I'm from bihar and i speak magahi and bhojpuri rarely but speak hindi usually and i really feel bad about our ancient language bhojpuri, maithali, angika and magahi.

The bhojpuri descent population almost blended in black culture they don't even wear indian dress .....u can see in any pics of carribians.....countries like guyana and trinidad completely lost bhojpuri language. ..also mauritius is doing the same.......harsh truth ...ia m from bihar but they r not indians or bhojpuri people anymore....

Many people from ancient Kalinga (present Odisha) migrated to Indonesian islands, especially Bali.
Every year in Cuttack, a festival named Bali Jatra is held to commemorate the ancestors voyage to Bali.
Even their language has a word "Keling" used now as a slur to refer to Indians.
I saw 2-3 elaborate videos like this. I'm from Orissa too and I don't get why this hasn't been mentioned by any of them.

The fact is that the people of Bihar and UP go out for labor because they do not get jobs in their state due to lack of education and the development of the state is so poor that they do not get the job opportunities they deserve. Also the people of Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka are so educated that they are not paid according to their merits so they go abroad. The people of Delhi an Punjab are so tempted by Western culture that they do not feel comfortable in India. Gujarati don't know anything except business so Gujarati people go to any country where there is opportunity. Else, no Indian wants to leave his country and go to another country. They had to go.

Our parents migrated from HP to Kenya in 1927. Punjabi and pathans were taken to build the railway line from Mombasa to Nairobi in 1900s. They settled there after railway was completed and opened little shops. There was no commerce in the country. Slowly Gujarati people were setting up business and the economy started in the country. They had tough times till 1947 ww2 after the war the world economy started and Indians got bigger in business in East Africa. Sikhs, Hindus ( Gujaratis ) and muslims were very close in foreign lands and respect each other. This was the biggest gain in living in Africa. The nationalism rise in last 40 years ( 1980s ) has ruined all friendships, respect and intercultural connections created by our forefathers. What I see today around us politics has created distrust, suspicions and Nafrat makes my eyes water. Life is too short, God is one, human DNA is same , blood is thicker than water, live and let live, love thy neighbour's. Respect. 🙏☝️🌏👳♂️🇬🇧

We r educated, peaceful, innovative, job producing people. Even after centuries of being absent from India, Indians maintain our strong culture, faith & festivals, clothing etc. all over the world! be proud of our heritage wherever we are! This cross pollination of cultures has been going on for thousands of years. The problem starts when one group says they are right and others are wrong. If everyone agrees to live and let live, that helps all. Nobody takes another person's job without being really qualified for it. This process encourages everyone to think about what their own personal development path should be. Its everybody's individual choice to be or not to be! Nothing is being forced on anyone by immigration.

मैं गुजरात से हूँ। मैं बचपन से पढ़ाई में एवरेज स्टूडेंट हूं। लेकिन मैं सोच रहा था कि भारत महान है। हमें विदेशों में बसने की जरूरत नहीं है, सरकारी नौकरी बेहतर है। लेकिन जब मैं बड़ा हुआ तो मैं समझ गया कि नौकरी के लिए भारत में हमें नौकरी के लिए बहुत अध्ययन करना पड़ता है। अब मैं समझ गया कि भारत यात्रा के लिए अच्छा है, जीने के लिए नहीं। मेरे अंकल और आंटी पिछले 7 सालों से यूके में रह रहे हैं। वे हर महीने 1 लाख रुपये कमाते हैं। मुझे उम्मीद थी कि वे मुझे ब्रिटेन में बुलाएंगे। लेकिन अब वे अमीर हो गए हैं। उन्हें अहंकार है। अब जब वो भारत आते हैं। तो हमे नज़र अंदाज करते हैं 😭😭😭😭😭
