I own 3 of them a CLK 230 kompressor, 320 and 430 never have issues with this cars very solid .. Only thing is that rust but overall this is real Mercedes quality oldschool. They don, t make quality cars like this anymore today...In Holland I have seen a CLK 320 with 840.000 km still going strong🔥🔥🔥

My grandpa has a clk200 kompressor pre "evo" (basically a 230 kompressor), with dark metallic blue paint and white leather interior. An incredible car, super comfortable but with plenty of performance for everyday driving, and the sound of the small supercharger is sweet music for the ears!
One of the best designs Mercedes has released in the 90's, smooth and elegant. The V6 is decent and the V8s are spicy, especially the AMG. It even originated the mighty CLK-GTR. And today is basically forgotten.
Pretty cool this Mercedes, still interesting despite of its age. But this engine 2.0 with 136 Cv is appropiate only as a very basic model because this model was a bit heavy....good video Joe!!

Engine wise this car is Pretty pretty solid mine has around 203000 Km. Only Problems for me are Rust but its okey not that much like the Mercedes cars from 1980s-1990 The Soundsystem is Okey but not Solid and the Air condition is often broken and if working consuming so much fuel
I have driven one quite a lot and it’s a very nice car Yes you have basically 0 options if you don’t take a well equipped one But the drive is quite and peaceful engine power is kinda lacking She’s a heavy girl that why But the compressor is the one you should aime for if you don’t want the v6 or v8 ( I think the biggest one was a v8 I’m not sure ) The 136hp will do the job but I mean it’s the same price as the compressor one Although if you do lots of highway the 136hp will drink fuel like a camel arriving at an oasis after a 2 month trip in the desert
Super tolles Auto. Der Motor ist recht haltbar. Einzig der Rost bei dem Modell ist ne Katastrophe. Super great car. The engine is quite durable. Only the rust on this model is a disaster.

The V8 is too front-heavy.. The V6 is the sweetspot, but the kompressor-version is the best handling-wise.. ;)

Amazing car, but the wrong engine tho, should be the V6. I got myself one and it's amazing, however the 430 V8 or 55 V8 would be cooler :)
