We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

I took the closet out the laundry room, removed that wall to open that space more for a freezer. I add a outlet in the pantry for my freezers. I turned the den into a 5th bedroom without the 3rd bath. U have that option. The master bath I did ceramic. Total electric. Upgraded the walls to 2*6 or 8. Added patio doors to replace windows in kitchen. Added a bakers oven next to the fridge on the left. It replace the middle cabinet but kept the top and bottom. You can make the 1st island a wrap around like in the Vermont. I stoned the front outside where the brick and brown siding is. I added shuttles to the windows...oh yeah and Upgrade the kitchen sink to a bigger stainless steel barn style sink. I 4got to tell them to add another shower head in the master, hand held to get all the dark places. But I'll just buy 1. 😆. It was all done at 190,000. I loved the Vermont too. But I need the office space, and I didn't like that the bedroom felt like it was in the living room

Finally a home with a HUGE secondary bath with a separate tub and shower and a DOUBLE ENTRY master shower in the main bedroom. Now this is nice!!
Not to many homes make me say “Wow” like this one. I’m not a fan of the wall seams, but I get production costs.

This guide is a good resource of videos, pictures and drawing. It does not have plans, so if that's what you're looking for don't bother with this book. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxLum--iPp9YKZ09j1BMdHaBMLkrGfIbcm What this book does have is a lot of great information on the building of sheds, design ideas, building options, etc. The author goes through the steps to build a foundation, framing, roof, even ideas on internal storage and external finishes. The text is easy to follow and understand. There are many sidebars that give tips and advice which most laymen probably wouldn't have considered. The photographs are great quality too. This is a great book and I'd recommend it highly for anyone needing or interested in building a shed.

That master bedroom is just out of this world, that room aka the theater room could be a game room so that way it gives you a lot of room if you have games

Ok so this house grew on me with the bath room instead of a bath closet and the separate den. It does need some drywall, finish the trim, and replace the wire racks throughout. But then again I love love love the white marble look.

Great home viewing. I'm in NY, lower area, 20 minutes from NYC. Of course don't see trailer homes at all here-we have basements, but this is very nice. Upstate rural NY area may see more. I'm sharing with my sister in Ma. Media room would be my Home Office. Thanks for sharing with us.

Well planned kitchen. I really like the two islands with room for a dining table. There is so much space. The large back bedroom would be awesome for storage that require climate control. The master bedroom closet space and separate vanity are perfect.

This home is enormous...I would upgrade the shelving in that massive pantry....I think I would only want one island in the kitchen....That way I could have a bigger dining room table...without it looking too cluttered..I was shocked to see the first bathroom so big...I loved that this home had plenty of storage. The den/theater room was cool....A neat place for the kids to hang...The price was reasonable...none of us guessed it. I think that would be awesome for you to vlog your vacation. Have a fun & safe trip.

If the home had dry wall it would be perfect. I just can't do the stripped walls on the inside. It makes it look so cheap. The home is beautiful otherwise.
Would add carpet to bdrms for sure. I'd get rid 2nd island and put my dining table there. Adding more cabinets and counter where dining table currently is. On that wall.

Love it. I'd only change a couple minor of hings. But that's a fair amount of living space. One could actually make a home out of.
I love the layout of this home and the huge tub in the bathroom is amazing.
This is indeed a nice house & very spacious. I love that it have a family room, I just don't like that you have to pass all of the secondary bedrooms to get to the family room.
I notice board and batton walls in the private areas, wire racks throughout...
saves $$$ for the crazy master bath 🥰

Oh no you didn't, Chance!!! The wall colors just pop!!. That kitchen is perfect!! If a teenage girl lived there with that bathtub, that's gonna be a big problem!!! Ya did it again!!!!
Hey Chance! Good video! Love this one!!! Of course there are some things I would change, as usual. I would make the electric fireplace a butane fireplace, or maybe a wood-burning stove if possible. No coat closet but I can live without one. I like Carpet in the house, except for the Kitchen Dining area, the utility room and the Bathrooms, so I would add Carpets. In the kitchen I would remove one of the islands - don't need more than one. I would turn the one left lengthwise, and put in a much bigger dining room table (I know the furniture doesn't go with the house!). Love The Pantry!!! I would take out the sink in the utility room and put a pet shower in though. Add a garage and have a space for a freezer in it. Could put it in the utility room instead of the pets shower, but husband said put freezer in garage. That guest bathroom is something else! Big surprise! Husband said he'd take that bathroom and I could have the Master Bathroom! He was teasing me, but he might actually do it! The Den area I would change into my Library Music Studio Office Room and add a closeable door on it. The Master Bedroom is bigggggg - like it! The Master Bathroom - I would just have one sink in the front where there is a double sink. Where the make-up area is I would make it into a second sink and counter area, one for me and one for husband. I don't think the commode area is wide enough for me. So I would make that smaller closet in the bathroom into the water closet and put a few storage cabinets in there too. And the water closet shown would become part of that bigger closet. I would remove the bathtub and put in a handicapped tub and we would put doors on the shower - we don't like the no-door thing. Most of the things I would change, except the den and Master Bathroom area, is just minor things. So this one is a keeper! Just wish I would win the lottery so we could buy it! There's so Much that I Loved about this one! The price wasn't as high as I expected either. Of course my changes will up the cost, but that's to be expected. So again, Chance, good video! This one is almost perfect for my daughter’s family! 5 bedrooms sell fast here. And that’s what she needs. 2 teenagers girls, 1 four year old boy and she just had twins! One boy one girl!!!

When my twins came (also boy girl) we already had two children. We lived in a 2 bedroom home. My husband built a bedroom onto our home. Three bedrooms made a big difference.

Amazing home! Only two things bother me - the lack of a coat closet at the front door and the idea of two islands instead of one large. Minor issues. The may be the closest I've seen to what I want - use one of those closets in the primary bath as a laundry room and it's golden!!!❤❤

Loved it and would get this one. But they don't have any Hamilton dealers here in West Virginia. It's always the other states that has these beautiful homes and can't get them here in West Virginia.
This home is my dream home!!! I love it. There are a couple of things I would love to customize but if I was told no can do I would still so purchase this house!! Love the double islands and the spare bath having a bathtub. Love, love, love it!!

Wow, that home had some space in there. I’ve been a Palm Harbor and Deer Valley fan, but Hamilton is catching my eye lately.
I'm really impressed with the price range, there is a LOT this home offers as is, and brainstorming potential as well. It's very well laid out, you get a great feel of how much space there is even with the 2 kitchen islands and the side "dining" area. That main bathroom was beyond anything i imagined. Very cool, love how it's kinda divided but not, more like a "what's over here" maze vibe.

I love the layout of this home, that and the size of the main bathroom is out of this world. I love the two islands in the kitchen, what a fab idea. The only things that let it down were the utility and board and batten walls. Enjoy your family vacation, vlog sounds a fun idea. Hope you all have a fab time.

Love the 2 islands and I had to laugh as you mentioned on the ends of the islands there was ship lap
but I noticed the plug in! Because I so miss that on my island. This is a beautiful mobile home.
I like the floor plan a lot. The colors…I would choose something else. The double islands would be cool. I like the idea of the den being toward the back. Pretty sure I would put one of those giant, squishy sectionals in there, though, for family movie nights. Brilliant idea to have both a shower and a separate tub in the second bathroom. I would actually take a shub combo to make a little extra room for a bigger laundry room.

Chance what a beauty!! I wonder if a manufacturer would put an electrical plug in the pantry. Then a small freezer could be pur in that area. Love the closet in laundryrm. At least there's a place to out ironing brd/vaccum/coats.
Awesome home, and the only thing needed is wood shelves, and drywall. I was so glad to see no carpet.

Can't believe a home that size they didn't put in a foyer. I would move the front door to the first bedroom. Open it up and put in a coat closet. Add the extra footage onto the other bedroom to make it bigger. If you need the fourth bedroom make the den the bedroom. I would also put up walls separating the kitchen from the living and dining rooms. I am just not a fan of open concept and I think many people are over it. This house had many plusses but it just doesn't do it for me.

Three closets in the main bedroom 🎯🎯🎯. The main bedroom is dreaming. The bathroom, my goodness, I would not leave my retreat !!
That main bathroom have everything, a vanity, lots of storage. And speaking of bathrooms, I love they made the guest bathroom, with a big stand alone tub. This was a great ideal.
This home is so beautiful. I would change the kitchen a bit. Two islands, no. I would have more counter space in front of the kitchen, when you walk in. No upper cabinets of course just bottom ones. With room to eat, place bar chairs naturally.
Also a home this size needs more than two bathrooms. Maybe a half bath where that big bedroom is at

Con is in the guest bathroom I would want a shower insert or tile all the way to the ceiling. Also no room in the utility room for a small either chest or upright freezer & hot water heater placement.
Pro: sink in the utility room, large pantry, large master bedroom and love the fact that it's got separate showers with seats & tubs.
I like it. Would have liked carpet in the bedrooms. Also a bigger utility room for a freezer.
