This reminded me of how teachers would always tell you for tests that if you didn’t know the answer then to just guess. That always infuriated me because then someone who just guessed might get it right and they’ll assume that person knows how to work it out so they’ll never learn the correct answer.
if you can actually guess the right answer, you probably know more than someone who don't know how to guess at all. Unless it like a multiple choice thing, but then that's just pure probability.. It all evens out.

I got super high grades in one class in college. English. She told us to write about something that affected us as well as most of the population. This was 2005. Everyone wrote about 9/11. I wrote about Harry Potter. Teacher was a HP fan and I got grades I probably didn't deserve as a result. They just want you to be different sometimes.

Funny story,
Once as a child I did an assignment by guessing all of the answers and the girl in-front of me saw me. Once we got our scores back she anxious to see what I got. She saw I passed with a perfect score.
This movie made me recollect that memory.
I’ve done that before and also with math problems I’d put the first answer that comes to my head and it would be right then I’d get points off on the show your work cause I didn’t know how to explain randomly guessing in a professional way lol

I took my chem exam on college board and it was easy asf, I would say with certainty I got a 4, probably a 5. Turns out I had that bug that was common at the time where submitting it glitches. Anyways, retook it, got an impossible test, much harder questions and got a 3. Now I have to take chem again…
School: forces students to learn every subject in a month for exams.
