Poor Countess! She was definitely somewhere else😂 I loved how they just went on with it as if this was totally normal and even was trying to help her not to go too far left. Whatever is going on with her she still has a natural funny talent..I wish her well.. This entire cast on Moesha was so enjoyable and relatable! ♥️

I believe Countess has been going through some challenges, unrelated to the show or the cast, and the hosts of the show attempted to be inclusive and sensitive while limiting her on-screen time and keeping it light when they did engage her. I applaud them for having her at the reunion in spite of. My hope is that she’s able to work though what she’s dealing with and have a wonderful life moving forward.🦋

You sound like my friend we watched together she said i hate to say this but this wouldve been the best time for countess to have moved on and the whole show she seem distant not in it and acting funny i said whew i didnt wanna see that but now im rewatching kinda see what she and what you saying shakes head
She had a big meltdown when lost her father...it was so sad. She's also had some health challenges. She has such a sweet personality...I pray that she gets the help she needs and is surrounded by people who truly love her and stand by her.
She was in a abusive relationship.

A reboot wouldn’t be necessary without Hakeem. Him and Kim is who I really think stood out on the show but they all did their part in making the show great!

I really feel that they should’ve asked Countess more questions she was the funniest one on that show. When she went on to do the Parkers I was really happy for her because she shined even more

I’d love a talk show with the ladies of Girlfriend’s. I love how their characters were all so different in their own right, yet meshed so well together. We can include William in it as well 😭😭 He was basically the 5th Girlfriend 😩

Can we talk about how the question to Countess was a little shady?? "You played Kim... who was the biggest prankster?" Meanwhile, everyone else got a question about their character. First of all, shady ladies, do your homework next time. Countess had a spin-off from Moesha, The Parkers. You could have asked her about what it was like to go from playing Moesha's friend to starring in a show? Hello somebody? I would be curious what characteristics of Kim are similar tp her, and wha'a different? Or ask her about her favorite or most memorable episode. Not that lame ole question. Anyways, catch Ms. Ralph on Abbot Elementary- she is high-larious!

Well..I don't think it was shady..but simple & careful..and then..as far as them asking her about her career..that's not what this reunion was about and if that were the case..then they'd mostly have to move around the whole table and ask Brandi about her other shows before and/or after Moesha..along with her career afterwards..and even Ray J's career as a rapper..it's just not what it was about..
Even so about the questions..Countess still had a hard time answering the simple ones given..let alone something more in depth. I think they understood the things she has been through and attempted to tread lightly..

Countess was being incredibly shady. I still sense some tension between her and Brandy.. I hope they get to resolve their issues.

I can see why Countess had an attitude.
The show's host only talked to her a very brief time, and asked her a question that had nothing to do with her, or her character.
They were being cautious. Countess is a wildcard. You can see she was trying to let loose. Like some people, you can't take her everywhere, unfortunately.
Honestly you'd think they would ask her about her spin-off The Parkers and how she landed that role! C'mon

Countess was off for sure. While everyone was asked one on one questions, and Countess was only asked about who was the prankster, she shut down and the shade showed up. 👀. She will forever be salty towards her co-hosts.
Brandy aka Moesha is one of my favorite tv shows at all times And I love her and the whole cast including Yvette Wilson and Lamont Bentley Andell and Hakeem May there soul Rest In Peace I grew up on moesha and brandy is are charmer and a angel of everything and I am so very honored and happy to watch my favorite cast especially D. Money on tv and Netflix

We always made sure we never missed an episode as it was rare to see on Australian television at that time early 90's growing up as it ran every Sunday.
It was the best as the cast members were so funny, cool, we got to see how American schools looked like and my twin and I, and siblings could relate as we were not far from Moesha's age.
Those were the days great memories....

I love Brandy and she looked great here but looks even better today. She is aging like fine wine. I laughed when she said she wasn't an actress and was a singer instead. Maybe she meant acting wasn't her passion. True fans know Brandy was an actress before she became the singer we know her as today. I thought she did great on the show "Thea" that aired in 1993 alongside Thea Vidale and Jason Weaver. Shery Lee Ralph looked just as good as she did back then... beautiful. It was great seeing most of the cast together after sixteen years. I used to watch this show all the time.
RIP HAKEEM!!!! AND ANDELLE. I don't enjoy this show at all! But this is an important interview. Some of these interviewers ain't never seen moesha they need to knock it off! I remember Sheryl Lee Ralph was mad as hell when they tried to change Ray J from being a cousin to Brandy n Miles brother indicating he was cheating on her....

Well for those wondering about the question for Countess there’s a documentary like video here on RUclips called Countess Vaughn life after where they talked about the conflict btw Brandy and her as teens and then Countess mentions how they were pranksters or do pranks on the cast/crew all the time I’m assuming to diffuse the tension…I don’t think they meant any harm by asking esp since she specifically said it just my opinion 🤷🏽♀️

I always felt that Countess Vaughn's singing talent was far above Brandi's and was really only spotlighted in the episode with Leanne Rhimes (another powerhouse singer). But of course Countess Vaughn's saving grace was "The Parkers" and she really got to shine! I realize "The Parker's" was a spin-off of "Moesha" but in my book "The Parkers was a MUCH better sitcom than "Moesha".

Thank you. I found the comment I was looking for. Countess Vaughn has such a strong singing voice. I love Moesha's theme song but Kim knocked the Parker's theme song out of the park. It's only human nature that some talents have friction in the industry since the industry is cold and the show must go on. Kim and Niecy played their roles to the Tee! Even though the show is Moesha and Brandy did her thing, Sharr Jackson and Countess Vaughn very much did their thing. The whole cast did.

I like how BOTH of these black women were putting out great shows back in the 90s. They both have their own unique and uncomparable skillsets that makes them both talented. When a person has confidence in who they are, they don't have to compete.
Parker’s was slap stick comedy and hilarious where as Moesha was a well balanced show that touched on important things on life. It was like a how to guide that was youthful enough to be teaching right from wrong without kids knowing it

I’m amazed how she really doesn’t look like she’s aged that much. Of course this is my opinion but I think it would be best to leave Moesha as it was. Most reboots just don’t feel the same/it’s time has passed.
