- The body of Irish soldier Sean Rooney has been repatriated to Ireland. A short prayer service was held at Casement Aerodrome in Baldonnel, Dublin with his family. Mr Rooney was shot and killed in south Lebanon last week while serving as a peacekeeper for the UN.

well, it didn't help Jewish people in Europe during WW2 and It haven't worked for Ukrainian people.

@@garybyrne793 In the world where Hezbollah "leaders" promise their martyrs 72 virgins after they kill non muslim and Ireland "keeps peace", meaning pretends that every thing is just fine in the south Lebanon controlled by Islamic terrorists, Hezbollah, it would be very naive and stupid. Perhaps Irish people still can close their eyes and make friends with murders, but my people already tried to close their eyes and not to see, learned from that, so now we are totally ok to be hated by Irish people but be alive and have a strong Army we all serve in to protect our people.
