- Saturday was very hot and humid which set up the perfect ingredients for this intense storm. It was nonstop lightning and thunder with frequent cloud to ground lightning strikes. This is one of the most intense storms I’ve seen in July in a long time.
i watched all types of weather videos, storm chasing, live news coverage, documentaries. but my favorite has to be filmed from the home/work
Because they too damn scared someone like this is in it
Is there a specific search for that? All i get is “mommy vlogs” :/

@@gsserviaki9168Uuuuggghhh!!!! I HATE those! So affected, with no focus on the storm.
SPECTACULAR lightning show! Well done! I am t'storm deprived living in northern CA. We just don't get t'storms here. (very rare) I miss it! It's also rare to see continuous lightning like this. I've seen it a few times back on the east coast in years past. Keep them coming! Cheers!
Believe it or not even for Oklahoma in a storm that isn’t a super cell this was rare. The ingredients are just perfect for it that day
A storm video that makes with the lightning in the first few seconds, I love it!
You know it! The sight is addictive!!
This is probably one of most epic thunderstorms I have ever seen!
Excellent video. Thanks for sharing your weather adventures!
13:35 WHOOOAAAA! Close enough to set off someone’s car alarm.
17:28 Probably the same person’s car alarm.
22:51 Knew that was going to happen again when I saw the BRIGHT flash.
That car alarm goes off with any loud clap of Thunder or thunder that causes a lot of reverb. It’s super sensitive
Sha-baaaammmm!
Awesome my friend!! Oklahoma always gets the best storms, this is lit😭
This was by far the most electric storm I had ever seen that wasn’t associated with a supercell
Incredible lightning storm! Nice video!! 👍
Thank you. My apologies if the autofocus screwed with any of it
@@bdcoley3 it didn't. That's what it's for! 😉
Very vivid lightning! Really great footage!
Lots of good CGs in there, great captures! I would kill to see a lightning storm like this (Not literally)
13:35》BANG!!!⚡⚡⚡Which place is this.Thunderstorm like fireworks. The power of nature is wonderfull! Nice video!
That lighting and thunder is dangerous for all of us and we need to stay away from the storm and we will be fine after the storm is over!
That's one heck of a lighting show you had there .
If that was a cold front storm you would have so much thunder you'd lose your hearing - what this is -is a warm front storm with sheet lightning
Wow, what a great storm!
Was the storm severe in terms of needing a warning at any time? Do you get a lot of thunderstorms during June, July, and August typically?
By the way--WHAT A MAGNIFICENT STORM!
March-May is typically when we’re more prone to getting severe weather but really anytime we get a cool front in the summer storms like this can happen.
Summer is still a really good part of t'storm season despite being outside the main window of tornadoes. I moved to Kentucky in 2021, we get rumblers up until October, and lightning becomes more frequent from June to August because the temperatures and humidity skyrocket that time of year. (I know he lives in OK, but many of our weather events start in his area, and the fronts reach all the way over here!).
@@supercell1995I know I'm late with my response, but thanks for the info. Weather fascinates me! 😀
I’ve witnessed a storm at sea and the waves were rocking the boat like crazy
13:34 SHAZAAM!!!
Amazing video btw, even I wouldn’t be brave enough to face that kind of weather.
Definitely lots of positive CGs 🌩⚡
I love thunderstorms!❤❤❤
That was really incredible :) .
Very nice storm. My iPhone 7s does something similar with the autofocus in dim lighting and it drives me insane.
I recently learned you can turn auto-focus off by just holding your finger on the screen but I often forget to do it
Nice video! 👍👍
Nice vid! those conditions were so bad
Michael Griffiths yeah the ingredients earlier in the day were perfect for that kind of storm
@@bdcoley3 Yeah.
I remember this storm it was really rough
Where is this? Fantastic footage!!
Thank you! It’s just outside of Tulsa, OK in Broken Arrow.
@@bdcoley3 I'm Canadian and I LOVE t storms. I think I'll move to OK!!😊
@@KrisWolf4 lol more power to you if you do. I’ve been born and raised here and have gotten used to it but with the storms comes the unbearable heat and tornadoes
@@KrisWolf4 Move to Ontario.
@@leithx7595 I was born in Windsor Ontario. Had a good time there with my family when we returned for a visit in 75 and 83. In 83 we had the privilege of being very close to a tornado in an intense t storm. Total excitement 😆!!
Is server thunderstorm come just careful might be a tornado
There’s wasn’t a tornado threat with this storm. I am constantly checking radar on another phone to be sure of that
Wonderful video.... Which place this is??
We never , EVER get thunderstorms in San Francisco. So jealous.
How'd you like those ones we got back in August (I think)?
@@tobinrowe9558 Do you mean the derecho that literally blew through?
@@darcybrummett7004 he literally said San Francisco
It’s so dark omg
I think 💭 it was the clouds ☁️ where the that making it very dark
Dude lol 😂.
@@dpflack1744 the storm got to my area right at dusk
I like thunder ⛈ storms
Very nice
No thunder??
The start was the video at a distance. Keep watching and you’ll hear thunder
Hello?! Shouldn't you be inside the house?!
Georgia Conti at that point it was way off to the north. I was very safe and knew when it was time to get under the cover of the patio area
Georgia Conti I do appreciate you being concerned for my safety
That was indeed a NASTY storm!! I survived a tornado in Dahlhart, Texas the summer I was 17! The most beautiful storm you'll ever see!! The lightning was green, red, and blue!! My family was in a camper in the back of a pickup truck!! So, although I,too, love thunder storms, I'm too much of a coward to chase them!! You guys be safe out there!! 💓💓
There's sort of a mild thrill in stepping partially outside to see and feel that storm closer up, I can totally see why they're doing that. I've been the same way with odd spectacular instances in weather. When it got to -15 degrees last month where I am when we had that huge arctic blast, I went outside for about 15 minutes or so, just to feel and experience a feel of weather that we don't normally get, I like that. I also really like the cold for some reason, I'm one of the few people who'd rather live in North Dakota, northern Minnesota, or Canada
Hello shouldn’t you mind your own business
Tiếng mưa kết hợp với tiếng đàn piano nhẹ nhàng giúp tôi ngủ ngon hơn, giảm suy nghĩ, căng thẳng
and Zeus said "clap dem cheeks!"
Are there cameras that come with an off and on switch for the focus
I shoot all my video on my phone and there is a way to turn off autofocus but I usually get wrapped up in the moment and forget about it.
Is that the wind or sprinklers
Dude get a tripod or something I,n getting motion sickeness!
Steven Miller I had a tripod and it didn’t work out. Saving up for a gimbal
@@bdcoley3 Coll enough!
Steven Miller que?
@@bdcoley3 Cool enough (sorry)
Steven Miller all good. I just wanted to make sure I was understanding you so I can help improve your time on my channel.
ohoho, nice bolt at 13:33
That was a big 'ol crash of thunder. I wonder how many people around there jumped at that one. It ever set off a car alarm
mother nature's symphony!
THROAT ALERT!!!: Lightning strike detected withn 4.02 km.
4 км - это далеко! Это гром после молнии через 12 с!
where was this at
Chicken Nuggets just outside Tulsa, OK
@@bdcoley3 yeah, it would have to be Oklahoma, Kansas, or Missouri. I do wish I could have storms like this to film where I live.
What time did that storm stop?
Every time I bite into a Peppermint Patty, I get whisked away by a violent F5 tornado. First it throws me up in the clouds, rips off my clothes like there going through a shredder, then slams me to the ground and blows me down until I pass out. Oh wait. Thats my ex that does that. Oh hell. Now that I think about it I was never in a tornado. Nevermind then.
Cloudstorm Thunder Lightning Rain
Lightning strike close enough to set off car alarms...ok!
Unsettling.
Around What Time Did The Storm Occur??? ⛈⛈⛈
I think mid to late evening but I can’t remember for sure.
@@bdcoley3 I Live In Shelby County, Tennessee, Specifically Germantown, Which Is A Suburb Of Memphis!!! It Gets Quite Humid Here, Especially During The Summer!!! 😁😁😁
@@Zonksmobile yeah that day was hot and abnormally humid for that early in July. And as the day went on the atmosphere just felt charged and ready to go at any time.
Thunder supposed to be loud don't u like loud stuff
wow nice storm
what city was this?
Tulsa
I like trains said Edd gould
Hello?! Why are you outside?!

Scary!!!!
Dude you need to learn how to shoot a video you keep moving the camera your not steady
Ang daang iyon na siyang Turan sa letra Ng iyong pangalan ay umusok din naman
Why is the camera dude constantly panning the staircase for? No one cares what's down there. It's bad enough the notion views are dizzying and unprofessional.
At the time of recording I didn’t have the equipment I have today so I yes I was bouncing around from place. Also this was the most intense storm I had seen in a very long time and I was super excited with lots of adrenaline. Lastly, I never claimed to be a professional
