Yeah it's kind of a run of the mill Marriott outside of the city center but the pool is a HUGE draw. Like I've been saying in the videos, I prefer to live in a bare-bones hotel room for the week while I've got my head down working and do this on the weekend when I come up for air. If I spent money renting a "normal" apartment I wouldn't ever do this.
Here's another one on Whatsapp: +855 93 200 132 I reached out to my landlord about the one month lease and I'm waiting to hear back. That may be difficult, the one month lease, but give it a shot. I think four months is the lowest most of the places I looked at wanted to go for like a $50/month premium.
@@FollowBrando I’m looking at the moment, and was impressed by your point about prices. I’m in a hotel where I’m very comfortable and it’s very cheap. Nice aircon and I don’t pay the electricity bill. 😱🙄 Good luck with the TV station although I shan’t be watching. 🙄😉😂 From the U.K. You would probably regard me as a crazed Leftist. 😂Best wishes.
@@MarkGillard-g1x my electric bill has been a bit more than $100/month when I am there and running the Aircon all of the time. I've got fast internet for work and my Netflix account set up. And it's cheap enough that I'm still traveling most of the time.
Im planning on moving in June for a month to do the Nomadic thing, perhaps we can connect! MAGA, My job is as a treasurer for republican campaigns in NY would like to connect.

How you manage to remain in shape with this lifestyle is beyond me. I have to go to the gym 6 days a week just to try to salvage some semblance of fitness given my constant travel and eating out all of the time. No longer living in Vietnam?
I still have the apartment and studio in Ho Chi Minh City but I got so busy with this tv job on my visa run that's it's worth the entire 6 months rent even if I use the place for 6 weeks. And I have a kitchen so I can keep my diet straight and my weight down!
I think you get more value for your money in Thailand. Do they have lots of fresh vegetables over there as well as you're talking about food and cooking yourself?.
Have you been watching Chris on Retired Working For You? I don't think there is a better channel about making a new life in Southeast Asia. It would take me years to do what he has done.
@@FollowBrando Yes I watch it. I am subscribed to his channel. He's very good at what he does as well. In 9 hours I'll be on a plane headed to Bangkok. Trip to Africa got canceled because of the protests. Looking forward to being back in Bangkok though!.
That’s what’s up. I’m moving from Kansas City to Phnom Penh in January. Can’t wait to be there!!!!
It's a fun city! And it's cheap and easy to travel from here to many other places. Have you been to visit yet?
@@FollowBrando no I haven’t I’m coming cold. But I’ve watched probably 90+ hours of RUclips videos so I feel like i have lol
@@weatherornotheresmike Cool, time to jump in with both feet!

Grest insight for apartments brother, keep it up!
Thanks brother - hope to see you soon in Phnom Penh.
Interesting. Many thanks !

Man, the quality of apartments for $300 in Cambodia vs. Thailand is night and day. Thailand is such a better value for money - but terrible visas.
