Good useful info,i like these comparison videos.I have very similar assessments of the bearpower in terms of that parallax adjustment etc..mine is SUPER stiff as well!!I just ordered the Arken EPL-4 today so we will see how that goes when i get it.CVlife just sent me a red dot in RMR footprint to review so we will see what thats all about when it gets here👍🏼
The CV red dots are a really good bang for the buck; no issues. However this optic you will find takes a backseat to your Arken without a doubt. Hey, thanks for chiming in.
Thanks for your content. I would have loved to see the Arken shoot again. Those gun issues, after mounting the CV were annoying to say the least. Not sure if the frustration of dealing with that may have skewed the results. The way it left me was, first round great. Changed the optics and now the gun sucks and target sucks too. I bought a CVlife Bearswift 6-25X50 over the weekend on sale. And a 30% off code. $125 delivered. Not sure what I’m going to use it on. But for the money. It’s a good back up.
Was ready to pull the trigger on the SH4... saw the CV on sale this weekend for $124 delivered and nabbed one ( havent mounted it yet on my CZ455) . great timing on the video ... hmm Arken was more accuriite.. was hoping the CV was better
I need to get my hands on a Discovery. I will tell ya, completely honest here i was let down by the CV. While doing the unboxing and initial review i was impressed and thought this thing would give the Arken a run. Once i had them out side by side the CV is literally half the scope.
@RugerGundog That's too bad. I'd love to see a bunch of good quality affordable scopes out there. I just got the lh4 6-24 and it's great, but I agree with you that the reticle is too small on the lowest mag setting. I got it for my 300 Hamr to go pig hunting. I'll try it, but it might end up on my 5.56 for the range. My Sh4j on my 6 arc is awesome. Might just get another, like I need a big excuse, lol.
Ive shot CCI and ever had issues; even shot out this gun. Once i was done filming i grabbed another box....they all ejected just fine. With all that said; im not sure if it was a bunk box but it was one small box within a large LOT of it i have; or if some wax or lube off the bullets worked its way into the chamber to help as i had recently done deep cleaning on this rig.

The Arken content was fine. The CV was one with issues. All that aside I really was not doing an accuracy test...but yes frustrating to say the least.

I.woul.like to see the glass threw the scopes at target not so much groups

It's doing fine now.. was oddly that one box of ammo. But I will check that part out.
Clean the bolt face and lube the extractors
