As of now, this is the only version of the ride where you can still find both the original auction and chase scenes.

All who want the originals back in the other parks, you can request and demand it on Disney guest service feedback, on campaign, on email, or something. You never know. Just suggestions.

@@NickyHelp Honestly, I’m alright with the new versions.
If I want to see the originals, I’ll just wait till the situation with the pandemic dies down so I can fly out to Japan and see them in Tokyo Disneyland.

the fact that this version is in a mini new orleans square shows that they can make a new orleans area for walt disney world's eventual splash mountain retheme to the princess and the frog, so the ride would still be in frontierland but themed differently
