Love this! It would be awesome if Fel and Ro can use what they recommended for one week, and let us know if what they picked was enough, or if they needed extra like toner, or there was something that didn’t make an effect in conjunction with the rest of the products
just wanted to say that beauty within has really helped me with not only my skin journey, but my self love journey too :) this channel made me grow a love for skincare and i'm very thankful for all the hard work that everyone on the beauty within team puts in for each and every video they put out. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
For those who didn't get their oily skin friendly sunscreen, I recommend sunplay skin aqua silky white gel. It's runny fluid like consistency looks almost like the PC one but will definitely fit ur budget. And I think I read somewhere it's SPF is tested to be above 45 so works for me.
I'm from the UK and Versed is finally stocked in my local drugstore so I was so excited to get the moisturiser you suggested and I've been so happy with that ever since! I even drink more green tea (as well as my coffee ☕️🤤) because of Fel 😁💙
Differin isn’t supposed to be used as a treatment which you discontinue. It needs to be used consistently for a very long time similar to any retinoid. It isn’t a spot treatment or a periodic start and stop one.
If you are looking for a good moisturizer for oily, acne-prone, sensitive skin, I highly recommend the versed moisturizer!! It's amazing, lightweight and won't break you out!!
surprised and pleased that these products are my routine: differin gel, bliss toner serum, niacinamide serum, cerave lotion with exception that I have the cerave cream to foam cleanser and zapzyt cleanser and aveeno sunscreen
the paula's choice hydrating fluid sunscreen is the best sunscreen i ever used. i have really dry skin and my skin soaks it up and it sits on the skin so nicely. i love that there is no white cast at all bc the viscosity is so thin.
Love this and sharing it with my friends who have just started their skincare journey but don’t want to break the bank as they start creating their own skincare routine. Could you do a challenge for healthy skin care for pregnant or nursing mothers? I’m not there yet myself but love my skin care now and want to continue using healthy skin care when I’m pregnant or nursing in the future. Thank you!
For me to toning is necessary. My skin only suits gel moistrizer but after wearing only that, there's dry patches. I don't have a lot of money to try on different types of moistrizer to get the 'one'. I just add toner
@@curiousmind2168 Hey, I used to order them on iHerb but unfortunately they've been discontinued now, that's why I use Care to Beauty. Some of my friends have ordered CeraVe on Amazon and have had a good experience but I'm way too paranoid about fake products to take the risk hehe. The downside is that, you have to pay customs, quite a hefty one, unless you live in say, Kolkata or nearby, we pay kinda less here than cities like Mumbai but it's not a small amount either:( Well, the bottles are huge so they last for a long time, that's why I keep buying them while trying to turn my eyes away from the hefty price tag haha.😅
@@curiousmind2168 It is a website based in Portugal, in my experience, their service has been very reliable so far😅, the only downside are the customs that I have already mentioned in my previous comment, but that can't be helped as long as you are ordering from India.🙂😅
This hit the mark SO much better than the last $50 video! Really enjoy y’all’s videos and they definitely help to find new and interesting products but.. You gals are very fortunate to have products given to you to try!! Building a good, effective skincare routine can really add up. I feel like Fel gave much better, realistic choices for a good routine! Love y’all’s positive attitude though! Keep it coming!
Okay Fel I was surprised how many things we love that are similar! Personally, I definitely prefer the Cerave PM over the other Versed moisturizer(too lightweight even for me). Cerave am and PM are amazing and It's one of the best I've tried to date and so affordable. And the youth extending SPF by Paul's choice is the best I've tried to date texture wise and price wise.
Really love this challenge. There's so many who can't afford to spend a lot on skincare, so I think this is really great! I was wondering if you would do a Cruelty Free routine under $50 as well? I'd absolutely love that. Keep up the good work!
I love my toners and essences! Hydration has been so important for my combo hormonal acne skin. I use quite a bit of actives and hydration has been key to keep my skin healthy.
The paula’s choice spf was a game changer for me!!! Thank you so much for recommending it so many times. I’m acne prone and combo, but so many friends and family members have tried my tube and they have different skin types - and they have all loved it too. It’s just so hard to get an spf that’s not greasy or makes your face go purple if you have a deeper skin tone.
what about a 70-100 dollar routine challenge? so different people would be able to chose a routine according to their budget and it would give you guys more freedom to put more active ingredients in there and add steps
PLEASE do a follow up video of affordable toners from both Fel and Ro! I have never tried toners because theyre "unnecessary" and expensive but I'd love to know where to even start!
Appreciate how you and Ro break down for me, a skin are lay-women. AND the best tip ☝🏽 I took away was there’s travel/trial size! I just rec’d my PC haul, when I just went to get their hydrating fluid & niacinamide booster… buy 2 get 8 more things to “try”😬 APPRECIATE you Fel❣️ (also got the differin gel - my 15 yr old shares with me😉)
Yes im using the Cerave cleanser, moiturizer and Versed gel cream as well in my routine, Ive been trying to make my skincare routine as simple as possible and also effective, thats why im so glad you recommend the same products that im using 💓
I’d love to see fel and ro do a one minute routine challenge for a week! Do your entire skincare routine (including cleansing) using whatever products you want in only one minute!!
I wished i've known this channel a long time ago..at least when i started to be in my 20's 😭 But so thankful to all the learnings especially the basic but essential ones ☺️
Fel, loved this! Also, can you please share your current/ summer make up routine? Your skin is glowing! When I put on make up, I get oily rather than “glowy” 🥲.
I've definitely been turned on to gel moisturizers since tuning into this channel and I am so grateful! I just emptied the farmacy daily greens gel moisturizer and I absolutely loved it! I've also been using The Niacinamide serum from the ordinary and tbh, I'm still not sure if/how it's working, but it's super affordable so I recommend you buy it if you wanna add the ingredient to your routine. Thanks once again for all of your work, ladies!
I tried various cheaper options to Paula's Choice niacinamide serum, but none them worked for me, so I ended up going back to PC. I think it can be very individual which ones work best for you, but I did get really nice results with PC niacinamide and use it daily, even if it is a bit pricey.
K-beauty is actually not that affordable from my experience. K-beauty retailers always have a bunch of sales up to 50% most of the time on well-known brands so it seems cheap but their RRPs can easily range between 20-30 per product, some sites they even rig up the RRP so you end up paying much more, or just bulk buying them whenever there is a sales, it's not economical, efficient and reasonable to some people who on a budget where as drugstore western skincare can be purchased in a heart beat at your disposable in seconds. For stuff like cleansers with actives (BHA, AHA, PHA, LHA) western brands tend to do better, give you more bang for the buck in big volume, Korean sunscreen is also more expensive than western ones for a typical 40-50ml, bigger sizes above 80ml is hard to find and it costly. Western also wins over Korean if you're into something like Vitamin C, Retinol/Retin-A in price range and options.
@@bluecute123 Lol what are you talking about. K beauty and ESPECIALLY sunscreen is way cheaper and way bigger bottles/more product. If only like western beauty just say that lmao
@@bluecute123 you are so right. At this point it's kind of over rated. And sometimes things are a hit or miss so we should not really obsess over a tag. Sometimes western products will work better than k beauty and vice versa.
I think either the new Cerave or Cetaphil Acne Cleansers with salicylic acid would have been waaay better and appropriate here. They both cost around 10 bucks each. Just checked, the Cerave one is actually $8 on Amazon right now. Also, it in particular has oil-absorbing clay, ceramides and niacinamide on top of the salicylic acid. Both acne lines also have their own dedicated moisturizers that complement the cleansers.
definitely on the same page with toners. my combo, dehydrated skin NEEDS a toner/essence. This is such a cool challenge though, and something I want to give a try, myself! I think a really good brand to incorporate for this challenge is Good Molecules -- they might seem over-hyped but their stuff is actually so effective and reliable! I just got their rose-water gel cleanser ($16) and it's actually super nice/non-stripping! I also love their tranexamic acid serum too, it's $12 and has really helped with my redness/hyperpigmentation with continuous use ~ you guys should move the $$ limit up and do a $100 skincare routine too ;D although that probably wouldn't be much of a challenge, I just wanna know what you guys would curate if you could incorporate everything you wanted : )
Im 33 I've struggling with black/white head for over 7 years. Oily skin. In my country is not easy to get good skincare at all. There are some insta stores selling Kbeuty stuff (not so cheap) and sometimes you have to wait long for stock. Long short story, for a year I've been under an almost K-beauty routine and works pretty well, its amazing how clean and glowy is my face. Still get black/white heads but like 3 in my cheeks every once in a while. If works for someone my whole routine is similar. Morning: cleanse with neutrogena ultra gente daily cleansing foaming formula (not the best but I can get in the supermarket easily) Hyaluronic acid (Ordinary) Niacinamide (Ordinary) Centella Calming Gel (Iunik-dry season) Oil free ultra moisturizing lotion (COSRX-rainy season and night) Sunscreen: Instree Hyaluronic acid water Sun gel or Sunprise from Etude House (I've working at home for over two years, wear a good thick sunscreen for my morning runs) Night: Cleanse 2%salicylic acid (InkeyList) Glycolic acid 7% (Ordinary-every other night) The same Hyaluronic and Niacinamide. 1-2 nights a week retinol (InkeyList) Friday or Saturday Mask Propolis Vitamin Sleeping Mask (Iunik)
I love the Cerave cleanser but the one for oily skin :) It doesn't dry out your face which I love. I also love the Versed moisturizer, been using it for over a year and it's the best! The niacinamide serum is also something I use daily to help with my pores and notice it does make a difference, especially the first few weeks after you use it. I would love to hear recommendations for toners because I also enjoy them! My favorite one right now is the Good Molecules one and although it does not target acne prone skin, it does contain niacinamide and vitamin C that gives a nice brightening effect :) I am going to try the Differin gel because I have experienced more chin acne recently so I am excited to give that a try!! Also the sunscreen! I've been looking for one. Thank you for the video!!!
Not really a challenge but I would love to hear your thoughts on numbuzin! I just recently got their number 3 serum and I’m legitimately surprised at how much it’s helped with texture, specifically on my forehead(it wasn’t acne, it was more rough I guess? It was one of those weird issues where I didn’t know what was causing it or how to work on it). Anyways, they’re products are roughly $25-$30 and I don’t have the money or time to try all of them and would like to see what you guys think😂
Been out of the country and missed some of your recent videos. Couldn’t wait to catch up ASAP!! Thanks gals for your brightness and hard work...big love from the UK ;)
I recommend adding the suntique I’m safe for sensitive skin sunscreen to the list. Only 24$ on soko glam and it’s a 100 % physical sunscreen that leaves no white cast and dosent feel greasy ans since it’s physical it’s safe for sensitive skin and dosent get absorbed into the blood stream like chemical sunscreen does!! And Elta Md is also a staple in sunscreens!
could you guys make a video only about cerave? i would love to know your thoughts in other products of the brand, especially the normal/oily skin cleanser
Well, since in my country, Cereve is still considered as "expensive" tbh.. So the items that ive used is Cosrx Good Morning Cleanser, a local brand brightening serum that contains Alpha Arbutin +silver vine, Benton Aloe propolis soothing gel moisturizer and finally Cosrx aloe soothing sunscreen. And for my exfoliator, i use Paula's Choice bha liquid exfoliant, which i bought the small bottle n it still feels full eventho i already bought it 3 months ago. Tbh i think Cosrx is that brand to watch if you have oily skin since its pretty cheap yet it works wonders?
Sadly, the PC sunscreen did NOT work for me. Sucked because I didn't actually hate it for my oily skin-it wasn't perfect, but it also didn't make me a greasy mess like so many other sunscreens do. However, it didn't actually keep me from getting burned. One of my first times trying it, I wasn't even remotely close to the time it'd need to be reapplied (and I hadn't spent all that much time outside yet) when a colleague told me I was getting burned. Tried it a few other times with similar results. And I wasn't at all stingy with how much I used, trust me. On top of that, though, it burned the crap outta my eyes. I did my best to apply it far enough away from my eyes where it wouldn't run into them, but without fail, halfway through the day, my eyes would be stinging and burning, and no amount of eye drops helped until I took the sunscreen off. I wanted to love it so badly because I've heard good things, but sadly, it was a no from me.
I know a secret toner that can be added. It's the pyunkangyul acne toner from iherb. It's almost $10 for 150mL. If you are willing to splurge, buy 2 bottles so it's enough for the entire body. I def agree treatment steps are hard for a $50.budget
I haven’t tried the differin for retinol but the inkey list retinol is a great cost effective choice for first time users, because the percentage is really low & it’s paired with skin buffering ingredients to maintain a healthy barrier/ avoid sensitivity ☺️
I was wondering if you tried MAKE skincare yet James Welsh has been raving about it I tried the make succulent gel moisterizer and I'm in love with it I think u would like it being oily I'm dry but dont like heavy sticky moisterizers in the day I live in the south ware it's hot and humid I am really excited to try their pre wash and cleanser also the toner now sinse I loved the moisterizer so much.
Perfect!!!!!! I was waiting for this routine from so so so so so so sooooooooooooooo long. Finally. Thankyou😊😊 Also, its my early 30ssss ...need anti ageing recommendations too along with oily acne etc etc. Need it desperately. Please.
I would love to see what you two would recommend for beginners, like tweens and how to do each step. I'm having the hardest time finding stuff for my soon to be 13 year old son.
My challenge: Each of you blindfold and randomly pick one product out of five that are kept on the table of each category (toner, serum ,etc.) and then use that routine for a week + before/after reactions
Could you please advise me if I should use differin on clean skin and not layer any other products or I can apply toner before or for example cream or serum after ? Cause when I use it alone, my skins gets dry( and I don’t know how properly use it, without dryness. Thanks in advance :)
I've been using it for a month now after my toner and moisturizer (I let the moisturizer absorb for around 10 minutes or so first) and I also put vaseline around my eyes, especially the outer corners, around my nose and on the sides of my mouth, and it's really helped me with the dryness and irritation! Hope it helps! :)
i’ve been using adapelene gel for four years now and thought my skin was becoming less acne prone so i got off of it and my skin went CRAZY i tried it for abt three weeks and it was the worst three weeks of my life😂
I would use toner instead of serum I guess coz toner works better to my skin other than other more products More videos about gel moisturizers and toners
Thank you for such an amazing and detailed video! quick question, if I’m using serum with hyaluronic acid in it is it okay to use moisturiser that contains HA again? I’m thinking of buying the Cerave pm for my dehydrated acne prone skin.
Can you plzz make video how can we use paula choice c15?? Amount and which moisturizer..can we use rose water before that as a toner?? And how long it to be see results I have sunspots on cheeks light very light??
You mentioned Bliss and also that tinted mineral sunscreens are expensive. Have you tried the tinted 30 spf from Bliss?!?! I loooove it. $18 for 40 mL at Target.
CHALLENGE : your team write the names of many different products of different brands on mini sheets of paper and put it in a bottle . Then you take a dice and the number you got means how many sheets of paper to take of the bottle. And use them for 1 complete week😁
Thanks so much for this! (I totally fan girl'd out when I saw you picked my suggestion!) ... NOW, you should use the routines for a week or two. OR, do another one of these, but allow yourself $100 or even $200. Then, use the $50 set for a week/two and then the $100/$200 for a week/two and give feedback (like what is worthy fo the $$investment and what is ok on the $$cheap).
Love this! It would be awesome if Fel and Ro can use what they recommended for one week, and let us know if what they picked was enough, or if they needed extra like toner, or there was something that didn’t make an effect in conjunction with the rest of the products

Can you guys do a teen skincare routine for teens who are acne prone, and how to deal with acne scars for teenagers? I would love to watch it!!!!🤍
Sadly, the PC sunscreen did NOT work for me.
Yes, add toner pls! I adore toners. 😁
I also love Differin. It really works. I use it for my acne scars and ut helped lightens em.
Benton is one brand that you can try if you’re looking for the affordable and and trusted products.
Thanks for the recommendations - other than going to a dermatologist (of course!), I would love to see routine recommendations for cystic acne!
Oh my goodness i love ur energy Fei
I was wondering if you tried MAKE skincare yet James Welsh has been raving about it I tried the make succulent gel moisterizer and I'm in love with it I think u would like it being oily I'm dry but dont like heavy sticky moisterizers in the day I live in the south ware it's hot and humid I am really excited to try their pre wash and cleanser also the toner now sinse I loved the moisterizer so much.

I would love to see what you two would recommend for beginners, like tweens and how to do each step. I'm having the hardest time finding stuff for my soon to be 13 year old son.
Please please please give some recommendations/videos for people with dry skin AND acne like myself
Loved all the Paula’s Choice recommendations. All of their products SERIOUSLY changed my skin for the better!!!🙌🏽
Feel & Ro!!
How I wish I can meet you both someday!!
My challenge: Each of you blindfold and randomly pick one product out of five that are kept on the table of each category (toner, serum ,etc.) and then use that routine for a week + before/after reactions
I wish we have all that products in India🥺
Could you please advise me if I should use differin on clean skin and not layer any other products or I can apply toner before or for example cream or serum after ? Cause when I use it alone, my skins gets dry( and I don’t know how properly use it, without dryness. Thanks in advance :)
I've been using it for a month now after my toner and moisturizer (I let the moisturizer absorb for around 10 minutes or so first) and I also put vaseline around my eyes, especially the outer corners, around my nose and on the sides of my mouth, and it's really helped me with the dryness and irritation! Hope it helps! :)
The Cream to Foam cleanser is much better for oily skin than the Hydrating
Do you guys have a morning and night skincare routine for oily acne prone skin/hormonal acne?
can we please get a video about drugstore sunscreens?
This is so helpful! I love your channel! 💕
My challenge: Make a skin care routine with only the most expensive products.
Share your favorite budget toners please!!!
i’ve been using adapelene gel for four years now and thought my skin was becoming less acne prone so i got off of it and my skin went CRAZY i tried it for abt three weeks and it was the worst three weeks of my life😂
I would use toner instead of serum
I guess coz toner works better to my skin other than other more products
More videos about gel moisturizers and toners
Would the dew moisturizer be comparable to the Benton aloe moisturizer? Also is the Paulas Choice sunscreen similar to Zitstickas?
Thank you for such an amazing and detailed video!
quick question, if I’m using serum with hyaluronic acid in it is it okay to use moisturiser that contains HA again? I’m thinking of buying the Cerave pm for my dehydrated acne prone skin.

Would love your Toner recommendation to add to this routine!
I’d love a video on perioral dermatitis!
CHALLENGE : your team write the names of many different products of different brands on mini sheets of paper and put it in a bottle . Then you take a dice and the number you got means how many sheets of paper to take of the bottle. And use them for 1 complete week😁
Hi, what did made your facial skin glowing???pls let us know😊
I can’t get Differin gel in Canada and that’s sad. 😞
Challenge Idea: one color skincare routine
Ok added to my shopping list! 😉😉😉
Can u use salicylic cleanser after with retinol ?
Will you do a video of teenagers for which are the fack mask we can use in our age . Please can you make a video of this
