In this Airsoft [REVIEW] we look at the FMA AN/PEQ-15 LA5 UHP Flashlight/Laser/IR Cap/IR NIGHT VISION LASER.
Incredibile little unit, built incredibly well and a very step ahead of previous FMA PEQ units, both aesthetically and functionality wise.
Now, other than Flashlight and Laser functions, there's a IR Cap for Flashlight and IR NIGHT VISION Laser feature! Great job by FMA!

hi please coukd you tell me if this peq15 UHP model from FMA have the strobe function on the flashlight like the peq15 model before?

Just purchased one on these FMA laser and the beam is high and to the left. I tried the adjustment screws and the beam won't move. I have a bore sight laser in use as a reference and to give me a good start point before I shoot. But when I turn the screws for the laser the beam won't move. Any suggestions short of returning it???
is it possible to zero laser accordingly to scope? I experience several other "replicas" where it is not possible to correctly setup laser with scopes/sights...

I have a question about the laser itself, is there any information of how powerful the laser is? Is it below 5W ?
It should be about 0.6W.
How is this new version of the FMA AN/PEQ-15 compared to VFC or Element?
Hi Adio! It's about the same power as the VFC but very less than the older FMA or actual Element, if I had to buy one today it would probably be the Element.
Does this PEQ have a dedicated IR Laser or does it only have the flip off IR Lens cap?
+Kevin Heath Hi Kevin, the IR Laser is actually a real infrared beam, only the flashlight is IR convertible with its cap.
How powerful is the IR laser? Can you see a beam through nvg's? And also is the windage and elevation actually adjustable and stay zeroed? Thank you

You have money for night vision and worried about 1 cr123 battery ? And this is the one with real laser IR functions if you dont have NODs your wasting money on this

Not sure, it should if it's a 3.5 jack input.
Violent Nomad there's replica version of the surefire by night evolution; I know few sites that sell them airsoftgi and aliexpress. Just trying help you not to break your piggy bank authentic are bit pricey, but it's your money. Hope that helps.

Javier Flores appreciate it, but I have real optics, lights, and tactical switches...curious if these units would work with a real TAPS system or similar device.
@@violentnomad2171 The airsoft version of the PEQ-15 will not accept the Crane style lead (Unity Tactical TAPS) or the real Surefire dual tape switch, it uses a 3.5 inch jack input.

Yeah man, I use it all the time! It's not ideal under the sunlight but works wonders indoors!

Hi Darwin! I own an AR15 myself but actually never tried, I've heard rumors of the mounting screw getting loose very quickly with the recoil maybe I'll try and let you know.

Ciao Giovanni, il laser si tara solitamente ad una corta distanza così da poter mirare tramite di esso condizioni di luce permettendo: spara con la tua replica ferma su di un supporto, a circa 10/15 metri, e tara il laser facendo cadere il punto dove il pallino ha colpito il bersaglio.
Nella realtà, i militari usano laser infrarossi visibili solo tramite visori notturni così da poter usare un grande vantaggio contro nemici sprovvisti di dispositivi per individuare il fascio e sapere esattamente dove il proiettile andrà a colpire.
Ok grazie mille della risposta e dopo aver letto no easy day capisco l'importanza che hanno i raggi ir per i soldati.
