It's probably different according to your country but I think it would be very distracting to have 3 to 6 people in the room for the exam. The Doctor's should be able to totally focus on treating the patient and providing one family member (maximum!), pertinent info. I totally understand an adult being with a young child but not the entire immediate family. I cared for 2 disabled parents for 18yrs each. I had to go with them to medical appointments so I would know what the Doctor's said and did, otherwise I had to make (and pay for), another appointment. Many times they would forget their RX. 3 or 4 children seems quite unnecessary, especially when ill-behaved. The :10 appointments can be rushed, especially with unnecessary distractions. I am surprised the NHS doesn't have a policy covering such situations.
I mean they are getting free care which is wonderful. Given the cost of childcare perhaps it's just too difficult or expensive for many to consider paying for or maybe it is simply a cultural thing.
The young female doctor who saw Mr.Anwar was totally clueless regarding the patient's chief complaint of left arm pain which radiated down his LEFT arm. This type of pain is extremely indicative of heart attack as well as early sign of a stroke!!.She should have listened to his heart, ordered an EKG and ordered lab work to assess his cardiac enzymes. Neither did she obtain a family history regarding heart disease running in his family!!! Mr.Anwar was obese as noted when he raised his shirt! In my professional medical opinion she is totally incompetent!! Also SHE DOES NOT LISTEN!! She already has a made up mind.I hope this man sought a second opinion!! And I hope he is still alive!! This doctor should be avoided at ALL times!
When it hurts more and radiates through movement, and not just on its own, i.e. he has restricted ROM. Not every left arm pain is indicative of a heart attack. Its certainly not of a stroke, otherwise we would see weakness, not just in the arm but the entire side of the body. Whilst conducting the exam she is looking at all the outward signs and making a determination. Left arm pain on its own is not, and should not be thought of as indicative of heart attack. Generally in men, there is at least 2 concurrent symptoms, and thats what a Dr would be looking for. He's not sweating, filling ill or poorly. And if you go to 1:27:36 it says, physiotherapy helped alleviate the pain, clearly indicating that you're wrong, and the Dr was right. You clearly aren't a Dr, let a lone a GP. Further that Dr wasn't actually that young, she has easily 10 years of experience.
They’ve put their videos together to make this one ( longer yes, but we’ve seen them)
Yes repetitive
Wow have a cry, these have been made available free, get over it.

I agree!!

Research culture 😮
If you're a single parent, then you don't really have much of another option, not with very young children.
