Would have loved to watch this but it upsets me when yoga videos have music playing in them. It sounds terrible on my speakers and can feel chaotic when I want quiet. I prefer to choose myself whether I have music or not. Thank you for your content and for hearing this feedback. All the best x

Raminara, you guided this beautifully, thank you. As a yoga teacher wanting a bit of inspiration and relaxation whilst on my period, this was exactly what I was looking for. As a side note, I enjoyed the music. There will always be people who do and people who don't. Whilst you could make both options possible in a video, ultimately, I would say do what best feels right for you :)

Beautiful yoga practice, Ramina! But please, between the teachers: in Yin yoga we have no any Adho Mukha Svanasana or standing poses, cause we avoid any muscles tension to reliese them and go deeper. Keep going, your video is very interesting to see and you have a talant to explain!
