Option C - A bit tricky without objective comparison between option - other than 'looking pretty' is the extra weight worth it for a measurable improvement in rigidity and NVH. Looking at option A it appears the bar bolts to the suspension turrent with a single thru bolt which to means it cant be very rigid in that axis - so a no to that. The Ultra ones seem to be the best ones
If the car currently has no rear lower brace i'd go for option B, - keep the weight low and the best balance of improvement for road use versus investment of time and money.
option B if we are looking for efficiency, because the mx5 has a short long arms suspension (SLA), and it is necessary to strengthen only here at these strategic points.
They all look great and it’s nice to have a range of options. The 1st IL Motorsport is light and the polished finish is ace. I wonder how much boot space the rear one takes up though.. Probably easier to fit too as no getting under the car. The 2nd IL Motorsport option is subtle and it’s nice to have a more budget option. The 3rd; Ultra Racing one has best of both as you say, with the rear brace not taking up boot room. They look rather solid and sporty and whilst the others could be painted white to match; these already are. This option appears rather special and would be my favourite choice!
Just a thought as a daft question; what would happen if you fitted the 1st and 2nd options? So braces in boot and under the bonnet; plus the ones under the car? Would it be far too stiff? Would it even work?
A: for aluminium, as you say ultralight a nice bit of shine were it can be seen.
Option C , liking the matching white colour, should look good and do the job .
Option C, also it would be great to compare more of these options on you tube kind of a video review.
I think that Option C is the best compromise (and the colour match is a bonus!)

Option C if there isn't much different in the handling. The white will match the exterior. I think you should test all 3 on the car.

Aesthetically, option C, but I had the simpler option B fitted to my Mk II. But as I wouldn't be paying for it - it has to be option C.

Option B would be the best option, keeping the weight lower down and most cars have usually had a front strut brace fitted anyway.

Deffo option C, I’ve had these fitted to a MK1 I had, which also happened to be white, and it looked and felt the business👍🏻
