Why cotton everything?

Cotton last a lot longer compared to polyester, if you compare high quality clothing, it's made out of 100% cotton. You'll see it when you go thrifting that the 100% cotton clothes always last the longest. Another reason is from this video: ruclips.net/video/piKa3ymhVtc/видео.html, polyester is not good for our skin and if you tend to get rashes from clothes it's most likely because of polyester or plastic in clothing
