CapCut not installing from apk? How to install is package installer keeps stopping and not installed

If you can't installe capcut using apk file downloaded or got from official site or originally got apk file then lets see how to solve it. If it shows package installer keeps stopping and the application is not getting installed for long time then what to do.
Note:-
I am not teaching to use any service or product freely or not teaching to do anything illegal.
I am teaching how to solve the problem in our phone if it can't installe any application from its apk file.
