Yep there is some good value to be had with the cheap Chinese Illuminators. I run some Evolva T38's with a 950 pass filter in front of them and it provides and excellent beam out to 200 yards or so using Gen 3 tubes, with ABSOLUTELY ZERO GLOW that can be seen by a human eye at night. That provides an extremely covert helmet light. Take the 950 pass filter off and the Evolva T38's throw out a pretty visible glow like all LED Illuminators do and then it will light up almost 1,000 yards away.
If you divide the front into 2 part one fill with IR bulbs and the other with UV bulbs then the flash light is invisible but it illuminate the object it shines on.. it protect Navy seal from being shot because just like night vision it protect the user

Hey man I am 13 years old I just bought a kevlar helmet and I want to have night vision so can I grab a cheap knockoff gopro and mount it to the helmet so it is in front of my eye and then use this flashlight to see in the dark will that work?
Here take a TV remote go in a dark room if the camera of you're phone or go prob can see a red flashing light when u put the remote led up to ur camera it should work
Save up and get yourself something nice tbh. You already spent about $100 bucks or so on the helmet and you're probably gonna spend another $50 bucks on the mounting syestem. I recommend looking into the Sightmark Ghosthunter or some similar gen 1.
please dont use one of these youll end up very dissapointed and end up wasting your money its what i did i bought some dashcams but it was trash id rather get a pnv 57a which needs ir to work but i then upgraded to a pulsar edge gs its worth saving up
