Awesome Job! Gotta love how bright atomics are! Also saw your 600's dimmer wheels start to go nuts during the fly-out. :-) We still run them in our house on a regular basis so i Understand the struggle.
Do you have a neat way of matching strobes to the drumbeats? Or is it just about being nitpicky and finding the correct flash BPM and triggering at the correct time
This was a really cool video and I really enjoyed watching it, thanks for putting it up. Fantastically educational to see how a timecoded light show like this is put together, it's something you can't really learn by anything but practice and seeing how it's done by other people. Was the entire show controlled by the timecode stack or was the operator bashing buttons during the show to do things like the beat matched flashes? (I know MA can record bumps as a part of the timecode stack, wondering if that was used or if there was some manual element to this as well)
what fixtures where you using to do the strobe effects? and holy crap those mac 250s look bright af in that vidio, the ones i work with must have aged a bit as they dont look as bright lol.
It's a great lightshow! But there are some minor details that could make it to the next level. Make sure all the 250's have the same bulb because of the colour temperature. Make sure all those bulbs are evenly young. You can see that some have been yellow because of age. Still a great show, but none of the visitors seems to be interested in it😅
@@Markus.Underhill bit late to this y'all but with TC you can skim over many layers of TC and keep adding fx over fx while build lights into a cue stack..So first pass may be very simple just pan and tilt, then you run the TC from start again you add in some colour chase or FX patterns then 3rd time you skim over it you add gobos .4th time haze ect ect till you get whatever scene look for Song or 2) perfect look for a live venue

i wish my campus let us do something like that!
I wish we were allowed to do anything 😂 I put on max strobe and they flipped out
They are used to sit in total darkness, don't hurt them.
Me just looking at the gobo on the floor O_O
Where there are two things happening in a cue, like move up and strobe, is the the strobe in the same cue or is it separated?
Love your videos!
ALT Pro after reading the description, I believe the strobes were recorded on separate executors, that's why you can't see them in the cue stack. :)

Am i the only one that finds this kind of stuff interesting 🤔
Are they all students in a Lighting Design class or what’s going on there?
Chuck precisa de algum cabo para plugar na mesa e no pc para fazer o time code interno para dispara o Reaper
Brilliant lighting show perfect timing, I like how u show the cues and what device dose what
What’s the name of the songs in this??? I really want to find them!!! Especially that epic intro song!!!!! Does anyone know??
Why in some parts the cues do not advance but there are things changing on stage? Did you call other cues through CMD from that cue?
Those will just be cues executed from another executor within the same timecode show.
:)
very good!!!
Well done. What's name of the song please:)?
