I don’t hv unsweetened chocolate. I am planning to use the 55% I hv and cut down the sugar. Hope all goes well.

Hi Anna, this seems to be a lot of sugar compared to the flour, ...does the mayonnaise temper down the sweetness?
It is normal in choc cake or in this case brownies to have more sugar compared to flour.
