One thing that gets omitted from globe and flat earth is the fact the there's really only 2 dimensions to consider. Although you're in the 3rd dimension and are 3D beings your eyes actually only produce 2D images, like pictures. 2D beings are called "Flatlanders" from our perspective the earth seems flat but it's a sphere and in fact if it were any other shape gravity wouldn't be the same. Gravity is the direct result of this sphere curving spacetime causing everything to fall towards it's center of mass. Where there's no mass there's no gravity. It's not even so much that the mass of the planets pull on each other to move around one another as much as it's caused by resonance, because literally everything is in constant motion playing it's own frequency of sound so to speak. But back to the 2D image. You don't actually see in 3D, depth is merely perceived. A sphere in 2D or 3D appears the same. A circle or sphere appears the same.
