  • Whipped Feta Dip
1 block of Feta Cheese or about 1 ½ cups
    ½ cup sour cream
    ¼ block cream cheese
    2 cloves of garlic
    ½ tsp lemon zest
    ¼ tsp salt
    2 TBSP olive oil
    ½ to 1 tsp honey
    Topping
    1 to 1 ½ tsp honey
    1 TBSP olive oil
Pinch of Zaatar spice is optional
Crumble the feta into a food processor bowl until it is a fine crumb. Add the rest of the ingredients in to a food processor for about 3 minutes or until everything is smooth. Spoon into a serving bowl and top with the items listed above. Serve along with a flat bread of some sort that will be strong enough for dipping
    Corn Dip with Tortilla Chips
    1 can rotel
    1 can corn niblets
    1 cup grated cheddar cheese
    ¼ cup mayonnaise
    ½ block cream cheese
    Juice of ½ lime
    ½ tsp garlic powder
2 TBSPS green onions chopped fine
    1 TBSP chopped cilantro
    ¾ tsp salt
Drain the corn and rotel in a strainer. While that is draining add the remaining ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix well. Add in the drained corn and rotel and mix to incorporate them. Put the dip into a serving bowl and add chips of your choice to accompany it. Refrigerate.

Eight ounces can be weight or volume. I'm pretty sure if it says eight ounces of grated cheese, it means eight ounces(weight) of cheese, grated. If they wanted a cup of grated cheese it would say a cup. But who ever said something had too much cheese? LOL

Yesterday I made your English muffins (so delicious) and a loaf of bread in my bread machine. After 90 Ins. I took the dough out, put it into my bread pan, let it rise 30 mins and baked it off. So pretty and delicious. No reason to buy store bread. I forgot how filling homemade breads are. Slice of bread with jam and a cup of coffee holds me for hours. Fried eggs on toast also delicious. Keep those recipes coming. Debi in Vicksburg, MS. 🥰🥰

Hello Colleen, I’m a new subscriber. My name is Dennis Malone. Hope your day is going well. I have a recipe I wanna share with you. It’s called creamy chicken taco soup three chicken breast cut into pieces 3 1/2 cups of chicken stock, one onion, chopped plain, the garlic chop, one package of taco seasoning once teaspoon of chili powder, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper, half teaspoon cumin, teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon onion powder, one can of flour, roasted tomatoes, one can of fire, roasted peppers one can of black beans, drain and rinse one can of pinto beans, drained, and rinse one can of mild enchilada sauce, six Yukon, gold, potatoes, peeled, and cutting into bite-pieces. When chicken is done remove check from crockpot. Add vegetables and vegetables are done re-add your chicken then one package of Philadelphia cream cheese cut into pieces put into crockpot. Stir wait 20 minutes. Take a lap craft pot and stir again. Let me know if you make this and how you like it I serve this with homemade biscuits and the green salad and I make a peach cobbler for dessert and vanilla bean ice cream. I hope you like this and you have a super great day. Love your channel.

Thanks for sharing the recipes, they look yummy. Could you please review the Corn Dip recipe you have listed. The salt amount is different than what I think you said & I don’t see sour cream listed. Did you use the lime & green onions? I appreciate your help. Thanks

The cheese question is a great one. I do know that 8 oz of grated bagged cheese is 2 cups. Grated very fine, I don't know. I would just go by weight if it says ounces. I thought that ya'll in Canada used metric system. I just subscribed and I like your channel very much.
