In this video, I install Ironman 4x4 Fab's no lift shackle relocation brackets on my 2001 xj. This product helps get ride quality back on your lifted xj and to articulate better. When lifting the xj the shackle angle is compromised and the relocation bracket gives you options to get that angle back. Overall I was really impressed with the quality of the product form Ironman. All hardware was included in box. There were however no install instructions so I made a video on how I installed them. I did lose some lift in the rear with the shackles angling more forward, but the back was high to begin with so no harm there.

I just got these. Getting ready to install. I don't have a plasma cutter, so it's just going to be a grinder and a sawzall for me. Any advice on how to section up the shackle box as I cut it?

Should be fairly straight forward. It’s been a while since I’ve done it. But if I remember right you just cut out the whole thing and grind until the box fits. Sawzall was actually easier on some of the cuts.

I got mine installed last night what holes you recommended using with 4.5 RC springs and stock shackle? And top or bottom holes?

I’d start in the middle and the upper hole if you don’t need the lift. With the stock shackle it may contact the new bracket though.
