If that isn't fucked up I don't know what is.
It's great when Dave actually sang the songs. I've seen shows where he literally shouted and mumbled through the whole show. Even those shows were awesome and I wouldn't care if he just stood there. I know the words.

I still think the band should continue - who is anybody to tell someone to quit their job? I just think they shouldn't go in the studio unless they can find a singer who can pull off Brockie like vocals and his witty humor and crazy personality. While Blothar is great - his voice isn't deep enough like Daves. Dave is a baritone - I'm a baritone and I can nail Gwar quite well. Maybe I will go to the Gwarbar and sing Gwar songs karaoke night. I sing and play guitar in a metal band right now. I would land the job.

I wonder if the Original Flattus Maximus, Dewey Rowell will ever play with GWAR again, he was a great guitarist, and I never knew why he left the band...I never asked Dave about him... it's easy to piss Dave off in person.

The one thing that that has never changed about GWAR is they keep growing more and more fans everyday and GWAR give people in return the best fuckin time of their lives at their shows.Ive met hundreds of bands and GWAR loves spending time with their fans. They are the one band that you never get tired of ever!

I saw Daves Gwar one time by chance (i wasnt a fan at the time) at Bonnaroo 2010 and i am very thankful for that. I just saw gwar in Columbia mo at the blue note which is a tiny club and it was about as good as the time i saw the lust in space tour oderus set❤❤❤
Because it is on the Jimmy Fallon show so the most madness you will get is seeing people sitting in chairs. There will be no mosh pits the most you get from these kind of shows are people standing near the stage or sitting in seats.

They don't really run around while they are playing. But give them a break; 50 pounds of costumes and masks you can barely see out of, it's a feat that they can play at all. The part of that show that is great to see if the stuff in between songs and when they have acts going on while they play; not necessarily the musicians themselves - they are there to play music first and foremost. I've seen tons of "cool" metal bands that also just stand there 'frozen still' with no costumes too, so...
I know that being there is half the fun but some bands you can watch from anywhere and they are just that exciting. GWAR is not one of those bands. They bore me I can take the silly costumes if they band actually moved but they simply are frozen still.
