Well today is my “Begin Again” day and I’m convinced my Spirit Guides dropped your video in my feed 😊 I am an anything sweet binger. I’m 68yrs old. Have had problems with my weight and sweets for probably all of my adult life. I’m about 70lbs overweight and on my 5’3” frame that’s a lot. My Hubby passed away last year and I came to care 24/7 for my 96yr old Dad who has severe Lewy Body dementia. I’m bingeing more & more now and I just know if I don’t stop I’ll be 300lbs in no time. I started walking years back but binge so much on sweets it cancels all my efforts. I have to walk indoors now because I can’t leave dad alone, so I downloaded a walking tracker and set my goal at 10k per day building up from there. I normally do 7-8k steps per day looping through the house and back yard. My kids & grands are adults and I’d like to see my grandkids grow & have their own families. And personally I would like to feel alive & healthy again. I’m so tired of being fat & sluggish. Thank you for sharing your story with us 🙏🏽✨🌺
Hello and thank you so much for your very open and heart touching story that you shared with me. It sounds like you've had a really rough year and my condolences for your loss. I can't imagine how awful it must be. And then have to care for your dad on top of that is a lot to put on your shoulders. As far as binging, I just put out a video about bingeing and maybe that will help you a little bit. A lot of bingeing was just a matter of needing to keep my hands busy and my mind occupied. I realize that this would be a key element in my success and to this day I credited to these tactics. I also incessantly and do everything I can to deal with the emotions behind the eating. Does that make sense to you? If you take a look at what's making you feel like you need to eat it will help. Usually it's more than just a bad habit. Let me know your thoughts on what I've said, and I welcome any questions. Any suggestions or future videos that you're curious about as well. I'm happy to share when I know from my own experience with you. 😇
@@easterellen thank you so much for the thoughtful reply. Ive made it through today eating healthy no sweets. Got my 10k steps in. So tomorrow is another day. Dad is tucked in bed now so im going to do the same. I have to try to sleep when he does lol. I am an emotional eater, so lots to work on here. 😑I’ll go watch your video on bingeing. In fact, im going to watch them. All. Woot! I’m doin this. For sure. 🌺🙏🏽
Hello, thank you for your reply. I am so happy to hear that you're making some really healthy choices for yourself and taking the steps forward that you need to take. Believe it or not making that decision is actually the hardest part. If we wait to feel ready, we never are. Get all the sweets out of your house and anything else you would binge on or turn to emotionally and that will help and then since you're watching the videos, I can tell you there's a lot of strategies in there to help you get through those moments. I'm so excited to hear about your progress but remember don't weigh yourself for the first few weeks. Try a month and then see how you do. If you focus on your weight only every day you're going to be discouraged but if you wait a month, you will see that there will be a positive difference. Remember it's a day at a time one step at a time improvement at a time and every little bit adds up. 😇
I so believe this too!! Her video was in my feed and i have never seen her videos before!! I am a new sub now and her story hit me hard!! First off, I am so sorry to hear about your husband...and now taking care of your dad...that is a lot to be going through! Prayers for your heart...My dad died in 2015 from Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma...My husband and i moved in so i could take care of him in 2013 till he passed in 2015...The hardest but i don't regret it for i would have never knew him as much as i learned so much at that time...This time is hard for you but honestly you will look back and be glad....That being said, my mom passed in 2022 and she was diagnosed with Dementia and my sister who is 4 yrs older , had been living with her for years so i knew she had someone there....we went to Mexico in oct and were there when she passed in nov....that was devastating for it was not expected ....That is the worst...I am still in morning some days are better than others....Dementia is hard for the patient and very hard when its your own family member for they are not who they use to be...Hugs and prayers for strength to you...but for your dad i thank you for all you are doing for him! So glad this video came into your news feed also! You and i are the same height!....last time i weighed myself i was 213 and at my lowest weight i was 162 , which is not what they say is the correct weight for my height but i felt good and healthy with energy. At that weight i was doing weight training and very muscular also...so i would be happy to get that back!...If you can do it, walk out the front door and just walk! start with a few blocks and as for me when i was taking care of my dad, i hated leaving him so i did not go long....but a few blocks would be healthy for both of you! Take care of you and if this video did what it did for me, i can see us both getting back our health !! Huge hugs and Love i am sending you!🤗💚💜🙏🙏🙏
oh my goodness that is amazing to hear! What did you think at the end? And if you're on your weight loss journey, I hope you find your way to my channel and find some inspiration and hope from the strategies and coping mechanisms that I put in place to handle my own emotions as I was on my weight loss journey and have kept up since then.
Hello Tanya, thank you so much for your very beautiful comment. You actually put a smile in my heart and made me remember how important it is to put myself out there, even though it can be uncomfortable because I still feel a little bit of shame for where I was before. But when I know I've touched somebody's heart or when I've given someone hope it is completely worth it. So thank you again for your congratulations and your kindness. Please feel free to stop by anytime, I truly would value your input your feedback in any questions you may have.
Hi there thank you so very much for your very kind and encouraging comment. You are so right… I was hiding cookies I was hiding treats, but I sure wasn't hiding my meat and vegetables lol the funniest thing is I did taste sugar in my coffee just simply under curiosity several months ago and although it tasted good for half a seco, the second I swallowed my coffee. I felt this disgusting chemical taste in my mouth! I was speechless and did not expect that. So just goes to show that perhaps there's more poison in it than we realize. I'm really happy of made the change and don't miss it at all… Ever.
Your story is my story. I did the same thing. I was depressed, hated life, and food was my only joy. I was 240 at my highest and now I’m 187. Was 178 but have lost track of what is important so have gained some. I’m getting back to focusing on my health. Than you for sharing.
Hi Gina, you have so much too celebrate with how much weight you've already lost! I'm so proud of you when I hear this and makes me smile. It is so important to focus on your health and so important to stay positive and kind to yourself. I know when we yo-yo up and down, we can be really hard on ourselves. I would welcome you to my channel as I have a lot of videos that can help put you in the right direction as far as motivation and purpose what steps to take first how to deal with your emotions when they come, and you feel off, how to start some mobility in your life and many other suggestions that I have. I have so many that my head is filled with them and I can't get my videos out fast enough to share them lol. I look forward to hearing about your progress and staying in touch, please.
Thank you so much for your story. I grew up eating anything i wanted and stayed skinny until my world of weight gain started. I am 62yrs old 5'5" and 244 lbs. Type 2 diabetes high cholesterol. Also no thyroid now. Ive had multiple surgeries on my right foot one of which was a toe amputation. Im a nurse in a nursing facility on my feet all but a half hour for lunch. By the end of shift i cant wait to get home shower and just sit with my feet up. I live alone so eat when and what i want. Im going to start today my day off and walk around my block, drink more water and eat with purpose instead of boredom or emotion. Again thank you.
I am also a nurse in a very busy, understaffed CVICU. I hardly ever get a real meal break because every single nurse is so slammed just trying to care for their own patients that they really can’t realistically watch your patients too. So I graze and stuff junk in my mouth all day as I go from patient to patient. I am so tired. My knees and feet hurt so badly from the 80 pounds I need so desperately to lose. But I still stress eat junk. I’m going to try my best to start putting myself first and take care of my health because this job is going to be the death of me 😭
I just wanted to come on here and tell you, my situation is almost the same as yours. I was very thin 5'4", 110 lbs, until the age of 39. I couldn't gain weight. The only time I did is when I got pregnant and within a month after giving birth, it fell back off. Twice I gained 50 lbs while pregnant. Then poof, it was gone. At 39, I had to have a historectomy. The first year after, I gained 40 lbs. Within 5 years after, I was 75 lbs heavier than my original weight. No hormone therapy. My OBGYN told me my now heaviness and extra large breasts are because of a hormone imbalance. Taking estrogen is not an option due to the weight gain it induces. I m still struggling to live in this "new" body. It's been 20 years and the most I've been able to lose is 40 lbs, but it doesn't stay off. I practically have to starve myself to lose any weight. I don't eat cookies, cakes, ice cream, candy. I'm fact I eat fruit, vegetables and protein. I stay away from sugar. Minimal carbs. Life is not fair sometimes. But regardless of my body, I'm happy and am so blessed to have Jesus to hold my hand through my struggles. I haven't given up. Just one day at a time. Blessings.
@terrirodriguez6137 Hi Terri, thank you for sharing your very kind comment with me. I really feel inspired by your story and the fact that you're willing to move forward despite the challenges that you have. I apologize for the late response, but I started a course this week, which is far more work heavy than I had anticipated. So I'm catching up today and tomorrow. I would think about maybe employing some type of movement into your time at home. It's not the best feeling to just get home and sit down. Because we make ourselves feel like we're unproductive when that's probably not true considering the job you have but it's inspiring to get up and do something. Maybe try what I do and just dance for 20 minutes or so. It is so effective in changing your headspace and changing your mood, and it gives your body some release of the tension that you have at work as well as burning those calories! There are so many benefits that I can't even list them. But when I'm off and I'm at home I either go for a walk or I just dance for anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour and a half depending on the day. As far as you're eating, I know it sounds impossible, but it's very doable. I'm so glad that you feel encouraged to start moving forward and doing the walks and drinking the water. It's been a few days so I hope that you can get back to me and let me know that you are doing well. I welcome any questions you may have or feedback. Welcome to my channel and this lovely community and I look forward to hearing from you.
@maureenmukhlis2934 hi Maureen thank you so very much for your very in-depth comment and for sharing for me where you are. I'm glad that you have found some inspiration. Putting yourself first and loving yourself and being kind to yourself is the best start you can make. When you realize that you matter your health matters, your well-being matters and your emotional and spiritual health mat, it will make such a big difference. Being on your feet all day I'm sure the thought of doing any exercise is daunting so I would encourage you to be gentle with yourself to start. Maybe chair exercises or aqua classes would be a good starting point for you. What do you think? As far as the food… You know what you're doing already that you need to quit doing. And I know it feels like food is comforting you but that's not the truth. Especially when you tell me that you don't like that you are in this position and you know that the food behaviours of grazing are so toxic for you mention that you're very tired and the one thing I can say a very physical "jpb" myself taking care of two little babies for six hours a day where I am not off my feet for one minute… Literally… I know that it seems impossible to find more energy, but it comes… With my weight loss, with my attitude change, with my eating healthier and losing the weight, my energy is enough for 10 people! I never would have expected that to be quite honest with you. So having said that, I encourage you to push forward a little bit at a time one day at a time and one small goal at a time and get yourself movin I apologize for the late reply however, I just started course 10 days ago. That is far more work heavy than they said it would be and catching up tonight and tomorrow. Welcome to my channel and this lovely community and I welcome any further questions you may have and I look forward to hearing about your progress. I really encourage you to keep moving forward!!!
@pamclark6686 hi Pam, thank you for your comment and for letting me know where you are. It seems like you have a very daunting situation that makes weight loss very challenging. It sounds like you're doing all the right things as far as your food goes and I think you should be very proud of yourself for being a place of acceptance and still willing to do what you need to do to try to feel better about yourself. I wonder if you were incorporating any movement into your routine at all? I know that was a big game changer for me as well. I was pretty much immobile when I started as I was so heavy however, I very slowly got myself to the point where I can do a lot of exercise and I have a lot of energy and stamina and strength. And that came from literally not being able to walk across the room without panting. So let me know where you are as far as physical activity and I'm happy to encourage you and give you some suggestions. I think the best thing I can do is tell you to continue your closeness in your faith and your acceptance of being the beautiful person that you are knowing you are loved and cared for and that your hand is being held. One step at a time is how we walk forward, and I encourage you to keep me posted on how you're doing and welcome any further questions you may have. I apologize also for the late reply however, I started a new course this week and it is daunting to say the least. It was supposed to be 17 hours a week plus homework but every day the courses run over and the homework is unbelievably time-consuming as well as extra group time and extra classes that I didn't know would exist.
Yes! Your journey sounds familiar. I Was 300 pounds 7 years ago. I have 5 kids my youngest was 10 at the time the oldest was married and just had her 1st baby. Started with a complete physical at the doctor, slowly extended a walking regimen, controlled portions and ate well balance diet (no fad or restrictive diet). Walked 4-8 miles a day. Slowly but surely down to 140, I’m 5’7”.
Oh my goodness Sonya!!! What an amazing story to hear!!! I am so happy to have you here as it is such an encouragement to others that they see one person after another successful in their journeys! Please feel free to offer feedback or suggestions. So happy, again, that you have such an amazing success story and fitness transformation!!!
@BarbaraGray-ip9s when I had first lost a little bit of weight, I met a man who told me that I could go back to looking how I had looked in my 30s and 40s. I told him there was no way because it was heading towards 60, having started my fitness journey at 57. He said no… If you want the goal, you can reach it. I thought about it and thought about it and then I prayed about it and I meditated on it and eventually came to see that he was correct. If you believe in yourself, and if you give yourself kindness, patience, determination, love, and fairness, and if you set small goals that are achievable so that you see victory happening in your journey, really you can meet your goal. There's nothing that can stop you. Once I had that mindset, I actually believed I would get to where I am and I achieved it. Having met that goal has been one of the most rewarding accomplishments in my life. And now… As much as I regret the time of depression and isolation where I was so heavy, and so sad, I now see that it can inspire and motivate others who are in a bad place to come out of that place and face their weight loss journey with hope and inspiration and encouragement. It is such a blessing to be able to inspire others. I have all the hope in the world for you and I know you can do this!! 😇
Oh my gosh I so needed to hear your story. I am 66 years old & have struggled with using food & tv& books to push my feeling down. I am educated around addiction & grief. It is easy for me to help others but not myself. I haven't worked in a year & have become very sedentary. You give me so much hope. I need to look into an on-line group. Thanks again.😊
You don't know how happy I am to hear that you feel inspired to come out of the place that you were in right now and to move forward into a happier healthier you! I can't tell you how liberating this journey has been for me and how joyful it has been. 2 1/2 years ago, I never thought I would be happy again never mind, healthy, never mind, energetic and confident! I really want to encourage you to start your day one right away and go through my videos and see how I did it! I have a lot of strategies and tools in place that I used to help me through emotional eating and sugar addiction, etc. I was a huge bender and overhearing every pos I also got myself from completely sedentary to someone who can walk several kilometres at a time without blinking and I as well as able to work out for two hours at a time when I have the time. So with that, I cross my fingers, say a prayer and wish you all the best in your weight loss journey! Please keep me posted and let me know how you do!!
Hi there thank you so much for your comment and the time you took to write to me to tell me that you're going to try to lose the weight you have. I'm so excited that you're starting weight loss journey. It may seem a little bit of a big cool, but you can do this. Take baby steps forward and take the time to watch some of my videos, especially recently. I give a lot of information on how to start where to start and how to keep yourself going. In the meantime, I welcome any questions you may have that could help you as well as any feedback that you have. I'm cheering you on and look forward to hearing of your progress.
Great video ! I am 59 and 12 years ago I made the same choices and I lost 145lb and have kept it all off. I am always telling people that if we don’t change our thinking it’s all coming back. For anyone reading / watching the most important thing to adress is your thinking :-) I also did it after a complete hysterectomy and I never took hormones we can do it !
Woo hoo!!!! I am so happy to hear your success story!!! How very encouraging and uplifting to hear this!!! You are right, it is our thinking that misleads us. So proud of you and so so so very happy that you have come to my channel and shared. I would love your input and feedback!!! 😊
Thank you so much for your kind observation and comment. The simplicity is almost ridiculous but we are so led to feel we need gimmicks and "systems" and "diets" that cost us a fortune when in reality, it is about healhty eating and dealng with the triggers that lead us to eat emotionally in the first place. Welcome to my channel and I hope to see you around more and welcome any questions you may have.
Thank you so much for sharing. I'm 2 months from my 60th birthday, so I can relate to everything you said. You hit the nail on the head. I have 3 grands and I so enjoy spending time with them. I'm a widow and my sons are grown and married. So I'm alone now for the first time in 40 yrs. I'm experiencing shortness of breathe, pain in joints, heart palpitations, insomnia and fatigue. I need to find a group like the ine you talk about. Thank you, you are a blessing. Congratulations on reaching your goal and doing it in a way that's healthy.
Hello, thank you so much for your very kind comment. I am so very glad that this video resonated with you so much. It sounds like you're going through a difficult transition and I hear what you're saying about the shortness of breath in the joints, etc. I felt all of the things you mentioned to be quite honest. Please feel free to look at my bio and you can DM me to find out about the group I belong to. Just go to my Instagram and you'll find it. Otherwise, I welcome you to go through my videos as I have a lot of strategies and tools in place to help you start in the right direction. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have and as well let me know how you're doing. I hope to hear of progress soon.
Oh my gosh, I can identify with you more than any story I’ve heard. Thank you! Just like you, found a happy place in first grade with Wonder bread and sugar. Kept weight somewhere in control till 55ish….divorce, bad relationships, stressful work…… I felt hopeless. From 125 pounds to 226. And nothing worked anymore. On the same path as you now. Down 32 pounds in the last 5 months. You are awesome!
Oh wow! Holly, that is an amazing story! I am so proud to hear that you were already down 32 pounds that is amazing! It takes a lot of fortitude and determination to get going but once you're there, I find it a lot easier to keep going forward. I'm sure you will make your goal and I'm so happy to hear that you are doing this. Yes, our stories are similar. Aren't they? How funny!
WOW, I just discovered your channel today and you are STUNNING!!!!! CONGRATULATIONS on your weight loss! Wishing you nothing but the best of health for the future.
Hello and thank you… Thank you, thank you, thank you. Your comment has left me smiling and feeling really proud that I took the step forward to make this channel. Truly, I was terrified. I'm doing so, but my daughter had encouraged me and said that maybe I could help people and offer them hope. So your comment means a lot to me. I hope to see you around and if you have any questions, feedback or suggestions for future videos, I welcome them.
Right??? 😊 The key to dealing with the emotions that drive us to the food is to realize that there is a loving God (to me I say God, others have their own belief system which I completely respect), to release our emotions and past hurts, difficult situations and circumstances to. It makes all the difference in the world. Thank you so much for joining my channel, for making such a very important observation and for your valued comment. Please let me know if you have any questions at all or are looking for other content. I will be happy to help as I can.
I am so glad you found this channel. Welcome to my little community here and I hope you become an active part. The viewers are lovely and encourage each other sometimes.
Easter, thank you, thank you, thank you for bravely putting your story out there. I watched this video 2 weeks ago and it came at the perfect time. I am 100+ lbs overweight and had basically given up. I, too am a new grandmother and I want to be able to spend time with my grandson without limitations. After crying and taking an honest look at how I got here, I have begun. I got a journal and started writing down my feelings. I came up with a plan for meals and for movement. I stopped eating sugar and started drinking water. Starting walking a little at a time. And I have to say, I feel GREAT! I feel like a fog has lifted. I can't thank you enough. God bless you!!
Oh Mary!!!!! The smile on my face is HUGE!!! I am so so so so very happy for you!!!! You are an inspiration and I am so thankful that you are sharing your progress! Keep going - you will continue to see and feel the results! I could not. be happier!

Plase feel freen to ask me any questions you may have and please keep me posted on how your weight loss journey is going.

Hi Larah, thank you so very much for your very kind comment! I apologize for the late reply however I started a new course about 10 days ago and it was supposed to be only 17 hours a week and it's more like 50! I really appreciate that you took the time to tell me about your weight loss journey, it sounds like you're doing an amazing job and stick to it! I really appreciate you sharing and looking forward to your feedback in future videos. I welcome any suggestions you may have and of course, any questions you may have as well.
Hi Larah, I am just going through the comments and saw yours and wonder how you are doing in your weight loss journey? I hope you are still feeling motivated and inspired. If not.. I hope I can encourage you to jump back on the horse and start moving forward again!
Hello and thank you so much for your kind reply! You were right we all have it within us to be able to do what we need to do naturally and organically. We are surrounded by nature nature provides everything we need for a healthy diet. It's when we start adding all the processed foods and all the sweets and all the flour that we start to have problems with her weight if we overindulge or binge or comfort eat or emotionally eat. In which case all of the above were my eating problem. I hope that you keep coming around and I will welcome any feedback you have questions you may have or future suggestions for videos.
It’s a miracle that your video showed up in my feed this morning. I was praying and crying about this specific topic, and feeling hopeless . God is so good . I’m not massively overweight but do struggle with binge eating from stress. Hearing your story is motivating me to stop and pray and think before eating when not hungry. I m going to start journaling. You are beautiful and praise God for your sweet twin granddaughters🥰
Hello Deedee, I can't tell you how much your comment means to me. I'm so glad that my video was put in front of you at the right time and I pray that it continues to inspire you. I have many videos on helping you get there when you're just starting. Everything from what to do when you feel like emotionally or comfort eating or binge eating to what to do with your feelings and still release them in a healthy way as well as things like talking more about how to find your own purpose and stay motivated during your journey. I really hope that you find the channel helpful and more than anything, I look forward to hearing about your progress!
I have enough trouble chasing around 20 pounds every now and then so when I see people like you who’ve lost tremendous weight I’m simply in awe. I know I’d never be that brave and committed to dropping 200. You’re amazing! Deb Edmonton, Canada
You are so welcome and don't be hard on yourself that you're struggling! We all do. I hope that by going through my videos, you may find inspiration on how to stick with it once you start. I'm actually going to find a way to post a document I've made that goes through if you're really ready mentally emotionally and spiritually as well as physically to start a weight loss journey. This is specifically for people who have quite a bit of weight to lose and need a complete overhaul to be able to succeed on your weight loss journey. I just don't know how to link it yet. But I will figure it out and post it as as soon as I can.
Hi, thank you so much for subscribing and welcome to my channel! I do go through my skin exercises in one video but that was a long time ago so I think I'm due to make a new one. I'll try to get it done within the next week. I'll also share with you the products that have really worked for me as far as my neck and my body. I hope you enjoy and I look forward to hearing from you again!
Hi Heather, Oh my goodness what a fantastic amazing start you've had your weight loss journey! I look forward to hearing of your future progress as I'm not sure how much more you have to do or if you have any at all left to do and welcome to my channel. Please let me know if you have any questions, feedback or future videos that you would like to see made.
@@easterellen I set my my original goal at 165. I'm 5'5". 62 years old (in a few days) when I get to that point, I may decide to set another goal of 150.
Hi Heather, that is great news and I'm so happy that you're doing so well. You're doing what I did. I had a beginning goal and then I had a second goal if I got to where I was and thought I needed to lose a little bit more. But just be kind to yourself and don't think about the number look more at how you look and how you feel and how your energy is etc., your health comes first and wellness comes first. Thank you for coming on this channel. It's so good to see your success as part of this wonderful little growing group of viewers that actually engage with each other and uplift each other.
A trick for me is I think of sweets and processed foods as eating cancer and it scares the crap out of me. It helps me to limit those foods to very special occasions only. Thank you for sharing you look fantastic and I'm sure you feel so much healthier. Good for you!!
Hi Macy, thank you for your comment and wisdom! Funny enough I think of sweeteners as liquid cancer so I can really relate to what you’re saying and I think that’s a fantastic suggestion for people to follow. Very wise! Thank you also for the kind compliments. I really appreciate it and yes, I feel healthier to say the very least, as well as enough energy for 10 people and confidence that came from working hard to reach a goal that I finally got to. The sense of accomplishment that this has brought me far ways what happened on my scale lol pun intended !
I’m 66, 5’6, 266. Yo-yoed all my life. Just recently been motivated enough again to work at weight loss. Have heart condition, severe arthritis in low back and hips and fibromyalgia. Walking hurts but am determined to walk the 4 block loop daily.. so far so good. Have cut all sugars, starchy foods and white foods out for 2 weeks now. Your story is so very similar to mine. I quit smoking 11 years ago when my granddaughter was born as I didn’t want this precious baby smelling that awful smell on me and associating that odour with her grandmother. I thank God daily for my daughter, son-in-law and two granddaughters who are my reason to do better ❤ Thank you for this candid and vulnerable video - new subscriber
What can I say first? Let me tell you first that I am very touched by your comment. I think it's amazing that we have a similar purpose and background. Funny how we bump into the people we need to bump into when we bump into them thank you for the subscription and your comment and sharing your own story with me. You are brave and courageous and you've got this! Just so you are aware I also had some heart issues as well as osteoarthritis in my lower back as well as auto immune diseases, no thyroid and past menopause. Also a low-dose of antidepressant medication which make weight loss more challenging. Despite all of that… I lost 200 pounds so don't be worried. You can do it too. But perhaps if you would take a suggestion… Try Aqua classes. It's not as hard on the joints and walking in the beginning can be difficult until you've been going for a couple of weeks. You may be feeling OK when you walk in which case I say go for it but if you're hurting then maybe going in the water would be a great idea. Let me know your thoughts. I welcome further feedback. I welcome any questions you have and I also welcome any suggestions for future videos that you may want to see. 😊
@@easterellen Thank you for your encouraging words Easter! Unfortunately, due to a hereditary skin condition I can’t handle any water other than clean rivers, creeks and lakes so no pools or hot tubs for me. I focus on the beauty in nature as I go for walks and also focus on the air in my hair and skin to deflect from pain.. it really helps! - sending you encouragement back and just know you are a blessing to me
I am so sorry to hear of your skin condition. Well I have another suggestion after thinking about it for a while. As mentioned in a couple of videos, I have a back problem with osteoarthritis and sometimes I get it flares up. I also have autoimmune diseases that are not active now thank God, but I have had to learn to work around sore joints. So what I do, is use my own strength against itself. So let's say I'm doing a bicep curl. I'm sure you know what that is. If you don't it's when your arm is straight down by your side and you have a weight in your hand and you pick it up straight up, bending at the elbow your hand goes towards your shoulder and then down again. If I had a sore elbow or shoulder, there's a way to exercise this area without damaging the joint. II'm not sure. But basically you squeeze the muscle and you do the movement without the dumbbell and you squeeze with all your mite as if you're carrying 200 pounds in the palm of your hand and you pull up slowly so you're pushing and pulling at the same time push push push pull pull pull hard hard and squeeze and squeeze and squeeze until you're shaking and you do it over and over again as if you were really lifting a weight. I hope this makes sense. Let me know, but you can do it with all parts of your body. I am sure you can get yourself into a really good workout routine with this. And actually can be more effective than using weights if you do it properly. Let me know if you have any questions about it
Hello Baba from BC.. I am totally thrilled that you can see this will work for you. If you have questions, please feel free to ask because I know this is a new way of exercising for you and it does take a bit of practice to get it right. Just think of isolating that one muscle or that one area you're working on and focus really hard on it put all of your concentration all of your strength into that one muscle and do the exercises you need to do. Remember baby steps steps that are kind and loving to yourself. I'm not saying to not push yourself a little bit every day, but don't exert yourself to the point of not being able to move either. Have a wonderful day and thank you so much for joining this happy little growing community and being a part of it. 😊
That's a beautiful story and one I align with. Sadly, I've been overweight since I was 5 and have only been my "ideal weight" once. At 62, I'm now classed as obese. I get angry about the attitudes of the medical profession. They treat overweight people as failures who eat massive portions & that's not always true. So glad you've overcome your addiction to binge eat and I hope to find the same strength soon.
Hi Elaine thank you so very much for your kind and loving comment and for opening up to me. I know it seems daunting and funny enough, I just finished recording a video about it never being too late to start your weight loss and fitness journey. It needs editing and cleaning up, but I'll try to get it out by tomorrow evening. I have a ridiculously full schedule and making videos and growing this channel is quite time-consuming. But I'm trying my best because I hear it's reaching people and it's resonating and it's giving hope and I hope that it also gives you some hope. I hope my story shows you that it's not too late. It's not about the food so , trying to understand why you go to the food. I have a lot of videos about how to stop and maybe you can pick up some pearls of wisdom that will help you on your way. I will any questions you may have, feedback or suggestions for future videos that might help you and your journey. I look forward to hearing from you and hope to hear that you're choosing to make the right steps forward.
You truly are an inspiration! I am going to try. I have a very stressful job as an open heart surgery RN and I work long days 12-13 hours on my feet without time for a lunch break. I graze all day on the cookies, donuts, and candy that our patients families are always bringing to us. I know it’s bad but when you get really hungry and you’re really tired, you stress eat. I know it’s my choice and I have to make better choices. I always start off the day talking to myself and telling myself that I’m not going to do it. I pack protein bars and salads and low carb wraps with chicken or turkey. But they sit in the fridge while I stuff junk in my mouth as I go from room to room trying to not get behind in my responsibilities. I’m not trying to make excuses. It’s just the reality. We are always short staffed with no aides or help. So we are always helping each other. I need to find a lower stress job so I can try to get a grip on my health. I’m going to be 64 in March and I need to lose 80 pounds! I’m 5’3 and I weigh 215! My knees and my feet are in constant pain. I’m so sick of this pit I have put myself into. I’m going to try my best to do this. One day at a time because I want to look and feel like you do💗💗 I’m saving this video to watch whenever I can to keep me motivated. I really envy your strength and your dedication!! I need that 🥰
Hi Maureen, thank you so very much for telling me about how very difficult and challenging it seems to you right now or actually it really is very difficult for you. It's not seems to be it is. Sometimes circumstances can be daunting and I understand this as I am myself facing a new challenge of timeWith a new course I've started that was supposed to be just 17 hours a week and the reality is I'm spending about 50 hours on top of taking care of two babies for six hours a day five days a week and trying to manage a growing social media presence as well. So sorry about the late reply. I really appreciate your kind comment and I encourage you to try to have a little bit of a mindset change with the food. It's a hard thing to do because of the situation you're at work and the stress you have but you deserve to feel better and you deserve to treat your body with kindness. And kindness is too fooled number one. If you take the weight off, you're not going to have the pain you have in your knees and you're not going to be as tired and struggling as much number two. You have more energy from the better food eating and the toxins you won't be taking in day after day. Your energy is going to increase so much and your stamina will increase and the pep in your step will come back. I know that it sounds far away, but it is possible and it happened with me so I know it can happen with you as well. As far as your job… It's a tough one and God bless you for doing it because the world meet needs more people like you who give so much of themselves to others. I think you need to be kind to yourself but at the same time employees self-discipline in getting yourself to the fridge for the healthy salad and reaching for the protein bar or for a healthy snack of fruits or nuts or chopped vegetables. I know it sounds like a lot of effort and a lot of effort given the small amount of time you have to be able to eat, but you are worth it and you deserve it and I would like to hear a few months from now. How much better you because of the changes you've made in your diet. I hope that encourages you and you can see yourself moving forward. Practice self kindness, and self-love more than anything where you are because you give a lot and you deserve a lot back. It starts with you. Please let me know if you have any other questions or comments I welcome them and again sorry for the late reply, but I've just started course that is daunting to say the least with a very heavy workload. I didn't expect it to be this heavy, but I'm learning a lot and that's good. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
First, thank you for being a nurse. A super hard job. My bro-in-law just in hospital with stroke. We brought the nurses tangerines intentionally instead of sweets. We did also offer if they wanted us to buy pizza when we ordered dinner and they said yes. maybe you can create a new job by encouraging healthy eating and a nursing support network specifically for junk eating and the emotions around the job and life. How about posting big signs at nursing stations across the country... 🥰Thank us with healthy fruits, not sweets! Better for us ALL ! 🥰 All the best to you.
Hi Maureen, I jus saw your comment again and thought I would check in on you. I know you have a high-stress life but hoping you are finding some progress? As far as envying my strength and dedication, I would say you also have quite plainly with your doing your best day by day!!! Please let me know how it is going.
Hi Easter, new sub here. Thank you for this video. I also have 200 lbs to lose and I'm overwhelmed; 54, 5' 2". Started keto again as its the only thing that seems to work for me. Appreciate your honesty & perspective on the emotional aspect of overeating; its a dangerous snowball effect that I know all too well. Feeling inspired after watching this!
Hi Carly! Welcome to my channel and thank you so much for the subscription as well as you’re very kind and thoughtful comment. I am so delighted. Let me repeat that. I am delighted with all the enthusiasm in the world for you to start this next phase of life. 200 pounds feels daunting, feels overwhelming, feels impossible. I felt I could never do it and when I started, I never believe that I would get down to 150 pounds, which is my normal body weight for the earlier parts of my life. But with the encouragement of others and everything I talk about in the video, especially the people that supported me and prayer and meditation journey, ailing and releasing my emotions in a positive way I would say those were the keys to my success. I have a lot of videos that you can go over with little tips and my history and my story but I am very happy to dive deeper into anything you want to know I am an open book so please feel free to ask questions. I am here to help. Again, I want to reiterate, I am so very happy for you and make today the day you get rid of all the crap in the cupboards get rid of all the stuff that tends to lead you to eating more and take it away away not just in the garbage for bring the garbage to the dump. Also focus on making yourself a set of tools. Think about joining an online group for over eaters. I highly encourage journalling even if you’re not a writer you can just bring dump with one or two word phrases. I highly recommend some type of physical exertion for the negative energy. We build up when we’re feeling emotional. This has helped me so much from the shortest walk just sitting in my chair and exercising to dancing and going to the gym and home workouts, this has helped hobbies also help keep your hands busy so things like crossword puzzles again journaling, crafts, hobbies, and anything that keeps your mind off of wandering over to the fridge. All the best of luck and I can’t wait to hear your progress! Please please please keep me postedwe have a community here building and I’m happy that you’re going to be one of of this community and want to know how you’re doing
Keep it going - keto is for life though I highly recommend a couple of sites for you: Hungry Elephant; Joe Duff; The Keto Twins; All Day I Dream About Food; All of these RUclips sites are amazing! I mean you can always grill a protein and have a salad with full fat dressing but if you use their recipes you’ll be living! I’m back on my own keto journey with an IF window primarily 20/4 and I did add ozempic because of multiple reasons - chronic pain is one, menopause hitting fully at yeah - 61 - was the other. I’ve about 23-25 more pounds to go for my weight of 108-110 lbs - yes I’m like 5’ maybe 5’1” and my medical joint problems need me to be at the lower end of my weight range.
@michellemartinov6267 thank you so very much for sharing all of this information here. I'm so happy you found what works for you so very well. And to me, reaching the goal is the goal as long as we are loving and kind to our body. And it sounds like you're there and you're on the right track and I'm so happy for you. Keep me posted as to your progress and I will check out the sites that you talked about and thank you so much again for your recommendations. 😇
Aloha I used to belong to a small OA [Over eaters Anonymous] in my village on the big island of Hawai'i. Unfortunately it no longer exists. I now go to AA meetings and try to apply food instead of alcohol in my head whenever I'm sharing or listening. But it's not the same. Watching you speak in your video was like being back in an OA meeting. I would very much like to join the zoom meeting you found. Please [ Ē 'OLU 'OLU ] would you be willing to share the link? I have never attended an on-line meeting and would so appreciate it ❤ Mahalo Nui Loa Aloha
@carlowilliams6181 I know there were a lot of groups in Hawaii. But I'm not sure where you are and where they are. AA is almost just as good. But not the same. Would you please go to my link in my bio and you will see my Instagram link or TikTok link and you can direct message me there. And I can share the information with you there. As you know the rules of anonymity. I am so glad that you found my channel and I hope that I can lead you to some good direction and I cleaned a lot from the group that I was in, but I've also gathered a lot of pearls of wisdom that I've been given to me through the years. I hope to see you around here, and I welcome any further questions that you may have, and wish you very, very well on your weight loss journey. aloha to you as well I say thinking of the roosters, the pineapples, the sunshine, the ocean and the beautiful warm people of Hawaii that make it so very special.
Oh my goodness, Sandra, that is amazing news! I hope you are as proud of yourself as I am of you just hearing that you've worked so hard and come so close to your goal. I can't wait to hear of your progress and hearing your excitement when you finally finally reached that goal thank you for your kind support and your comment and I look forward to hearing from you.
Hello thank you so much for your very kind comment. I so appreciate your observation that it is about changing our thinking and more than that learning to process or emotions in a way that helps us deal with the. In a positive way. It made all the difference to me in the world. I hope to see you around more and feel free to ask any questions or feedback you may have.
I had just returned from a 6 am walk ( only my second day now, in my new resolve to conquer my food challenges. At 70, with bad arthritis, it’s not easy, but discovering your video this morning after I returned from my walk~ Gives me such an emotional boost to keep getting up and going each day. Thank you ~ You’re a beautiful inspiration!
I am so happy for you that you were determined to do the right thing to bless your body and your health. I am so sorry to hear of your arthritis and I wonder if perhaps aqua classes would be a better option for you? I hope that is not too painful for you. I know that as I lost weight or arthritis in my hip lessened and lessened as time went on. As a matter fact, I used to go to bed with pain in my joints all over my body at one point in time when I was so heavy, but I don't have that anymore and I'm very grateful for that. Please keep me posted on how you're doing and I'm so grateful to know that my channel and videos are encouraging you. Thank you for that.
Keep up the good work. I'm 65. 5'3" Was 198 last July and my 3 blood pressure meds were no longer working, I was tired all the time and my hip hurt non stop sitting or standing. After losing 20 lbs my hip stopped hurting and my meds are working again. Have a little more energy but not as much as I'd like to have yet. But my point is just the huge difference losing 10 percent of my body weight made! I'm keeping it up and trying to get that to 15 percent and see how much more that helps. You can do it and even losing small amounts has health benefits. Good luck😊
Thank you for sharing your story and being so open. Even though I've lost 27 pounds, I still have 101 pounds to go. I could relate to so many parts of your journey, especially portion distortion and just how aware my body is of gravity. Everything is more difficult at this size, but there's no going back. There's nothing "there" for me. Thank you for the inspiration!
Hello, I am so happy to hear from you and that you are already finding success on your weight loss journey!!! That is awesome! I had 200 pounds to lose.. but the hardest part was starting and you are already there! The perks of losing weight that I had not noticed until they were there are incredible! I so get what you are saying to me and want to encourage you to watch the other videos on my feed and also if you have specific questions for me I can address them in comments or new videos. I am happy to help as much as I am able.
@@resolutesky948 I forgot something that doesn't make the total so overwhelming. I figure 10 percent and focus on that and treat with a non food treat whether a new candle or something. Then determine the next 10 percent goal.
Yes!!! you can both do it!!!!!! I am finished my weight loss part or my journey and reached the 200 pounds lost milestone 23 months into my journey. I go up and down ten pounds but I am pretty relaxed now and I am used to my way of eating and happy with it! I do not miss the old behaviours and food at all.. It never even occurs to me. Even if a really tough situation that I just went through for the past two months. The emotional recovery and new ways of releasing those emotions that drove me to the food are amazing.!!! It is what I wish for you guys also!
Easter,I'm crying listening to your story. I'm in trouble because of my weight. I have my best friends wedding, and I don't know how I'm going to get through it. I hope to get to the place where you are today.
Hi there… Thank you so very much for your comment. I appreciate that you've opened up to me and shared where you are right now. I want to stress to you that there is no reason why you cannot be where I am in the future. There is nothing other than the lies. We believe that keep us from reaching our goals. I encourage you to watch some of my videos on starting your weight, loss journey, getting the right mindset, setting a routine in your day and how to start walking, etc. I have so many little pearls of wisdom and I hope you can glean from them and take courage to take the first steps you need to take to move forward. I know you can do this because I was where you are and I did it. Please let me know how you're doing and how your progressing and I look forward to hearing from you.
Thank you so much for sharing your story. I'm 62 and have 2 grandchildren on the way (my daughter & daughter in law) I also want to spend a lifetime enjoying them. You have motivated me. God bless you from South Africa ❤
Hi Sharon, thank you so much for your very kind comment! It means a lot to me. I am sitting here and wishing you all the best praying that you make it through your weight, loss journey, and that you stick to it as much as possible for success. Please visit my channel and take a look at some of the videos I have that help overcome, the reasons why we over eat in the first place. Maybe you will find it helpful.
Thank you so much for your very kind comment. It means a lot to me and I hope that these videos do inspire and motivate you or resonate with you somehow. If you have any questions or if you’re starting your own weight, loss journey or fitness transformation I’m happy to give you motivation and inspiration and hope you get in that, motivational mindset that you need to take those steps. I so appreciate your comment. I look forward to hearing from you. 😊
Thank you! I am on a beach vacation with my “girl” friends (we are all in our 70’s) and we eat. I feel like a blimp! I have always been prone to gaining weight…I have the obsession you described - always looking for secretive ways to get more food for me! I am going to begin to get back on track today. Again, thank you for sensible, life-changing information!
I so love your comment.! I'm so glad that this resonated with you and I think there's many many of us who do that same behavior. It takes practice to get away from those toxic relationships, but it can be done. I welcome you to go through the videos on my channel because I have a lot of strategies and tools that you can employ to help you throug please feel free to ask me any questions you may have and I welcome any feedback as well as progress!
Hi Easter, New 53 year old sub here from Halifax, NS!I’m glad I found your channel. You’re very inspirational! I’m down 51 lbs since March 24 and I have another 60 to go and I’m determined to do it! Thank you 💪
Yippee!!!! You are now almost half way and how amazing is that!!!!! I am so so so so happy for you!!! You will most assuredly reach your goal! Thank you for the subscription and joining this lovely community! Please know I value your feedback and questions. I look forward to hearing of your progress and success! 😊
I'm sorry I saw this comment and it got lost in the comments but Easter is my name as close as it is to Esther. It's still Easter lol. You can guess when I was born, I'm sure.
Thank you for sharing your story! It resonated with me. I’m right at the point of deciding to change my habits. I have quit binging and I will celebrate 1 year without any chips and sugar or sugar substances in a week. You have inspired me! ❤️
Hi there and welcome to my channel! I'm so happy you found your way here. How delightful to hear that you've done so well on your journey of getting healthier and improving your foods. That is absolutely quite an achievement. Really I am happy for you. I'm also delighted that you have found inspiration and I am so glad to know that. Every time someone tells me that I know that it's worth me taking my time and effort and putting myself out there when I felt really shy and hesitant to do so in the first pla Any questions that you might have or further feedback or of course, any suggestions for future videos as well
Thank you so much for your very kind comment. We all have our own version of faith and I respect that completely. I really appreciate your observation and hope to see you more on my channel and welcome any questions or feedback that you may have.
Hello and thank you so much for your very kind comment and you are right, my grandbabies made the whole reason to for me to get healthy a priority.. and it kept me going on the hard days. Please feel free to let me knwo if you have any further questions.
Wow what a video ! I needed this! I'm on the cusp of making huge changes to my eating plan. Thank you for sharing your success journey. I will keep you in my thoughts for inspiring me.
You are so welcome! I really appreciate the comment because I do open myself up completely and hope that it will resonate with others so that they have the courage and hope to be inspired and know that they can get there too. I am so glad that this gave you inspiration and I really hope that you go through my videos and look at some of the tools I used to get to where I am now.
Congratulations! I'm still working on my journey. I'm 49 and have had rheumatoid arthritis for 23 years. The 120lb I'm getting rid of now crept on slowly in a vicious cycle. The longer I had arthritis, the less I moved, and the less I moved, the worse my joints felt, so I moved even less. And I didn't modify my eating habits to compensate. I don't have any other health concerns, thankfully - BP is good, cholesterol is good, no diabetes etc, but I'm not doing myself any favours for the future, so I need to sort it out. I think you are right about the eating plan. Everyone is different. What works for one doesn't work for someone else, or not everyone likes to eat what you do etc. Aside from saying high protein, low carb, no ultra-processed foods and refined sugars or seed oils, people can work from there. That's all I'm doing and sticking to around 1200 calories a day. I'm not worried about the amount of fat I eat as long as it is linked to healthy foods, like kefir or Greek yoghurt, lean meats, avocado, olive oil etc. Sometimes I go a bit over 1200, sometimes a bit under. I've also started doing some resistance and weight work since I walk with crutches and don't have cartilage in my knees any more, they're bone on bone. No extended walks for me, but I do heel raises and leg raises and purposefully fidget (jiggle a foot or bounce a leg) when I am sitting. I've lost 36lb (just over 16kg) in 4 months. I am getting there slowly but surely.
Hello and thank you so much for sharing your journey with me. It means a lot to me. I also have RA, which I am very thankful is in remission right now. I have a little bit of joint damage, but not to the extent at all that you do. I'm really proud of you for pushing forward despite your health conditions! I'm so happy that you've made this decision. You're eating plan sounds amazing and very similar to what I eat to be honest except I don't count calories I just watch how much I eat. I found out would obsess over calories and that wasn't healthy feeling for me so I stopped counting them. But as you say, we are all different and that was a need of mine to not obsess and I'm sure you don't obsess as it sounds like you were more aware than, counting day and night. As for exercise, I know it's very difficult with RA, but perhaps you can try some chair routines that can be found on RUclips as they helped me a lot. Also, I do a lot of chair dancing and did that purposefully to help me burn calories in the beginning, aqua classes. I'm not sure they're an option for you or not with your niece but if they are, it is a great option as well. Another thing you can do is resistance training without the weights. That simply means that you were squeezing is if you have the weights in your hand already putting the same pressure on the muscle, but you don't have any pressure on your joints at all. Please stay in touch and let me know how your progress is. I am hoping the best for you!
@@easterellen Thank you for your reply. It's good to see I'm not the only RA person out there giving it a go. So many weight loss advocates don't consider disability and the need to find work arounds to suit the individual. I'm in a bit of a flare right now, my wrists are playing up, but they will settle down eventually. Oh yes, I do chair dancing when the mood strikes. I don't count it as exercise, but I probably should as it can get my heart rate way up! I also have a portable cycle thing that I put on a desk and use with my arms while seated for 15 to 30 mins. I bought an outdoor walking rollator yesterday to try and get my legs moving more. I'm hoping it will be better and easier than walking with crutches. They make me feel like I have 4 feet and have to be insanely vigilant where I put them on the ground. I once looked to the side for a moment instead of down when I moved one forward. There was a squashed soda bottle someone had dropped, my crutch landed on it, slid forward, and I face planted. Here's to the onward journey!
Your fall sounds so horrific! I am sorry to here of it. I love the creativity you have for exercising! Having been there, I know how courageous this is for you. I am having minor symptoms and already I am so annoyed by it!. Keep going. I am so proud of you!
Same here only I have Osteoarthritis. I had a knee replacement 3 years ago and on Tuesday I’m getting my hip replaced. I’m so sick of being in so much pain but I have lost 14 pounds in the last 6 weeks. Keep going and I will too! ❤
In 2019 and 2020 at the age of 69 I lost 131 pounds. I did not step on the scales but every two months during my weight loss journey. I have maintained all of my weight loss for four years and now I weigh myself everyday. What did I learn in the process, Weight loss is not about calories, portion control or exercise, Weight loss is about eating correctly every day to control hunger and getting your hormones in balance and over time your hunger and cravings will go away and when they do weight loss and maintenance was very easy after living my whole life being obese. I am never going back!!! Good luck to you.
Hi David, what a wonderful message you've left me! You are so right. We do know what to eat and we know how to eat sensibly and we know when we're eating incorrectly! If we can get this self-discipline to step away from the things that are so toxic to us, if we can get the courage to form a new lifestyle with healthy food and some movement, then we are guaranteed to lose the weight and keep it off.I'm so proud of you to hear your journey has been so successful and I thank you so much for sharing with me and my channel.
I can so relate!! My highest weight was almost 200 pounds down to 139 goal was 140 but I think 5 more would be better at 5'2" and almost 76 yrs old. I feel great!!😊. You look so beautiful!!
Thank you being so courageous and sharing your journey! I've managed to pack on a lot of extra pounds and I don't feel good! When I read the comments I can see a pattern of us being care givers and not taking care of ourselves. Your comments about exercising resonate! I love walking but never seem to get out to do that! I found a wonderful fitness video that I absolutely love and am challenging myself to do it every day!! I have quit sugar ( incredible sweet tooth here!!), no eating about dinner, lots of veggies! I can do it! Once again, thank you for being a great inspiration! Cheers! ♥🙏♥
I'm so proud to hear of your progress and thank you so much for sharing! You're making great strides and that is wonderful wonderful wonderful! It really encourages me to keep making new videos and pushing forward despite having a pretty busy life. You CAN do this!!1
Hello Easter, you are a beautiful, wonderful and wise woman. How lucky must your grandchildren be to have you! Iam a grandmother of four and I struggle with emotional eating a little.Thank you for sharing your story here!
Hello, if you can only see the smile on my face that you gave me. I really am touched by your kind comment and I appreciate it so very much. Please continue to watch my videos because really there is an answer to emotional eating and I overcame it and I know that you can too. Your health deserves to be at its best when you have those four precious little children around you. If I could describe to you, how magnificent the change in me is, and I don't mean how I look, I mean, my health, my confidence, my energy level, which is insane, my ability to move and ability to do things that are not food centred all the time it's just giving me an entirely different outlook and entirely different place to live from. Please feel free to make any further comments and if you have questions, I'm happy to try to answer them, if there's any future videos, you would like to see I would be happy to try to apply to you. Please keep coming back. 😇
Your video really touched me. I could see how difficult it was for you and what an emotional journey it has been. I want to say CONGRATULATIONS and also Thann You! I only hope that my journey is as successful as yours has been! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!
Hi Cathleen, I'm so glad you found my channel and that this video resonated with you. Delighted to hear that you were looking to start your weight loss journey. I have many videos about how to start, how to keep going, how to deal with emotional and bingeing and so many other things…. I hope you enjoy your time grazing through the videos and that you can glean many pearls of wisdom along the way. I look forward to hearing back from you and I welcome any questions you may have.
This was such a great reminder to me that - the why is the how - when it comes to staying the course in weight management, that the reasons for being healthy have to be meaningful and wanting to live for your future is more important than mere cosmetic change. ❤
hi there, thank you so so much for stopping by for listening to this and for understanding how much your purpose is going to make the difference in your weight loss journey. Any fitness transformation has to start with a deep and resonating purpose and that will help you through the hard days and it will help you win the motivation, which is always fleeting, wears off. I would love to know if you have any other questions or if there's any other videos you would like to see me make. I'm so happy that you found this helpful and thank you so much for your kind comment 😊
Thank you so much for sharing ❤ you may very well be saving many lives with your weight loss story. I'm 62 250 lbs over weight. I thought this whould end my life younger. But I have started a weight loss group. I have lost 14 lbs in one month I'm now enjoying my food which is all healthy. You are an inspiration dear lady and thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Hello and thank you so so very much for your incredibly kind and encouraging comment. I can't tell you how much it means to me when I read that you are doing so well yourself and that you found my video to be helpful. I came to the point a few months ago before I started my RUclips channel, where I realize that maybe my weight gain, which had only been a source of pain and shame and remorse for me could serve a better purpose. I felt like inspiring others would be a great thing to do with that shame and remorse and turn it into something positive. So that's why I'm here and I'm so glad that you're on the right track and would love to hear about your progress. Please stay in touch.
I just saw this, so sorry for the very late reply but thank you so very much! I can't tell you how much I appreciate it. I am very sure that you are awesome yourself!
Thank you so much for sharing your weight loss journey! What really caught my attention was your comments about eating in moderation after achieving your goal weight. I think it is an excuse to overindulge and gradually fall back into old habits. We hope your story inspires many people to start and maintain a healthy lifestyle!
hi Joanne, thank you so much for your encouraging comment. I agree with you. I am baffled when it comes to eating and why diets would even suggest moderate eating afterwards. We are by nature over eaters and when we stop our." diet." we are going to go back to what we know. Unless it was clearly defined unless it was clearly spelled out for us we were going to go back to what our nature is. I really value your feedback and I welcome any further questions you may have or suggestions for future videos. 😇
I just loved this! I'm a 65 yr old grandma of 2 with another on the way. I'm on a weight loss journey too with 35 lbs to go. I'm doin it for those babies! No way I can keep up with them being slow and out of breath all the time. AND I want to be here as long as possible to enjoy every second with them!❤ God bless you for your encouragement!
oh my goodness, Brenda would a lovely story to read and so nice that we have a similar path to each other! Don't let your age fool, you you are fully capable of totally losing everything you want to lose! Maybe it doesn't come off as quickly as it used to a couple of decades ago, but it does come off. I'm so happy to know that you're having so much success. As far as your loss of breath, I found that incorporating my mobility and eventually exercise made so much difference in my life that I can't begin to describe how vastly differen, I am physically in my stamina, my endurance, my energy level and my strength. I keep up with these two little two year olds as if I'm two years old myself. I don't run out of breath, I don't tire and I'm tossing them around, dancing with them running around with them and being si, physically all day long with them, and I can do it at the age of almost 60. How amazing is that?? To me that is nothing short of a miracle, considering I couldn't walk across the room a couple of years ago. Please keep me posted and let me know how you're doing. If there are any questions you have I am happy to share my experience with you. If you would like any further videos made, let me know and I'm happy to try to oblige. I wish you all the best in your weight loss journey and I know you can do it! 😊
Hi Rosemary, So many of us when we were overweight, including myself waste, a lot of thought, time and emotion on being ashamed and disliking ourselves, and in my case, hating myself for letting myself go so far. One of the very key things that has hit me as being critical even before I lost all my weight is that I have to love who I am and love my choices and love my man as much as possible so that I can be my best me. Thinking this way has given me a new perspective and ability to look beyond circumstances, sometimes or challenges and get to the point where I am today. Thank you so much for your kind compliments and for your encouragement. I welcome. further feedback or questions that you may have. And if there are any future videos, you would like to see me please let me know and I will try if I can.
Thank you so much! I really appreciate your very kind comment and I am so glad that you enjoyed my story. If you have any questions at all I am happy to answer if I am able to (getting over Covid, so if it is a bit of a delay, no worries, I will get back to you.
I'm so glad I came across your video😃 and I myself have been struggling with excess weight since my first birth. I lost 50 kg each and after 4 years it all came back and so many times. I'm 52 years old and a constant struggle with my weight, circumstances are everything the same as yours, what they were... ALL THE SAME... currently I'm 115 kg at 177 cm, I'd like to get to my old weight of 70-77kg... I can't find the right motivation again, food always defeats me, especially at night when I almost become a vampire and I have no control, who is taking drugs.. I follow your channel, you have helped me a lot because I see that even in my later years I can lose weight and I will continue to try to lose weight... THANK YOU🙂
Hi there and thank you so much Renata for your beautiful comment. Isn't it funny how we come across stories at the right time in our life from people that resonates so deeply with us? I'm so glad that you found my channel and I hope that you find some hope inspiration. You were right about food being like a drug… To me it was an addiction absolutely 100%. Thank you for subscribing and following along and I hope to keep helping you. Please keep me posted on your progress and let me know how it's going!
I LOVED that your message focused more on the possible positive, than the impossible negative. I almost didn’t hear buts, just more ands. You made it all about a single choice and literally putting one foot in front of the other. You’re beautiful and your voice is truthful, tender, and strong. Your messages hit home, it’s much more difficult hearing a similar message from someone who has never been even mildly overweight and has never craved sweets. I’m thankful for you and will keep watching you. You’re making positive differences in the lives of many who only hear the negative, many times from people and doctors who immediately believe they know all of the facts about someone’s weight. Thank you for being a light in many’s lonely, dark alley. ❤
Hello - How can I thank you for such a beautiful, kind and encouraging comment you have given. It means a lot to me. The thing is, to me, our weight issues are so overemphasized, criticized and we are left feeling incapable, humiliated and like a failure. These are not truths. It is not complex, it is a matter of simple steps that move you forward one little bit at a time to help you stick to the eating plan that you make. I think you for your support and welcome you to my channel and very much look forward to hearing more from you. Please feel free to ask any question that you may have. You thank me for being a light... if I am then it is my humble honour to be so and it is so rewarding to know that what I experienced can. help others. 😊
Inspirational. Thank you. I am 89 and about 20 lbs overweight at this point. Have autoimmune conditions, discovered I had Celiac disease 2 yes ago. Osteoporosis caused spinal and other fxs. Lots of chronic pain and food sensitivities. My mother rewarded me with ice cream for emotional management. I was 185 lbs in 2000 and 4 ' 11". Now I am 123 lbs and 4'7". Never give up trying to be active and healthy. I have PTSD from so many painful falls and can't go outside without an assistant. I keep mentally active, do some exercise in the house but find it hard to keep a positive attitude as I have no social support being so restricted to my home. Trying therapy but the young person cannot empathize with my experiences or feelings. Only Jehovah listens. I could really use some human support as well. Thanks for hearing my story.
I want to apologize for the late reply. I just saw this now as it was on the bottom of a thread. I want to encourage you, Pat. You don't have to feel alone. There are so many of us who have been in your position or who currently are in your position. I would encourage you to look at some online groups perhaps for some support. I joined an online group for over eaters and it was a real blessing to me. I made friends, I had support, I was encouraged, and it didn't feel so isolated anymore. I really had isolated myself completely from the world because I was so afraid of anyone seeing how fat I was. I have rheumatoid arthritis and lupus, which are both in remission right now, but have had nasty flareups in the past. I know it can be difficult to move at that point in time, but I find that chair exercises as well as Aqua classes are a really good option for me. I know you don't go out so aqua might be hard but maybe in the tub you can do some exercises to take some of the weight off of your joints. Or perhaps with your assistant, you can go to some type of facility if that's a possibility? If not, look at the chair exercises and also think about cheer dancing… I love dancing so much and I find putting good music on that has a nice beat to be so uplifting for my mood and it makes me wanna move. I hope that helps you a little bit and I'd like to know how you do in the future so please let me know your progress.
thank you so much Pat that means so very much to me! Please let me know if you have any further feedback, questions or if there are any videos you would like to see made. I hope to see you around and welcome to my channel. 😇
Hi Jane, thank you so very much for your kind comment. It means a lot to me because in many of my videos I literally bear my soul. I share the pain I was in, I share the dark places, and I share the bad habits I had because I want other people to know that they're not alone in their own dark time when they need to lose some serious weight. I want them to know that others have been there and come out of it, and I truly only want to offer hope and inspiration through my channel.
Just stumbled on your channel and am so glad I did. I’m going to be 67 in Nov...5’2 1/4....and am the heaviest I’ve ever been. I hate it. I wear the same things every day and I torture myself wearing pants that keep me from breathing. I don’t want to go anywhere or see anyone. I’ve always had to work so hard at keeping my weight in check, that part of me is so tired of it. What caused me to start gaining was an event that totally messed me up emotionally. Then I had a job where I was on my butt in a chair for 8 hrs a day. And I hated that job. In my head I want to go back and get to the weight I feel comfortable in...but I know how hard it’s going to be and I just am tired of it. BUT I also have 6 grands and even tho I don’t live close I want to be around for them. You seriously have inspired me. You have shown me that only I can do this. And I have to figure out what’s holding me back from just starting. I am a God fearing, Jesus loving woman and I really believe He wants to help me... but I have to ask! Thank you for sharing such a personal journey.... you touched me in a way I can relate. Thank you! 🥰🇺🇸🌴
Hi Terri! First I want to apologize for the late response as I started a course 10 days ago that is at the very least, daunting! The workload is far heavier than I expected so I am just catching up in my comments today. I really appreciate your comment and I'm glad that it resonated with you. Thank you for joining my channel and I welcome you an, hope to give you some inspiration. The emotional part of eating is really why I gained weight in the first place. As no diet I ever did worked with any lasting effect, I pondered it for a long time and came to realize that the reason I was eating was more important than what I was eating. Then I realize that what I was eating was more like addictive behaviour than, normal eating, and that helped me to realize I needed to cut out the foods that were toxic to me. Eliminating the behaviour of bingeing and binging, as well as getting rid of the foods that I had an over abundance of including sugar and flour, the weight just dropped off naturally. And when I would feel a craving when I would feel any type of my emotions rising up and feeling like I wanted to reach for food, I used that as an alarm bell to tell me something was going on that I needed to deal with. Perhaps it was a stressful situation, perhaps it , an emotion I was going through because of something going on or maybe it was just needing comfort because I felt alone. Whatever the case was, I employed the tools I talk about in my videos and stuck to it. Really it made all the difference in the world to me. I hope that this helps you and I welcome you to my channel and thank you for joining. Please check out the other videos that tell you how to start and talk about emotional eating and bingeing and where to start. If you have any questions, I welcome them and feedback is also welcome as well.
You are an amazing person. Thank you for all you are doing for so many. I love your honesty and your beautiful spirit. You have totally inspired me to turn my life around.
Oh my goodness! Your comment is truly touching me deeply. Thank you! It is so very wonderful to me to know that it is making a difference for you!!! Please keep me posted on your progress!
Every morning, I turn to RUclips while drinking my coffee to find a morning workout video and/or some sort of new miracle eating plan that will help me to get back on track to lose weight. This has always been out of guilt because 99% of the time, I have binged the entire evening before on sweets vowing to "start fresh tomorrow!" I've been on this vicious roller coaster for 7 years now. I know I'm obviously turning to food to deal with my emotions, but I guess trying to find a miracle eating plan always sounded like an easier fix than dealing with the underlying cause of messy emotions. Thank you for sharing your story. I can't wait to get started on my own healing journey
Hi Renee. If you could see me now, you would see me looking at my screen with a great big smile on my face. A huge smile on my face actually. To know that you get it… That now you understand it's not about the food itself, but about what causes you to go there and that you're willing to deal with those things and find healthy releases and healthy outlets, and hopefully healing as well is miraculous to me. I am so glad you stopped by and I really would like you to keep me posted… Let me know how it's going and let me hear about your successes as well as if you're struggling so that I can inspire you and motivate you. My fingers are crossed for you and if you have any questions, ask if you want any other videos made please let me know and I'm happy to try to oblige. I wish you all the best in your fitness journey and wait to hear of your progress 😊
Intermittent fasting and keto work really well, cravings lose their power quickly with this way of eating, check out Jason Fung, dr Mindy Pell for great information and encouragement
hi Carol, thank you so much for your valuable feedback. You are right those things do work for some people and they have a lot of success, but unfortunately, they didn't work for me, which is no judgement on anyone that they serve well. I welcome any further feedback you may have questions you may have or suggestions for future videos. 😊
I'm a nighttime binge eater. Have been since I was a kid. I'm fifty now. 100 pounds overweight. Started new eating habits a couple of weeks ago. I'm eating a ton of protein in the morning. Like two porkchops, four eggs. I eat small meals full of protein throughout the day. I'm going to bed earlier so I won't be up late to binge. I'm feeling better and my pants are already looser.
@cantocant2346 Hello to you thank you so much for your comment, for stopping by and getting some meaning from this video. I'm so happy to hear that you're doing so well in your fitness journey. Those first few pounds and the first few changes you make are challenging as you were learning a whole new way of eating. part of your journey after deciding to do it being the very most difficult part. I like to have a lot of protein as well but I don't have as much as you do lol good for you and I hope it works for you and it sounds like it is so keep at it! Let me know how you're doing. I'd love to hear about your progress and from your determination. I am sure that you were going to meet your goal. please feel free to ask any questions that you may have, feedback or even suggestions for future videos that you would like to see. 😊
Thank you so very much for your kind kind comment. You've made me smile. Those grandbabies of mine are the light of my life. Every day they're a little smiles light up my day and they're funny and cute and energetic and bubbly. I am the one who is blessed… They helped me come back to being the me that you see today who was lost for a really long time. Since my story resonated so well for you, I wonder if you were starting your own weight loss journey? If you are welcome to my channel and I hope that you can glean some pearls of wisdom. I welcome any questions you have, feedback you have or suggestions for future videos.
Right now I am getting cancer treatment. I was told I would gain weight...well I already was 70 less than 15 yrs. ago. No way was I going to gain weight...I haven't. I have lost. I still would like to loose 20 more lbs. Thank you for sharing your story. One day at a time we can do it. Bless you Easter.❤
Barbara my heart goes out to you. If I could give you a hug just for doing so well with your weight loss journey despite such daunting circumstances I would. Sometimes it seems like the last 20 pounds or last 10 pounds can be daunting but they do come off if you stick to your routine and you keep pushing forward. I had a plateau that lasted at least three weeks maybe longer and it was very uninspiring to say the least, but I knew it was a plateau and I knew I was doing all the right things and so I say to you just realize that your body maybe for whatever reason in a different place right now and allow yourself grace to be where you are but do all the right things to be moving forward and eating properly so that when your body is ready, the weight will come off. I hope that makes sense and I welcome any other questions you have. Please keep me posted. I do care about how you're doing and want to hear. Good news!
I just found you , you are a beautiful soul. Thank you for sharing your story. It resonated so much with me. I may have to listen to this a few times. You are right on. I'm jumping in tomorrow morning. Bless you.
Hi Kim! Welcome to my channel and thank you so much for your very valuable feedback. I so appreciate it and I am so very excited for you! I can't wait to hear about your progress and go through my videos and see how to do this step-by-step. Eventually, I'm going to create some workbooks to help those who need it or want it but for now you can scour through my videos and find really practical steps to get you going in the right direction. Please feel free to ask me any questions you might have give me further feedback. Keep me detailed on your progress as well as suggestions for future videos.
I love this. I'm 57, and 125 pounds heavier than my ideal weight. I'm disgusted with myself, my knees hurt, I worry about sitting in certain chairs, I hate clothes shopping. My weakness is sweets as well, especially chocolate. It seems everything revolves around food and that has to stop.
HI Lana, thank you so much for sharing your difficult place with me. I have been there and I get it. Believe it or not the hardest part is admitting that we really have a problem and then taking the first steps. Do not be disgusted. You got there and you know it is time to do something. Be kind a loving to yourself as you would be if you looked at bigger me when I carried so much shame and tortured myself with self-hate. I should not have done that. I hated the chairs that I could not fit into. Take time and go through some of my videos that give you help in getting started. I would like to see you have hope. I would like to see that you CAN do this too. There is no reason in the world that would stop you. Feel free to ask me questions, give me feedback and I am open to making any future videos you would like to see if I am able. I pray you gather the courage to take the first steps. I will be your biggest cheerleader!
I'm feeling the same way, Lana, joints and everything hurting. I have heard if you're craving sweets especially chocolate you could have a magnesium deficiency too and supplements may help.
Hi Judith, thank you so very much for your kind comment. I am so glad to hear that my story has resonated with you enough to inspire you! I welcome any questions you may have and if you are just starting your own weight loss journey now please check out some of my videos that will tell you how to get started everything from what to eat to mindset changes and how to stay motivated to take the first steps, strategies to put in place if you were a eater, emotional eater, or comfort eater. I hope to see you around and really look forward to hearing of your progress!
I feel this so much, im only 21 and have a similar weight as your before. I just started my 2nd year at school and found a gym our school lets us use for free. Im really hoping i can lose this burden of a weight for my graduation in june, so that i can feel proud walking across the stage and not embarrassed like in high-school 😢❤
Hello lovely 😊 . Thank you so very much for talking to me about your big weight loss goal and how you are just at the beginning and full of hope. I think that 200 pound loss in 8 months is something that is a bit too much to aim for but realistically you could lose 70 pounds which will be a HUGE difference in how you look!!! If you change your lifestyle in both healthy eating and incorporating 6 out of 7 days exercising (start where you are now and build slowly as I did), not only will you lose weight but your body shape will change significantly. I am so proud of you for starting and so happy that you resonate with my story. I am 59 and had everything against me and every reason not to believe in myself. But I did it anyhow. Just close your eyes for a second, take a deep breath and start tomorrow. No excuses.. today get rid of all the crap - the junk foods, sugar foods, snacks, sodas, etc (you know already what these foods are). Bring them to the dump. Go to the store and buy healthy food. Buy proteins, vegetables, fruits, plain Greek or halal yogurt (Turkish is best if you can find it), unsweetened peanut or almond butter, and look up healthy low-calorie recipies and just move into this new journey right away. There is no reason to stop you. I am happy to answer any questions you have and if you want specific videos made, I am happy to do so. Please keep me posted on your success and let me know if you need some motivation / inspiration or encouragement. I am here to help as i am able. 😊
@@easterellen everything is going well, i've lost 3lbs since watching your video. i know i can work harder though so i will try to clean up my diet a bit more, i shopped for healthy foods recently. thank you so much for checking in with me
Hi there what a very kind and wonderfully encouraging comments you've made for me. I can't tell you how much it means to me that you have taken the time to encourage me and give me a reason to continue making videos and keeping this channel alive. I hope to see you around here in the future, and I will welcome any questions you may have or feedback or even suggestions for future videos. Welcome to my channel!
Thank you for your story. This is what I needed to hear. I also am going to be a grandma. I want to be there for him. Your plan is what I need too. We seem to be alot alike. I'm starting now!
@@chereeburtner4659 oh my goodness this is wonderful!!! You’ve already done the hardest part of that is to be willing and ready to start. If I could give you a little bit of advice, I would say don’t let it go past tomorrow. Do whatever you have to do today to get the groceries you need and get rid of all the junk you have and all the bad food. Prepare yourself with watching some of the videos about emotional eating. There’s a few of them and you should probably watch all of them as they all cover different things. I want you to prepare yourself with ways of having a healthy safe outlet for your emotions so that you won’t return to food. I highly recommend journalling even if you are not a writer you can bullet point and just fill out your emotions. It doesn’t matter how it looks or reads. It’s just about getting it out. I highly recommend prayer and meditation. I highly recommend joining an online group for support for over eaters. I highly recommend setting yourself up with activities to do when you are feeling anxious or agitated or sad etc. These can look like anything from a hobby to crossword puzzles to walk and going to the gym to etc.. Try to keep your hands busy and that will help. that’s a lot of information… Sorry, but I hope that it helps. I’m here to help so ask if any questions you may have an open book and would gladly give you any assistance I am able to give you. If there are specific questions you have I will answer if I am able to or here in the comments
That is so very kind of you. Thank you so so very much. I really appreciate the kind comment and I welcome you to ask any questions. Relief further feedback if you have it.
Hi Judy, thank you so much for taking the time to leave a comment and I'm so glad that you found it meaningful. I welcome any further feedback. You may have questions or suggestions for further videos.
Oh my gosh! I started trying to lose weight about 2 weeks ago..I am 10 years older than you and have struggled with weight my whole life! I wish I had seen a video like this 30 years ago. I am also a comfort eater..I lie to myself all the time. You are right..I know what to eat, I know what I am doing wrong. You are such an inspiration! Thank you for your video! 🩷🩷
Hi there, thank you very much for your very kind comment. It is very inspiring to me to hear that this encourages you. As over eaters, we all lie to ourselves… And the good news is even though you didn't hear it 30 years ago you heard it today and that's what's important. So take it as a queue to move forward now and enjoy the journey! I have a lot of videos that can help you in starting out and give you the tools and strategies to keep you away from the cravings and the feeling to emotionally eat or comfort eat. I welcome any questions you may have and hope to hear back from you.
I really appreciate your comment. Thank you so much. You are right we do know what we should be eating and how we should be eating. I would suggest instead of thinking that you’re in weight loss mode to have a little bit of a different thought if you don’t mind me suggesting it. I suggest that you think of it as healthy eating and something you’ll do permanently so the weight won’t come on again. How does that sound to you?
I really am happy to hear this. Welcome to this lovely little community. I hope you find inspiration and motivation for your weight loss transformation and fitness journey. I am here for any question you may have and happy to make new videos to support you or answer in the comments. I wish you all the best and hope to see you around! 😊
Hi Beverly, thank you so very much for your very kind and encouraging comment. It means a lot to me that you've shared your feelings about it. I wonder if you were starting your own weight loss journey now? And if you are, I have a lot of videos that can help you get pointed in the right direction, or perhaps the right direction. We'll have our own path and maybe there are some pros of wisdom within my videos that can help you. I welcome any questions you may have or further feedback.
I can relate, just 2 weeks ago , I was just adoring my little red headed grandson who just turned 2. I told my daughter, I hope I live to see him all grown up. And she said to me, " mom, you wont if you dont take care of yourself. And I started my weightloss journey. But not just to lose pounds., but to lower my sugar numbers. Im on day 16, Ive lost 7 lbs. I havent felt this happy in a long time
hi lisa I'm so glad that you found our channel! Welcome and I'm so glad you've also shared where you are on your weight loss journey and how similar our paths are. That's a lot of weight to lose and so few days but I'm really happy to hear it because it's a great kickstart. I kind of gave , a rule about how much I could lose in a month because I didn't want to be depleting my nutrition. And I didn't want to overdo it. So I welcome you to ask any questions you may have given any feedback that you have or if there's any videos you'd like me to make I can try to accommodate you if possible. All the best in your weight loss journey and I look forward to seeing you around and hearing from you and especially look forward to hearing of your progress. 😇
@@easterellen , I didnt say, that I am disabled for near 12 years now. So Im usually just sitting, so I dont hurt. I cant excercise at all. The only thing that I am so glad I found is the carnivore diet. My sugars are staying below 190. I would check my glucose in the morning and, wow! Up in the 300's ,near 400. It is so hard to stay away from foods you grew up eating. Now, I have 0 cravings. I thank God for giving me the willpower when I asked Him, He answered.
@lisabarrios8235 I am so sorry to hear of your disability and your sugar levels. Changing eating habits is hard. Period. It was paramount, no matter how difficult, in the changes that I have worked towards. I know that it's very very difficult to think about doing, but if you're willing… If you resolute… It can happen. Please keep me posted on your progress and how you're doing. If I can be of any help in giving you motivation and inspiration or answer any questions you may have or, make any videos that you wish to see if if I'm able to I will do so.
@lisabarrios8235 hi lisa I hope you're doing well. I thought that I would add regarding exercise, I have an idea for you besides the aqua and the chair and bed exercises that I had mentioned. I'm not sure how limited your disability leaves you, but there is a kind of exercise that I believe you might be able to do. I'm actually going to do a video about it because there's been a couple of people who hav said that they're in similar positions and unable to do orthodox exercise routines, and they talk about a little bit in one of my recent videos where you isolate muscles and you just squeeze the muscles. It takes very little effort on the joints and even if you're not doing the particular movement, you can still squeeze the muscle. I'm going to do a video I hope within the next couple of days about it where I can show further when I mean, if it doesn't make sense so far. I learned about it a long, long time ago, and had forgotten about it until other day. On your willpower and keeping moving forward. You should be very proud of yourself. Let me know how you're doing and I hope this gives you a little bit of hope. Know you're doing the carnivore diet and I hope that doing well for you I've heard others who do well with it as well. So I wish you well with that, but as far as exercise, I hope I can help you with that.
Hello - thank you for your very kind comment. I do bare my soul day after day in my videos because it grieves me to know that others are suffering the way that I did and I hope beyond hope.. to offer hope and direction, strategies and meaningful instruction to anyone who needs it.
Thank you for this beautiful story Easter and I'm listening to this from across the pond in England. A few years ago I became very depressed and ballooned up to 300lbs and until I got my mind right and finally understood that diet and light exercise is all you need, I was able to lose the weight and keep it off. I am now 220lbs and pushing for 210lbs and as I'm a six foot 51 year old man this is absolutely fine for me. Being big absolutely sucked and when I lsten to these fat activists I just shake my head. I will never go back to that 'life' as it was complete hell and anyone in that situation has my deepest sympathy. Be well.
Hello… Thank you so so much for your kind encouragement and your comment. It means a lot to me because you are someone who has been there and gets it as well. Don't want to speak against anyone and their beliefs because we believe fervently in what we're doing when we believe it. So I wish other people all the best in their own weight loss journey because my weight isn't the right way for everybody. It makes sense to me and seems like it's the right way to me… But that means that it's right for me and for others who may feel the same way. I know that ways didn't work for me. your story is inspiring and I'm so happy to hear that you've done so well. I hope to see you back here again and value any feedback you have or questions you may have or suggestions for videos even. Thank you once again. 😊
@@easterellen Hey Easter, many thanks for your response and for your kind words. Could I suggest a video for mindset as this is the most important factor in changing one's lifestyle.More specifically, the daily habits that we use to reinforce this in order to stay focused and stay on track and how to deal with the 'dips' that sometimes throw us off of our path to wellness. Best regards.
Hi there, I really appreciate your comment and all the suggestions you have. Funny enough I am in the midst of editing a video that will probably get out tomorrow realistically. It focusses on mindset and purpose. The second part of what you asked for I haven't done a video about, but it's a fantastic suggestion and I will try to get it done this week or at least within 10 days. I really value your input and feedback so thank you again and keep it coming as well as keep coming back yourself! You are very much appreciated! 😊
@@easterellen Hello Easter, many thanks for this. As a suggestion, one daily habit I do to start my day off right, is to simply make my bed and go and make a healthy breakfast. This may seem like nothing to a right-minded person, but for me it is an essential building block for the day. From that point I will do my best to make better decisions with my lifestyle choices for the day and add them to my 'toolbox' At first, this was hard but I now do a daily routine and think about what I could do better. This was the foundation for me to change my mindset, introduce routine and to reinforce healthy habits for body and mind. All the best and I look forward to your new videos!
Hello and thank you so much for that very valuable feedback. Funny enough when I turned my life around and got to a better place. I started the same habit of making my bed every day first thing in the morning. I literally literally get out of bed and make it the second I'm out of it. And it has made, a huge difference because instead of feeling like I have a sloppy and tidy room, which makes me feel like I have a sloppy and tidy life… I feel refreshed. I feel ready to tackle the day. There's just some type of psychological attachment too, making my bed for me. I think you say it very well in your comment. I will definitely incorporate your suggestions into a video because the same things have proven true in my own life. It is not something that I would have thought of so thank you, thank you, thank you! 😇
Wow, thank you - that is so very kind of you and it means a lot to me for you to say that. I welcome any questions you may have. Maybe you're on your own weight loss journey or maybe you just are working towards a goal, I'm so glad you found this video and, hope to hear from you again.
Prayer has been such an important part of my journey and connecting with God. I know not everybody calls God God and I respect that completely and that some people don't even think of their higher power as God at all and that's fine as long as we connect to our faith, into whatever we believe in. The prayer itself reaching to God has made such a difference to me and allowing God to help me see where I needed to correct my eating behaviours and my emotional reliance on food instead of relying on God. Please let me know if you have any questions, I welcome you to my channel and again thank you for your very kind comment.
I have same up and down weight fluctuations.i just take it a day at a time.God is the answer to everything.our weight doesn’t define us,but for health reasons I like to stay medium.you would be gorgeous no matter what you weigh!I find the few times I lost a lot, I looked older not that there’s anything wrong with age ,all the best to you 🪽😇
You’re absolutely right our weight does not define us and as well I would say our age doesn’t define us. Our looks don’t finest. It is strictly our character in our spirit that makes us who we are. When those things are in check as far as I’m concerned, I’m in the right place. The rest is easy if I keep my self, honest and acting out of good intentions and thinking of others first. I was said if you do the right things for the right reasons, everything will fall into place. God is a part of my journey, and my faith helped me tremendously.
I love you story~mine is long but today I came home determined not to keep repeating history: I journaled, prayed, made a meal and you showed up lol. Each day I want to eat for the wrong reason “shut~down and not feel” I am going to repeat what I did today. It’s basically what you did. My #1 tool is going to be about my daily “Lifestyle” routine I have a lot of healthy things in place but when it comes to “feelings” I keep shutting them down and overeat… It may be a relatively healthy choice for a lot of people (a smoothie made with Plant Foods) but for me it’s the same thing as a milkshake and I often want a second one (24oz) right after the first🤦♀️ I so want to stop using food to feel better. Tomorrow I will repeat what I did today (pray, journal, eat real food and work on portion control. Thank You So Much for sharing your story❤
Hi Cathy, thank you so very much for sharing your journey with me. I am deeply flattered by your kind comment and hope that I can. offer you some inspiration. If I may suggest, I would like to point you to some videos that i have that are about dealing with emotional "feelings" eating and strategies (that work) around them that include journaling but that is not the only tool that I used by any means, although a HUGE game-changer for me. Please keep me posted and keep your chin up. I would like to hear joy in your "voice" and hear that you are proud of yourself for already moving forward and making good choices. Don't focus on the slip-ups, focus on your amazing victories that are pushing you forward! Please keep in touch and I look forward to hearing from you again.
I started my health and fitness journey again about 6 weeks ago… Aside from other unhealthy eating previously… I didn’t realize until prepping for a work cookout today how much I used to pick at random food in front of me. There are small habits we can start replacing with better alternatives until we’re ready to tackle the big ones. If you’re reading this - YOU CAN DO IT! Get proper support, that’s super important. There will be days when you want to quit and you need people that you feel comfortable sharing that with who will encourage you to keep going 💙
@@EBov91 you are so right… Picking and grazing is a huge habit that most people are even unaware of. When you’re cooking, it’s easy to take a taste… Then like it enough to take another taste… And so on before you know you’ve had a meal before having your meal. I am glad that you’re back to your fitness journey and weight loss journey and I hope that you cling to it tightly. It’s so rewarding to get there and I know you can do it. Six weeks is an awesome start. If I can be of any help, let me know. 😊
Hello & thank you for sharing your journey! You & this video just popped up in my feed! I am so thankful to find you! 🙏 Your story is sooooooo inspiring! I'm looking forward to watching more of your videos & being inspired even more! Congratulations to a healthier YOU! BTW, you are absolutely beautiful, inside & out - I can already feel that from you! 😊
Hi Carol, first of all thank you so much for subscribing to my channel and more than that I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your very kind and encouraging comment. I appreciate that you see who I am and that you took the time to tell me so. I hope that when you go through you find a lot of inspiration. Please let me know if you have any questions. I know that my weight loss approach is a little bit different as I am more focussed on addressing what it is that makes us eat so much in the first place. I was an emotional ear and a sugar addict and I went to food for comfort. The fact that, I felt like I needed comfort, and the fact that I was emotional and eight became the things that I believed were more important to address rather than the food itself. The food I ate was a symptom, not the problem. My problem was the emotional havoc I was living in. I had no coping skills or strategies in place to deal with the things that came up in life. Now I'm staying too much all at once, but I do hope you find some inspiration and any questions you may have. I really hope that you are able to start your weight loss journey and I'm looking forward to hearing about your progress.
This is absolutely amazing. No doubt you have inspired so many people who struggle with eating. I heard a plastic surgeon and many others say obesity is a disease. I have to disagree. Obesity leads to diseases. If I would lose co troll I too, could easily over time put on a lot of lbs. One thing I was wondering did you have a lot of loose skin after the weight loss? A plastic surgeon was so traffic as to show the reality of gaining a lot of weight and then losing it. The skin left was as bad as the weight they had put on. The surgeries to remove it looked like a painful, difficult ordeal. KUDOS to you. You found a purpose to LIVE!
Hi there, thank you for your support and input, I really appreciate the time you took for that comment. I do have a video about my loose skin and I show it. I'm really really lucky I think for a few reasons. I don't have a lot of blue skin, although I definitely have a little. I think because I wasn't overweight for many years, that could be part of the reason also my entire weight loss journey was couple with a lot of water and I started exercising as soon as I could. And maybe I just have good genes.. As far as eating being a disease, I think we all have our own opinions on it, and my own opinion is that it Hass to do with our mental health and our emotional health quite often and therefore can be classified as a disease. I don't think it's a physical disease at all, but it causes diseases… It causes serious and sometimes reversible damage and light life-threatening. I welcome your feedback your questions and any further videos you may suggest to make. 😇
Thank you for sharing your story. I am sharing this video with my sister. She is obese and has struggled for years to lose weight. I've been kindly encouraging her with ideas, but I think she would benefit from hearing this. ❤
hi James thank you so very much for your comment and I truly pray that your sister will hear my story and that it will resonate with her. The sad thing is we're just ready when we're ready. I think what worked the best in my case was realizing that I wouldn't be around for my grandchildren. As you can see in the video, I still can't talk about it to this day. If she has something that is so deeply meaningful to her anything that is deeply meaningful to her then it will make a huge difference in her decision and her ability to stick to it. I have a lot of videos on where to start as well so if she does decide to take the plunge and take the first few steps forward, I'm happy to help in anyway I can if she reaches out to me as well as pointer in the direction of some videos that help you start from scratch. Thank you again for your kind comment and again I am hoping the best for your sister.
Hello beautiful lady. You are such an inspiration to me and others. My weight is 330. I know exactly what you're talking about. I've been having severe pain in both of my legs. It was gradually harder to walk. I finally went to the bone doctor. Which I was trying to get my doctor to take X-rays for the longest time. Come to find out, I have severe osteoarthritis in both knees and no cartilage in either knee. I also found out that I have rickets. Which have caused my legs to be badly deformed. I'm not balanced at all on my own. I have to use a walker just for a few steps. I use a wheelchair when I go anywhere. I'm so deeply depressed because of it. It's really hard being very limited to what I can do. I've just suffered so long in not knowing what was going on. I knew something was wrong with my legs. Thank you for a wonderful video. ❤
Hello lovely Madeline and thank you for your very kind and considerate comment. It means so much to me that you shared where you are with your difficulties and yet you have hope to get yourself back into some type of healthier bodyweight. It sounds like you have a lot of health issues to deal with, and I really hope that you can utilize things like aqua classes, chair exercises, and even bed exercise routines. You can find them on RUclips and they're fantastic. 0 please let me know if you have any specific questions or videos you'd like to see me make for you and I will try to accommodate if I can. 😇
@kerrissedai6857 You are so right! Thank you for commenting and joining in this lovely growing community. I hope to see you around in the future and welcome any feedback, suggestions or questions you may have.
You can still help minimize the pain in your joints by cutting sugar and eating low carb plus meat/ veggies and water I have osteoarthritis too. But by changing your diet decreases the pain and discomfort you’ll loose the weight and feel like you can get your life back. I also go to the gym and do weights you could still do small weights to help with your arthritis. It does work! Don’t lose hope!
Hi there Tina I am so very glad to read your comment! I'm so happy to have helped you get inspired to get back on track and I welcome any questions you may have about my journey and how I did it if you're wondering. I have a lot of videos that talk about how to start and strategies to keep in place so that you don't emotionally look for food or have comfort food cravings. I hope to see you around and more than anything. I look forward to hearing about your progress. Please keep me posted.
I just turned 59 on September 6th and I'm on disability. Since I was finally granted the disability a part of me just gave up on life. What I mean to say is that I just sit at home and have no social life. I stay home, visit my parents about twice a month and usually have my grandson about 50% of the time. This will be lengthy but I promise I will get to the point, lol. My grandson lost his mom to a major car accident three years ago. I was already helping alot with him but now I've picked up the mother role instead of Grandma. He and I are inseparable. He is now 10 years old and calls me every night to tell me goodnight and several times on the weekends when I don't have him. In 2016 I was involved in a really bad truck accident and while the truck was flipping over and over all I could see was his little face. I knew it was God telling me that my grandson was going to need me and for me to stay strong and I was going to live. I had to be cut out of the truck and flown to a hospital 2 hours away. I never lost consciousness through it all. So, my purpose is also my grandchildren. I have also been blessed with a granddaughter, his half sister. She is 16 months old now and such a beautiful sassy little thing. Anyways , to the being overweight. I am obese. I haven't weighed lately but I'm sure I'm over 225 lbs. At least 75 pounds over what I want to be. I am 5'6". I was the woman that always dressed nice, had my makeup on and was the life of the party. Now, I never wear makeup unless it's a special occasion , I am in my comfy clothes 90% of the time and to be honest, I don't even shower every day. I just stay in and even have my groceries delivered now so I don't have to go to the store. I would love to be 150 lbs again. I am so glad you popped up in my feed tonight because I definitely needed your inspiration! God bless you!
@ccscreations3263 I have to start by saying that you are absolutely an inspiration yourself. Your courage in your accident… Your courage and mothering your grandson and his little sister is so applaudable. I really think you should give yourself kudos for the dedication and love and more love and more love that you give to these two children. They are so very blessed to have you. I hear you when you say that you've given up. I was that we also. I didn't talk about another tragic loss I had in this visit video. It was not a death of my child, but I lost her anyhow to a very tragic circumstance. This day it breaks my heart and I never see her. I tell you this just let you know that I hear your pain and I feel it too. It was really really hard to climb out of that isolation and to climb out of the giving up and to finally just brace myself and say wake up… It's time wake up! Only by the grace of God alone I woke up by knowing that my grandchildren would need me also. If I could suggest a couple of things here is what I would say. First of all, even though you don't feel like doing something do it anyways. Having the mindset of someone who leads a healthy life, starts with one little step so do one thing that you don't feel like doing tomorrow. Maybe that will be going for a little walk or not having a special food that you particularly like that you know is really bad for you. Maybe you can cut it out tomorrow. Maybe I could also suggest that you get up, you make your bed, you get dressed in something that is not the comfies and doesn't have to be fancy just something that you feel presentable in. Brush your hair, put a little bit of make up on and then look at yourself and smile. Because I know just from reading what you've written that you are a very beautiful woman. One thing I've noticed in ageing is that our beauty no longer is physical at our age. It's more about what shines out from the inside that makes us beautiful. does that make sense? Does this sound doable to you? I hope and pray that you find things to smile about and you grab onto those things and you let them give you one little step at a time. I have a lot of videos about how to start and I have many more coming that will have fresh ideas that may be a little unorthodox, but that worked for me for me. Please get back to me and let me know how you're doing and I hope hope hope to hear it that you choose to take a step forward and then another one and then another one. I'm cheering you on!
Hearing the love you have for your grands and the love they have for you was inspirational. I wish I could feel some of that, som reason to live and love myself more. Im constantly coaching others in my profession, but truly struggle with feeling lived and cared for.
Hi there… Thank you for being so open and vulnerable with me. I really appreciate that you're sharing with me. It is really easy to lift up others if you are similar to how I am. And maybe one of the things you need to understand is how very important you are to others. The fact that you were coaching others and helping them through their own struggles should mean something to you. You should see how important you are and how valuable you are and how worthy you are and how, deserving of love and kindness you are. People need you. Maybe that could be a purpose for you. I think even the fact that you resonate so well with the love that I have for my grandchildren shows me what a deep and caring person you are. Feeling loved and feeling cared for was a mistake that I thought I needed for a long time. The truth is, what I needed was to love myself… I was so very hard on myself, and I never saw myself worthy of the love that I wanted so desperately. I never saw myself worthy of the care that I so desperately wanted. What I didn't realize until I was on this weight loss journey is that this love and this had to start within me. There's so much that I want to say to you to encourage you so that you can look in the mirror and see the beautiful person that you are. I sense it and I feel it and I just know that you are. Please take the time to go through some of my videos. I can't think of the names of them off the top of my head, but I do talk about loving yourself and about how important it is to stay positive and to be kind to yourself and to do things for yourself. I also focus on why we emotionally eat, we binge eat and we comfort eat. I've said a lot already I'm sorry, but I just hear your sadness and it breaks my heart. I want to say to you that I know how it feels, I have truly been there and I hope to offer you even a little thread of hope that you can grasp to and maybe take a look in the mirror and see the beautiful person that you ar
Thank you! 😊 that is so very kind of you and I really really appreciate your positive feedback. Please let me know if you have any questions and I welcome you to my channel and hope to see you around.
What a beautiful moving testimony. I came across this by accident? Or maybe it was meant to be. I’m 59 and you gave me a ha ha moment in when you said you need to find your reason. My problem has always been I have no reason, I have no incentive. Thank you for making me realise this I have something to work on. ❤
I am at my highest weight. I've gained 80 lbs since 2018. I lost my Dad in 2018 and then jumped right into a relationship. I would eat in secret because I was so unhappy. I ended that relationship in late 2019, I didn't have a place to live yet, so i was living with my daughter. Then Covid hit early 2020 and in that same month we had an earthquake. 2023 I was diagnosed with Pulmonary Hypertension. I am now on oxygen full time and CPAP at night. Today is my begin day. Anyway, wish me luck!
Hi Wendy, thank you for your very kind comment and for telling me about where you are right now. Don't despair, exercise will be challenging with your breathing, however not impossible. It's about timing yourself and listening to your body. As for your eating… Keep watching the videos that I have posted and I hope it will give you some inspiration as to where to start and how to start, etc. I'm very excited that you've made this decision and please keep me posted and let me know how you do.
I am so ready, some time ago i was 350 got to 270...then to as of today 239..... I am joining the gym tomorrow worried about loose skin etc you look great. I can pin point to the exact start of weight problems for me and I HATE I let it get to where it did. I have demons of laxatives and throwing up and binging trying to keep them away when the weight does not move for a day or two is very hard. Thank you for honest video
I am so proud to hear of your tremendous success!! Good for you and you are well on your way! I have a few videos on my story from laxatives and starving myself to binges and overeating over and over. I got to 350 also and like you carried tremendous shame to the point that I lost friends.. good friends, because I was so afraid they would ask to see me that I completely isolated myself. Please DO NOT weigh every day. I don't because it is so deceiving. I weigh once a week and when I am feeling anxious I make it once a month. Watch the videos and let me know specific question you have and I will address them in new videos. I am happy to help where I can.
Easter, thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️ Simple truths. Nobody is forcing food into our mouths, it is US doing it to OURSELVES... Nobody will lose that weight for us, just as you said, let's stop lying to ourselves, roll up the sleeves and start! All the best, people 💚✌️ Beata
Hi Beata, thank you for your incredibly kind comment and reflection on the positive message. I was trying to give. I'm so glad it resonated with you and I hope that if you were starting your own weight loss journey, you can spend some time going through some of my videos that may point you in the right direction into having a very healthy relationship with food and with yourself most important. It is true that sometimes we keep secrets on ourselves. But we're only fooling ourselves. I hope that if you are on your own weight loss journey that you stay in touch and let me know how it's going.

Huge hugs and Love i am sending you!🤗💚💜🙏🙏🙏
I’m 59 and I’m listening to you with eager anticipation
oh my goodness that is amazing to hear! What did you think at the end? And if you're on your weight loss journey, I hope you find your way to my channel and find some inspiration and hope from the strategies and coping mechanisms that I put in place to handle my own emotions as I was on my weight loss journey and have kept up since then.
Beautiful lady, with a beautiful soul...congratulations on your success 🎉🎉
Hello Tanya, thank you so much for your very beautiful comment. You actually put a smile in my heart and made me remember how important it is to put myself out there, even though it can be uncomfortable because I still feel a little bit of shame for where I was before. But when I know I've touched somebody's heart or when I've given someone hope it is completely worth it. So thank you again for your congratulations and your kindness. Please feel free to stop by anytime, I truly would value your input your feedback in any questions you may have.
Suger addiction is a thing. Notice it wasn't steak you wanted to sneak. I can relate! God bless you for being an overcomer!
So having said that, I encourage you to push forward a little bit at a time one day at a time and one small goal at a time and get yourself movin
I apologize for the late reply however, I just started course 10 days ago.
@@sonyak8416 wonderful I hope to have the same results in the very near future. Thank you for sharing. 🙂
Perfect timing this turned up in my reels... thank you for this my journey starts this week 110 pounds to lose. I can do this.
😊
What a blessing! Not a commercial but common sense. Congratulations.
How funny!
You look stunning! Great, touching video! ❤
Thank you so much! That means. Lot to me.
Easter, I think you hit the nail on the head! So many times, we reach for food instead of reaching for God. Thank you.
I'm so glad this popped up tonight for me to watch. Your story really resonated with me. Thank you!!!❤
I am so glad you found this channel.
I could not. be happier!

Real and down to earth. No miracle diets or drugs- just the ones n eat strength we are all born with and so often forget we have it!

What a beautiful lady you are! Thank you for your insights on this. Still struggling with weight.
Thanks for the video! New subscriber here. I'm going to be looking through your videos to discover how you keep your skin looking so good, not floppy.
Way to go!
I started my journey 1/24 and I'm down 70lbs. I'm feeling so much better.
Congratulations for all your hard work! You deserve the best!
@larah287 thank you so much for your kindness! I am so happy you are a part of this lovely community.
Let me know if you have any questions about it
@@easterellen This sounds doable AND no gym required 🙌 thank you! - grandma “Baba” from southern British Columbia 🇨🇦
Congrats on your weight loss! Thanks for your story. I’m ten pounds from my goal of one fifty.
Wow, this is one of the best videos in weight loss. It’s about changing your thinking and habits and behaviours around food.
Good luck😊
@@thesaltycrone9237 thank you for the encouragement!
@@easterellen Thanks so very much for the encouragement!
@@resolutesky948 that's great work and I have about the same amount too. We can do it ❤️
@@resolutesky948 I forgot something that doesn't make the total so overwhelming.
@@easterellen Thank you! I will definitely check out the rest of your videos.

Again, thank you for sensible, life-changing information!

@couturedeana I wish you all the best in your surgery tomorrow. Blessings and success!
Way to go lovely lady!!!! You are truly an inspiration!!!
Thank you so much for your kind compliment also!

You are AWESOME

A beautiful story of the basic truths of life. Keep loving yourself first. The rest will fall into place and everyone is a winner ❤️
What a motivation you are. Good for you. So proud to have listened to your video!!! Thank you for sharing. 🙏
@@easterellen Easter, thank you for the reply, it’s means a lot to me. I will definitely keep in touch. Blessings!
That is wonderful!! I wish you all the best on your weight loss journey.
Absolutely riveting, inspiring story!
thank you so much Pat that means so very much to me! Please let me know if you have any further feedback, questions or if there are any videos you would like to see made. I hope to see you around and welcome to my channel. 😇
So inspiring. Thank you for being so honest and real about this❤
Hi Jane, thank you so very much for your kind comment.
Your grandbabies are so very blessed to have such a beautiful, kind, sensitive grandmother!! I needed to hear your story today. Thank you!

@catsrus2890 so sorry you are feeling this way and I appreciate your suggestions for Lana. I pray you feel some relief soon.
Oh my goodness the drama. I’m out.
@belligirl21 thanks for stopping by and sorry to see you go.

I’m so proud of you even though I don’t know you, you are amazing! 😎🤙🇨🇦

Thank you. You are so inspiring, yes we all know what we should be eating and doing but sometimes our emotions and hormones get in the way.
@@easterellen I absolutely agree!

@@easterellen I am so happy for you!
OMG this is me now. Thank you so very much for having the guts to bare your soul to hep me and others too.
Thank You for Sharing!! You are SUCH A BEAUTIFUL SOUL💞🥰💞🥰
Wow, thank you - that is so very kind of you and it means a lot to me for you to say that. I welcome any questions you may have. Maybe you're on your own weight loss journey or maybe you just are working towards a goal, I'm so glad you found this video and, hope to hear from you again.
Glad you mentioned prayer, God Bless you
Prayer has been such an important part of my journey and connecting with God.
😇🙏🪽🥰
Your story is sooooooo inspiring!
😇
Definitely swimming and water exercises. The water takes off the stress from your joints.
How very very kind and encouraging of you! Thank you.
Thank you so much for your story. It helped me to make up my mind to get back on track. Thank you, thank you.
Holy Christ! You look amazing. So inspiring. 🎉
Thank you for sharing from your heart. Great inspirational video!
Thank you so much! I am so glad you find it inspiring. Let me know if you have any questions at all.
Easter, thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️
Simple truths. Nobody is forcing food into our mouths, it is US doing it to OURSELVES... Nobody will lose that weight for us, just as you said, let's stop lying to ourselves, roll up the sleeves and start! All the best, people 💚✌️
Beata
Hi Beata, thank you for your incredibly kind comment and reflection on the positive message. I was trying to give. I'm so glad it resonated with you and I hope that if you were starting your own weight loss journey, you can spend some time going through some of my videos that may point you in the right direction into having a very healthy relationship with food and with yourself most important. It is true that sometimes we keep secrets on ourselves. But we're only fooling ourselves. I hope that if you are on your own weight loss journey that you stay in touch and let me know how it's going.
