      @Valicore Yes. I just had one of these beautiful breads for the first time a couple months ago at a new Korean bakery that opened. I was in awe of the shape when I bought it. So when I saw Maangchi uploaded this video I was so excited. The technique is brilliant! I’m going to make some of these this weekend.

      A sua massa não ficou muito oleosa não? A minha ficou demais , e não consegui modelar como ela porque a salsicha escorregava e saia da massa. E coloquei 3 colheres de sopa de margarina como ela mostra. Não sei o que deu errado.😥

      @@SolangeArcos44 Margarine is too oily, i suggest using about 2 tablespoons oil if you cannot get butter.

    I cannot wait to make this for my grandsons!!! They are 10 and 13 years old and come to my house for a full week every summer......we will have so much fun making these ...... and eating our art work!!!!       ​@@iamtseringgrg Only thing I think of is the yeast you used. Check out your expiration date of yeast.
      When you mix the yeast with water, the water temperature shouldn't be too hot because the yeast will be killed. Good luck!

    OMG! She’s done it again!!! My life has not been the same since Maangchi’s Roll Ppang recipe. I have turned the dough into so many different things! Our favorite WAS cinnamon rolls, but I think her Sausage Ppang is going to win the prize! Thanks Maangchi! My family absolutely loves you! ❤️

    Once I told my kids that it was hot dogs cooked in bread with mozzarella cheese they were hooked. Great weekend meal to make together with the kids...when it came out of oven they immediately took pictures to show their friends what they made..it was pretty nice. I also made one with italian sausage, but it was too greasy.. the hot dog was the best.

    거리에 학원밖에 없는 동네에서 유일하게 영어 학원안가는 학생이에요 학원은 너무 빡빡해서 공부가 더 안되는거 같기도 해서 집에서 영어 공부 하는데요 집에서 혼자 하기 진짜 막막했는데 망치님 영상보고 듣기 연습 하니까 공부하기가 더 쉬워진거 같아요 항상 영상 잘 보고 있고 너무 존경합니다❤️❤️

    3/4cup is also just 3 scoops of a 1/4cup. Less cups to wash for everyone!

    This is ridiculously easy to make! I used 1 3/4 cup all purpose + bao flour, added garlic powder and spring onion to the dough. Needed to add more flour but it still come out soft and fluffy. I rolled the dough around sausages and half of it i made into flower shape sausage buns. Thanks for the recipe👍🥰

    I remember making this 2 years ago when I first saw your video, and it came out super delicious! 🤩 Now having some left-over sausages in the fridge I just had to look up this video again.
    I hope one day I can travel to Korea and buy this from an actual street food stall.

    Before maangchi I never knew how versatile a rice scooper could be. Mix batters/doughs, sauces, and regular rice.
