Just solved and broke down Number 12... At number 12, Captain Falcon attempted to give Luigi a knee of justice but Luigi did his up smash. Not realizing Iggy was behind Luigi, Iggy did his Side-Special. However, Even though Iggy was the last to throw hit, he wasn't the one who won, survive or die first. Luigi's up smash had such a bit of backward range that Iggy got too close with his side special that both attacks registered on each other, but no parry was thrown being that Luigi's up smash hit Iggy's head and Iggy's car hit Luigi's body. The reason Luigi won it is because his hit had a more knock back than Iggy's side special. Thus the reason why Luigi won and how he did.
