Thanks for the ride! Can you imagine taking your wife and kids on a fast ride with this car ? I wonder what their reaction would be. I’m a die hard fan of motor cars. I can’t imagine owning an EV someday. I m lucky that in my car , I can choose between full automatic ( for my wife and daughter) and semiautomatic mode for me. I enjoy changing gears with the paddle shifts. A maybe stupid question. How come that when I use M/T I can hear the engine ( lovely sound I wouldn’t like to miss ) and when We drive in automatic mode, I hardly hear the “ roaring” of the engine?
Possibly because in auto the car is choosing when you change gear whereas in manual mode I can allow the engine to rev out for longer. Thanks for watching.
@@unexplainedwearenotalone3537 what a dumb question.....that's like your mrs making cakes and me asking if she'll give me a hand job if I pay extra😂😂😂
@@CarObsession What is "no" ? It's a summer tyre. Not so bad on the dry road though, but unfortunately sometimes it's raining in summer. (especially in UK) And then the car becomes a fun sledge, a new kind of fun with doubled braking distance. It's a little dangerous with that engine power. Michelin Pilot 4s is much better in general, but it's expensive compared to Pirelli. Sorry it just popped in my mind because I saw that you were testing it in rain, that is this tyre's main weakness, you were not so lucky.
@@telelaci2 I said No just as a way of acknowledging your comment. Yes, I prefer Michelin for sure. In regard to pricing, I wouldn't say they're expensive compared to Pirelli - in my experience I find they're normally a similar price.
Cool video!
Thank you very much 👌🏽
I use nankan ar1s on mine

I take my grandkids for rides and it’s the most fun they’ve ever had in a car!
I like your style! Just make sure they're not sick in the car 😅. Thanks for watching 👍🏽.
Missed opportunity not offering AWD
Would have pushed up the cost and weight, though. Thanks for watching 👍🏽.
@@CarObsession hey do u know if extra pay can be add AWD or can convert normal Kona AWD take and add on Kona N only way if u want so hard AWD
@@unexplainedwearenotalone3537 No, you can't pay extra for Hyundai to convert it.

Great suv but not good on wet conditions
No, the P Zeros are to blame for that - thanks for watching.
Why it holds the 4th gear for so long when you drive in auto?it's should be changes gear up when you drive faster right?
Not sure, I'm afraid. Thanks for watching.
Depends on which setting you have the transmission set to. If it's in sport plus the auto will hold revs higher.
@@paigekesa From memory I don't think it was in Sport at the time.
I have a Kona n it hold gears when accelerating aggressively and driving normally it changes gears like a normal car… very good and smart transmission
Told yer it was brill car
Hi un dai!
???
These PZero tyres are very bad in rain.
No, they're definitely a fairweather tyre, thanks for watching.

@@telelaci2 Also, when I said it's a fairweather tyre, it was more a figure of speech as opposed to an actual fact.
I have driven mine in the rain monsoon in Phoenix space yourself out the P Zeros work just fine.
Should have said “I Kona care less” about the driving gloves.
😂
