- www.vintagerock... - Yes Featuring Jon Anderson, Trevor Rabin & Rick Wakeman perform “Owner of a Lonely Heart” at the Whisky A Go Go on 8/26/18, Hollywood, CA. Show review - bit.ly/2PJ5UVm
Oh, just yes!!!! Thankful to have lived long enough to see this!!!
These fellows look rejuvenated...this lineup, the touring and the adoring loyal fans are doing them a world of good....Their new music is killer. They are smart at this stage of the game and do not commit to grueling tour schedules so things stay fresh and interesting. The chemistry between these three is an indicator that they may want to do this for a while. That's the way we want it......Even the great Rick Wakeman is looking more fit and trimmer and Jon's voice is as good or better than in the 1970s... Trev looks like he is in his 30s. Thumbs up guys keep up the good work.
Zero dislikes!!!!!!! Makes sense, cause how could anyone dislike this! It’s euphoria.
Well that was fun. I realized that while Rick and Trevor were interacting on stage I had a smile fixed on my face the entire time. So great to see these guys together.
Too bad Alan White can't play the rolls for this song for years now. Two YESes are better than one.
It was a brilliant night, thanks for the video!
RUclips!! Can't you be a little more tasteful where you slam in a commercial? Awful!
Lee's back! HOORAY!
What are these legends doing playing in a dive like that?
It was apparently the first venue they played in the US back in the early 1970s.
1971, their 1st us gig $2 tickets then and then.
Yeah I thought the whisky was reserved for shit bands that want to pay to play.
Because they are Legends..
HAVING FUN !!!!
Lets give some love to Mr. Lee Pomeroy on Bass and Mr. Lou Molino on Drums.
I live in Orlando and was privileged to see the opening show of the tour at the Hard Rock. It was just ARW at that time. Rabin and Wakeman came down off the stage into the audience and walked around while they played. It was incredible. And it was LOUD! Just like the old days except you could make out the music.
That was for Starship Trooper Yes it was a great night!
Great show. Thanks for posting!
YES opened for CREAM's LAST Gig!
Is that Steve Smith?
gitzah no, he's on the "Journey" tour. Looks a bit like him though 🎶
Armando Hernández I thought also, but the article mentions: "The trio is superbly backed by Philly drummer Louis Molino III, who played with Supertramp’s Roger Hodgson and Kenny Loggins". The author is named Steve S though 😉
Steve wouldnt fuck the song up like that so hell no it wasnt him
Awsome
Awesome!!
Rick Wakeman borrowed that robe from Spinal Tap.
Blimey, Lee barely had time to draw breath after finishing ELO US tour a couple of days beforehand!
WOW thanks for sharing !
Cannot wait for the live DVD due 09/07/18.
THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
WOW! Thanks for sharing this piece of HISTORY! YES sounds/looks GREAT! Keep rockin' it guys!
How long did you have to wait in line
Wasn't bad at all. Most people showed up around 2-ish for the 9:00 show. They opened the doors at 6:00.
Not bad. Cool
Fabulous!
lol....no......this is not yes.....for christ sake.
Has Trevor had a brain injury or something? Fluffed notes everywhere.
Too old to shred?
Owner of a Lonely Fart! Never liked that song.
and nobody likes you dude get lost 👎
Travor Rabin is great but this performance is not anything near Yes with Alan White and someone who can plan bass like Chris Squire. To me anyone except these people and Steve Howe is replacable
