This prefab house also has several different options and is built as a hud manufactured home! The manufacturer for this house is Clayton Homes. The model for this home is the “Hey Jude(Tempo Series).” This home has 4/5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 1,900 square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

I concur. I have watched others touring similar homes and there is little to no energy in their videos by comparison. They are either not prepared, scared to talk or just going through the motions. I appreciate the jokes and your personality in the videos. It's like touring the homes with a buddy versus a salesman or someone who doesn't want to be at work that day.
Yes, the flex room would make a great pantry. This is big and is needed for large families in todays housing market.
The room next to the kitchen would be my pantry.
I was thinking the same thing, great place for a big freezer or another fridge/freezer combo and some shelves.

I love this house! I'm married with ZERO KIDS, so I'm going to have something like 7 FLEX AREAS!! 😂😂 But, the one off the kitchen is going to be a walk-in pantry, with coordinating shelves and an island to showcase my appliances. 😂😂 The Flex Area that's open to the hallway is a perfect library/office area. The Flex Area at the end is a great multimedia spot for a huge TV and a big comfy couch.
Love this house! Also, don't change for the Eeyore's of the world. Keep being a good man that's personable and enjoys what you do, because the lot of your followers enjoy what you're doing too. ❤❤

You ALWAYS do a great job showing the homes! Don't listen if anybody criticizes! This house is too big for me but I really like it. I love the vinyl floor color. Looks like luxury vinyl but I don't know for sure. I also like that little room off the kitchen----would make an excellent pantry. The den looks very comfy. You should open a dealership! You'd be great at it. God bless you and your family!

Overall, the home is beautiful, built well, and is energy-efficient. It's spacious with a open format.
That was so cool! I wish that they made homes available for you to show of back doors without glass. Every time I see them my mind says easy access for a thieves.
I totally agree that one flex room would be a pantry! I would also put a window in the laundry/ utility room.
I agree with the make of the first flex room a pantry room with the refrigerator in there. The refrigerator area I would have made an extra counter with cabinets under.

The colors and the layout are both outstanding. I never thought I'd like black as an accent color, but it looks very crisp and modern.
The room off the laundry room would be a great pantry with room for a huge freezer.
Flex room I would take that wall out and put my chest freezer in and put some cabinets. And an island to fold laundry.

Chance I challenge you to find a TRADITIONAL home, no “modern farmhouse”, no grey or black, no barn doors (my farm wife grandmother is spinning in her grave!) Dark wood flooring traditional decor, a master bath that doesn’t keep the toilet in a phone booth with a door ( why, WHY), bathroom already has a door! 🤦🏻♀️
I would turn the flex room off the kitchen into a walk-in butler's pantry for sure!!! I would get rid of the vented hood to add more cabinets & a microwave. I love the layout of the house very much, I'm not a fan of the primary closet, but it's not a deal breaker because there are three other closets!!!
I'd like to turn those back two bedrooms & flex room Into a MIL suite with bedroom, bath & living room/kitchenette.

Wow. This one is actually pretty good. It only needs a little bit of tweaking. Flip the master bedroom to the back of the house. Make that room next to the kitchen a simple 'flex' room and put the washer and dryer over to the other side. For bedroom 4, flip the closets to the living room wall so that you can have a coat closet. Then put closets for the other two bedrooms on their dividing wall. Move the door for bedroom 5 closer to the Flex 2 room to get it away from the closet door. This is actually a good, practical layout. And a great price. Could actually imagine living in this one.

The flex by the kitchen, pantry. Needs another bathroom for that many bedrooms.
Finally!❤ The dishwasher on the right side of the sink! Im right handed and its awkward to me to use my very dominant right hand to rinse the dishes and then turn to my left and bend to place dishes in the dishwasher. Small issue I'm sure but for me more comfortable and efficient.

Omg my kitchen remodel has the same exact cabinets and hardware 😂😂 I love it so much. My new lvp floors are similar too. This house is perfect.

That was a quick walk-through! However, I really enjoyed this home. Yes the bedrooms are small but I like the double living room. And then again the company does offer you other options so that’s pretty cool! I like both bathrooms too! Thanks for the tour chance!
Honestly, I think this is a decent home for a large family, or a nice money making opportunity for a couple who could rent out extra bedrooms. The room next to the kitchen would make a great pantry, the kitchen might be small to some, but just switch out the large fridge for something that takes up less room. For the price the home offers quite a lot. Great tour as always!

The flex room would be great for a play room for a small child or even as a space for a baby to be during the day when the mama is in the kitchen.

Awesome house and vid Chance. I would definitely make the kitchen flex room a pantry and freezer space. The flex room at the end of the hall would be family room. In master closet I would take the chest of drawers out and then add another clothes rack. 😁👍💜
Love the house with exception would have to change racks and add a bench in main shower.

Chance, although, the saying goes "Along with growth, comes change," don't change the way you present your video's. You can tweak it in some areas, but don't change it totally. Your upbeat personality and off-centered jokes makes it enjoyable and I like hearing the tidbits about your family. I've watched tours by other people and they are boring and I never watch them all the way through or I skip through the majority of them to see certain things. Keep doing what your doing with little to no change-----A True Fan 🙂

Beautiful. But with that many bedrooms I’d want two sinks in both bathrooms plus more storage cabinets in the master bath off the primary bedroom. The hall closet between two of the bedrooms I’m assuming is the linen closet?
Nice home. I think the flex room off the kitchen is meant to be a pantry leading into the utility room. I like the layout of the guest bathroom. Nice fireplace in the den. All the guest bedrooms have good-sized closets. The master closet needs a rack extended along the middle wall. Not feeling the master bath, too cramped and narrow.

Dang, for the pric, Great. Sure the rooms are small but my family is Small so having extra Flex spaces wed basically get 2 personal spaces. My kid would get a bedroom and a game room, lol. No more Lego mishaps. Lookin good!
Wassup Chance?! I love the fireplace, I'd take the laundry room put it @ the other end & make the room with the sliding door into a pantry, and have a built in gas or electric fireplace with brick or stone around it with a mantel.

I'd turn this home into a 3bed2bath. Flex room at laundry room would be a pantry with freezer. I'd omit 2 bedrooms adjacent to flexroom with side door and make 1 large den/pool table. I personally hate vinyl siding so I'd go with either hardi-board or lp siding

Would opt for 4 beds instead of 5...maybe get larger bedrooms? And that little room would be my pantry. Small kitchen and living room.

The one you said to make five bedroom keep it for front room and make the other one the kitchen and dining room and the other one for something else in stead of dining room.
WITH a big Den the play/desk inside the open area by the refrigerator water Hook up wouldn't be needed especially with a 4 bedroom maybe 5 you're gonna need a good stash of food to feed everyone. So Pantry and extra fridge is much better options. Like the water heater in its own closet in the laundry space with a easy accessible door.
Chance you always do such a good job on showing these homes. It does need a pantry. Don't fond of the dining room

Flex room would be pantry for me! Living room kitchen to small , no front door closet. I like the den area. The closet are a good size in the bedrooms. It’s nice but I’ve seen better on your videos of past ones👍🏻😊
Well..... At first i didn't like that black wall in the living room, but then i thought about how it would look with different artwork. I think it was the black and white picture i didn't like. I feel like i always say the same thing, but i need more counter space. We do a lot of cooking and entertaining. I'd even sacrifice a bedroom if i could get a bigger kitchen. Like others have said, that flex area would make an awesome pantry.

Wow, for that square footage, the rooms aren't that small. It sucks that you have to make your own pantry and put up your own closet rods on the long side. Put up shelves for the linen closet. But honestly for a family with kids this is great!
