one year later since this comment was posted. it’s Christmas eve and im in bed. it’s my older brothers birthday. my parents divorced three years ago and my mother took my older brother with her to japan. he is now in the navy and is turning 19 later tonight. i miss my mother. i miss my brother. i wonder what they are doing now. i moved from Australia to New Zealand a month ago. i wonder what my best friends i have been with for 12 years, are doing right now. i miss them too. i miss my grandparents and cousins in japan and Australia. i am now surrounded with my cousins and grandparents in New Zealand from my dads side (as i live with my dad and two younger siblings). i know i should be glad i have family. but something is missing. something is different this Christmas Eve. for two years i have had Christmas in Australia, without a mother, but with my best friends first family. my siblings and father. now, this year, i am suddenly put in a different house and am celebrating Christmas with my cousins and uncles and aunties. i have almost always had christmas in japan, until my mum left us. i know no one will read or see this as the comment was made a year ago. but maybe that is the reason i commented this.
something is different this christmas. there is a slightly lonely aroma.

talk to them about it my man, they don't want you to drift away.. they can help pull you back. having people to open up to about depressive feelings really helps me. hang in there buddy :)
Evan N. I can’t open up to anyone with them saying ‘it’s just a phase’ and ‘it’s just your teenage hormones’ and ‘you’ll grow out of it’ ‘are you on your period?’ ‘You’re just sad’ ‘people have it worse’ ‘just cheer up’ ‘deal with it. Everyone gets stressed sometimes’ etc.
57:44 is one of my favorites...just such a serene sense of melancholy. Like watching a sunset, breathing deep and remembering that no matter what, the universe moves on and that we are all part of something much bigger than ourselves.

It just now occurred to me, after listening to this mix multiple times, how small those girls must be.

It sucks knowing that popular music is just pre-recorded, reused music. There aren't that many people who actually take the time to learn something like the guitar know. I love when I meet a kid who can play something like it because music is so good and when you learn to do it well, you get this music; beautiful and relaxing. I love it.

Being showered from the night sky, in that moment the attic was there's. They discussed distance, time, and love and crushes while Elyse never loosened her grip. And Gabby on the memories she may so vaguely recall-yet will never let go. Yet Elyse had nothing but a sad smile for her eager sister-as she shared of nothing but her intent to stay cradled in there pacific island town's arms.

The corners of Elyse's mouth so exhausted slipped finally- Gabby caught onto it immediately as those words escaped her mind.
"A Harvard school in Germany's accepted me Gabby...I'll be taking off soon-I just wanted to be with everyone here before I go off on the other side of the planet"
Gabby couldn't help how caught off guard she felt of this even with all at the same time not surprised at all. Her sisters desire to skip out was ever-palpable in there lives yet never so until now. Gabby merely allowed her ears to do the work-like two birds on a wire. One flies away as the other remains exactly the same.....
