Insecure people are stuck vid ... Thank you Shane for validating what I've gone through and how I've been living. Since shedding the insecure child or integrating it into my adult self, it released all my shame and unworthiness I was carrying. It's hard work going inward but the payoff is huge. For empaths, I think it's called the "dark night of the soul." Where your ego slowly dissolves. You're basically re-navigating the world with your new and awakened consciousness. The experience opened a secure world for me where I feel connected, safe, and loved. I no longer seek my happiness from others, I fill my cup daily with love and goodness and bring that into the world. It felt natural to just let things be and to not worry about things I had no control over, to not mentally attach to anything negative, to not compare or judge others; it's a totally freeing life style that is drama free. Accepting what is and living in the present moment is so crucial for happiness.
I’m so glad it was validating for you. And thank you for sharing. Beautifully written and inspiring to read. I agree it’s not easy going within but definitely worth it. So much peace and freedom there.
@@ShaneFuller333 So quite literally just be aware of all the negative feelings associated with childhood/insecurities etc? Just be aware and observe that feeling and keep moving in life and it'll make things better?

Its not deliberate. The energy gets stuck in the brain and body ❤
I'm trying to wrap my head round this info.
So it's to be aware of ourselves?
I feel I have low self esteem from childhood, wrong enviroments etc
Yes that’s it. I think of it as becoming aware of my patterns and also reducing importance and the need for self-justification.
