Good ideas but the work place unsanitary. Please practice sanitation. Look at the uncook potatoes they place in a basket and the potatoes they didn't even wash it. They just poured it water over the plastic container.

You have to sun dry the potatoes for 1-2hrs after slice them.....then deep fry the potatoes....and that's it!
