Thats pretty the same thing haha. The only difference is you get last stand. But that doesn't do much for you. If you don't have the Azure rath helm you can totally go for that combo.

So I'm just really missing the Rajang Coil, which I'm getting unlucky dropping r4 materials (more than 10 rajangs in a row without drop any)
I have a Cera Coilbender at 10.5. Azure Rath helm, rathalos mail, black diablos braces, pink rathian coil and jyura greaves. All at lebvel 8 plus. With a burst on every driftsmelt slot. It's not deal to change now.
For cheap build 1 wouldn’t zinogre helm be better than the legs? The evasive concentration and lower level requirement for driftsmelt is overall just better and more convenient.
Evasive concentration is a terrible skill lol. Zinogre legs is the Thunder attack meta for melee. The helm slot is also frequently used for coral helm or other better helms for that slot. Just because you can driftsmelt something earlier doesn’t mean it’s better. In fact Zinogre helm is one of the worst pieces you can smelt into. It doesn’t flex for anything and is only the primary for burst 5 non Driftsmelt builds. Being impatient with driftsmelting will bite you one day lol.
What’s your opinion on coral pukie helm, rathalos mail, Rathian vambraces , Rajang waist, and jyura boots? After two more lucky driftsmelts, I’ll have focus 5, wex 5, burst 5. ATM, I have focus 5, wex 4, burst 4
If you look at the chart thats the highest one besides the best one which is 4 CRIT 1 WEX. Honestly 5 WEX isnt great because that won't be consistent. CE4 cancels out the negative affinity and the 1 WEX from the best one does matter even though it doesnt look like it does from hundreds of tests. CE5 rates the lowest on average but is the most consistent because it'll give you +10% Crit chance no matter where you hit. So dont overload on WEX lol.

I would go after your Rath Vamps to Driftsmelt with Burst first. Thats the key piece for a lot of melee builds as well. After that you can go for Rajang coil or the Season 2 driftsmelt build.
Isn't part breaker 3 better than WEX 2 since 25% affinity increase only results in a 6.25% damage increase and is situational on if you are targeting weak spots? Partbreaker 3 is a 20% damage increase, and this goes up by 10% for partbreaker 4 and 5.
Partbreaker doesn’t increase your base damage. You just break parts faster. Also that’s not how affinity works lol. It’s +25% damage increase whenever it procs.
Black diablos would technically be it. If you’re talking about damage overall without needed elemental. Elemental will naturally do more damage in SOME scenarios. But black diablos bow beats out even melee weapons with elemental weaknesses.
Why don't you consider hellfire? Just 1 helm and it gives 150 attack power increase and it's going to be active most of the time but still getting safety from hellfire exolosion due to bblos bow versatile aim-roll-shoot playstyle. Hellfire only needs 5x roll. I have tried this and you'll always 4x aim-roll-shoot, you just need 1 extra roll or special shoot when hellfire is red coloured going to explode. You'll still have 2 extra slot to add burst and critical. Not to mention driftsmelt sone criticals to negate negative affinity
Because percentages beat solid attack boosts the higher you go. Burst is the meta and the reason why it’s the priority at Lv. 5. Assuming 10.5 Max 30% of 2695 is 808. Hellfire 3 is only 250 and reduces your defense. The conditional mechanic of hellfire will actually make you lose DPS unless you get used to maintaining it and all that effort isn’t worth it lol.
Honestly you can just use the helm for PB3. You don't really need anything beyond that. PB5 is overkill because BD is pierce so you aren't going to get a lot of specific part breaks unless you trying really hard to get them lol.

No it doesn't lol. That combo gives 5024. The best build beats it out by 4 points and is far more consistent. Charge sidestepping doesn't proc the buff and you need to overcompensate for aiming with it. Its a terrible idea. AND ITS MORE EXPENSIVE. That one dodge and having to overcompensate for critical range will make you lose DPS. Its not consistent at all. At least run the data yourself and test it before you tell everyone it "out DPS's' everyone lol.

Ever been on a koshala raid where koshala charges on one of ur team mate. and u become out of range?? well bubbly dance can close the distance in a sec. thats why i dont know why ur so worried about being out of distance. think of it as having speedhack. ive never used potions ever since ive completed the build.

I have achieved perfect BBlo bow today with 5 focus, 5 Weakness Exploits, 5 Burst, after 300 driftmelts.
Actually that’s the 2nd one, but it’s even worse than it looks because you don’t cancel out the negative affinity unless your hitting weak spots.

Per data, Zingore's the best unless you talking Driftsmelt then Kulu with Burst is the best.

I have the black diablos waist and helmet at 8.1 so I have no grade 2 and 3 parts for the bow. It’ll be a while before 10.2.
