Could not agree more, these shoes need to stay around in this crazy running shoe world 😵💫 Loved the V2 so i will have to get the 3s for a sweet deal some day🤠
For my speedier workouts I was considering either the Rebel v3 or the Topo Cyclone v2. I went with the Cyclone only because I already have the More v4 and the SC Elite v3; and I wanted to mix up the midsoles and the heel drops.
yeah i think it's important to vary it up and run a good chunk of miles in these simple shoes. and i'm sure you'll love the rebel once you break it out for that next build
What was a the mileage on your Rebal V3s when you pulled them from your reg rotation? I had both the V1s (upper fit issues) and V2s (lateral stability issues). I believe the V3s address both of these issues. Don't NEED these. But, I can't look away from the $65/Footlocker deal and the treadmill is calling!!! Keep up the great work! Oh, and by the way, we will all keep watching if you need to take some time off. Seems you may be burning the candle at both ends while you shoot it with a flame thrower (daily vids with a busy life). Take care of you, bro. We'll still be here.
hahaha i appreciate it but daily vids aren't going anywhere any time soon. i pulled rebel v3s around 250 but that was mostly because i finished the training block and wanted to run in more cushioned shoes for my rebuild. i've run in them a few times recently and they still feel good around 250 - awesome treadmill shoe
For a non-plated shoe, it's pretty good and it is in my rotation with the Adios Pro 3 and Prime X Strung. My only gripe with it is the plastic band in front of the toe box. I'd rather it weren't there so that the upper fits more like a sock.
good point. i think it helps a bit with keeping water out but it does add this weird crinkly effect - luckily i haven't noticed any issues while running
It's not super cushioned, but if you prefer a lighter weight option it can definitely perform well over a half marathon. I took mine to 16 miles a few times and they were okay. If you plan to finish the race in longer than 1:45 to 2 hours though you likely will want a more cushioned shoe
i wanted more room so i got a size 11 in these, which is a half size up from my normal size. you could do that if you want a little more room or you could go with your normal size
Agreed. The Rebel has somehow improved with each model. Will be interesting to see if they continue the trend.

Underrated channel
💪🏽
I have 150 miles on my Rebel v.3 & they are a great shoe. The FuelCell feels great under foot!
my favorite foam right now!

i've heard great things about the cyclone! hope you're enjoying them
@@supwell Indeed thx
Using these for short intervals and using the Superblast for longer runs. Very satisfied with both pairs for its own usage 👍
That's a perfect rotation 👌🏽
I like the message in running less in super or plated shoes. I have this shoe sitting in my closet waiting for the next marathon cycle.

You’re definitely selling me on these as I start to explore outside of the realm of Nike.
since you like the streakfly you'll love these

Great review 👊🏼🔥
thank you!
V3 over V4 , dont like the fit and look of V4
I just got v3 today. Keen to give them a crack. Was looking to use them for tempo and speed/ races. But can test them out on a easier run
they're great for easier runs as well
Rebels v3 gave me DOMS, dangerously fun.
Love this shoe. Never take it past 6k but for the shorter work its incredible. Only thing i dont like about it is its deadly on wet tarmac.
I love my V2s. I have my V3s in reserve..👌 Keep up the good work....
you'l love 'em - and thank you
i use the More V4 in US size 9,5, should i up a half size with Rebel?
Still too early! Try Topo Atmos when it is released. Glowing review!
that one looks super interesting. like a combination between the gel nimbus and saucony endorphin shift, my two favorite max cushioned shoes
How many quality miles do you think I can get out of these shoes?
300 to 400 depending on how hard you are on your shoes. I have between 150 to 200 on these and they're still going strong
Can this rebel v3 use for half marathon?

How bout da sizing
i wanted more room so i got a size 11 in these, which is a half size up from my normal size. you could do that if you want a little more room or you could go with your normal size
100miles a week, woah
i built up to it slowly over the past year. cycled up to 80 a few times and then back down
