I didnt even realise when the 50 minutes ended and I was like, why did it end so soon? My cramps got so much better after doing this and so did my blood flow. I am on the first day of my period and I will continue doing it for the next two days to ease my muscles and get relief from the back pains ! Thank you so much.

BEAUTIFUL! Thanks! Sometimes I see how some girls ignore their period completely, I used to because I never feel cramps or anything, but now I'm more sensitive and I listen more to my body, I recognize how the body doesnt want any tension or strong movements done. Srly, feels so good!!!

I started this workout with a terrible cramps and now, at the end of exercises, I'm feeling absolutely nothing! It really works, thanks a lot!
i am feeling very hard back pain because of the period cramps, (they sometimes get there, and as they affect the posture, even the upper back gets affected), I will see if it works.

Isn't downward dog an inversion pose? Can we do it this time of the month? What a great workout btw. ❤
Hi Sumedha - it is a low impact inversion - some people recommend it, others don't. I personally love it all the time! I think in the end its about listening to your body and what feels right for you. I would recommend avoiding the more challenging inversions and also not holding downdog for too long xx

Very nice routine! I spent a lot of time in front of the computer and loved how I could feel all the cracks and movement in my shoulderbaldes. Just really low audio on the video. I did it on an outside space and it was extra hard to hear what you were saying Gemma.

Really soothing and relieving. This is the first time that I’ve had an uncomfortable period and been unable to hit the gym on my 1st & 2nd day so this video was pretty great to do on those days :)
