yakisoba noodles x 1 packet
cabbage leaves x 2 (approx)
carrot x 1/3
medium onion x 1/2
cooking oil x 3 glugs
edamame x small handful
spring onion x 1
shiitake mushrooms x 3
eggs x 2 large or 3 small
salt and white pepper (or black)
Toppings:
yakisoba sauce x to taste
green nori sprinkle ao nori x to taste
sushi gari ginger x to taste
mayonnaise x to taste
katsuo bushi bonito flakes x to taste

Ahh, this is such a great idea :) Last year I made yakisoba and put all these toppings on because I just had them left over from making okonomiyaki. But your idea of adding the omelette is genius and delicious sounding! Roku gin is my fave too! Thank you
