I bought a 2006 Z4M Roadster in February in large part due to your videos. As a whole, they gave me the confidence to believe I could do much of the work on my own. Speaking of which I removed the CDV this morning, and although it's going to sound silly to many, the car now gives me a similar thrill (because of the way it delivers power, as you said) to my track day in a 458 a couple of years ago! In any event, thank you for your videos and the inspiration to jump into the Z4 universe. More importantly, good luck in this new phase of your life...exciting times! Cheers!

I know this is a late comment but I just bought the first car I paid for myself in cash which happens to be a 06 BMW Z4 3.0si, so a bit of you now lives on in me brother.
Yes mate you've been a big help for me working on my Zed down under., And now you're moving on from waking people up to their mechanical ability's to sending others asleep. Quite a juxtaposition but I'm sure you'll be kicking major goals in your future professional life. Cheers Mate you have earned yourself quite a large Kama deposit at the goodwill Bank.
Sad to see you let it go. 03 3.0i manual black Z4 owner here. Your videos are very informative and I’ve favorited a couple in case I must fix something in the future. I agree about how the Z4 makes you FEEL. I’ve driven way faster cars, newer cars, more “exotic” but the 3.0i Z4 is it’s own car. The Z4M would fill that void that you’re going to feel. :)
Damn. So nic car. I have before old model Z3. Was also great car, i travel with Z3 to Norway in winter. Never faild me. I must sold from personal reason - life is life. Now i be try buy new model Z4. Good luck

zed4me I own a Z4 e85 2.2 version and I'm currently looking for a solution to actually make the car pop and gurgle a lot more and be able to hear it.... I'm not sure if that is possible but the engine is the same 6 straight.... Can you help me out with your experience? Thank you!!

I have an 05 and took it out today for the first time this year and Damn I miss that straight 6. I have a turbo Cadillac ATS awd for the winter and they say it has more power but it doesn’t feel like it.

Hey I was wondering when u hit a pot hole at high speeds. Does the car make a loud thump. Was wondering if my bumpstops are shot.
L Ee could be a number of things hard to say. If you're hitting bump stops then your shocks are toast
