on a cash economy where they dispense money for assistance to people impacted by accidents.-

    - The organization has seen positive responses from South Africans after simplifying forms and opening a call centre.
    - A 93% success rate has been achieved in guiding people on the new processes.

A leader that the RAF needed. The RAF has been a play ground for a lot of professionals (attorneys, medical experts, etc). Wish it was live so we could ask some questions to the CEO.

I have never seen a public servant as committed to his or her duty like Mr Collins Letsoalo. It gives us hope that some of our institutions are not in incapable hands. It is shocking to listen to part 1 all the corruption which includes Judges, the issue of Judicial independence remains a thorn, not only that but to see the web of such corruption in part 2 is just mindblowing.
Keep up the fight Mr Collins never give in, even when the big forces fight against you. Remain an activist for the rule of Law and a corrupt free state.

Collins Letsoalo is good at his job in South Africa we need more of black professionals like him who got high moral and committed to the course. But for me what standout is what is telling people of South Africa that the judicial is captured and corrupt, lawyers and big law companies are corrupt to the core. RAF is in good hands I salute him big up brother.
