love these blocks. I've set these up with some steve's carts farmers and steves carts loggers. it can create ridiculous, self sustained renewable power. even with small farms with a large amount of variety, you can get all the power you need.
You forgot saplings they are the best if you use the fertilizer and harvester and planter for a tree farm that is like 8 blocks wide and you use an autocrafting table to craft planks and use those to power like more than 6 stirling engines and use the extra saplings for the bio-reactor. It's a great system for me but I would use spruce or jungle trees for the farm.
I can't say I have tried to do it with Item Ducts yet. If it doesn't work, you could also use an Auto-Ejector to dump it onto a Conveyor Belt and then have that input it into the Item Router.
I've always found these to work quite well. Of course you do need Galacticraft installed to use those solar panels and personally I do like it to be a bit more challenging :)

very helpful thank you it can be pretty hard to find a person who dose these tutorials right
Word of warning - per 1.7 the Bioreactor no longer accepts dyes and bone meal, which was due to an ID duplication bug with cocoa in 1.5 and 1.6

how do I put things as a note to watch later
Maybe i am a bit slow, i can't figure out what the block next to the bio-reactor is, it's behind the harvester..what does it do?
That's an item router, it is essentially the same as a diamond pipe from BuildCraft.
Now there is a box on the top left corner of the biofuel generator GUI, that we can't see in your video since it's an older version. What is it for?
How did you made this setup with the farm?
I'm not sure what you mean... What exactly isn't clear about it?
Well, you made it so it exports seeds to the planter and the reactor but how? When i try to do this it only exports to one of them.
I believe I used an Item Router to do that, check out my spotlight on those, it should clear things up: MineFactory Reloaded - Item Routers
Now,items don't want to get in the router.I am using Thermal Expansion,Itemduct.

But, to get biofuel don't i need seeds/saplings?
I'm guessing i'll need tons of seeds/saplings to charge completely a energy cell?
What pipe between reactor and generator? Need answers fast :)
THE POTATO PIPE
Any pipe that transports liquids.
Yes, but you can get quite a bit of power from a small amount of them.
can you use sugarcane?
Unfortunately not. Check out the wiki page for a list of items that can't be used:
ftbwiki.org/BioReactor
that's really weird because in Brazil their main bio fuel supply is sugarcane
That is weird indeed.
Maybe you should write the mod developer and let them know ;-)
just use the forestry mod that allows you to do that.
No srry he didnt forget saplings but try my little system use buildcraft pipes to transfer the wood and planks and the energy
Not really, you can get a pretty decent amount of power from a single bucket of biofuel
what pipe
I tried using this but it was too inefficient. Solar panels from Galacticraft generate a TON of energy.
I've always found these to work quite well. Of course you do need Galacticraft installed to use those solar panels and personally I do like it to be a bit more challenging :)
OMG, You didn't even explain what pipe have to be used to transfer that?
Slimeballs!? fermented Spiders eyes!? plastic sheets *and* sugar?!?
_Has to be_ *Wierdest crafting recipe for a machine ever!!* :S
Do that in real life you don't end up with an alternative energy source - you end up with a slushy heap of toxic sludge and a real big laundry bill!
(in case you were wondering) : £56.20
....Never. Again.
