That "wolf" is an awesome and fitting choice to represent Romania! It was the flag of Dacia, how the country was called before the Dacian-Roman wars and it represented a Wolf Dragon. Dacians also meant "wolves" (Greeks called Us "Daos/plural Daoi", meaning wolves) and the flag's name was "Draco". It had 3 uses: 1. Scaring the enemies (it howled in the wind). 2. Showing where the wind blows for better arrow accuracy. 3. Hinting at the unity and bravery of wolf packs while looking badass.

Nice , very rare to see people in Romania that doesnt know any English at all , but this happens mostly in small isolated villages and with older people mostly.
People living in villages care only about their harvests and animals, most do not go to school to even learn the native language. For them, the simple life is just about working, taking care of fields/crops and animals. Whenever I visit one of those remote villages they always say that work is life.
From what you've experienced, you've only seen a little bit of everything. You haven't reached the "Danube Boilers", you haven't seen the caves, the Danube Delta, you haven't reached Therme Bucharest, etc
There is an old joke in Romania: "We evolved despite our reckless government". It's the case that our Tourism Minstry is doing nothing to promote Romania but RUclipsrs did'it super well and for free. Thank you and you are all welcome. Please enjoy your stay and don't forget about "mici".
There are at least 12 other travel bloggers in Romania right now, I am happy to see you chose something that was less visited. If you ever decide to return to Romania and visit few attractions my favorite were the salt mines "Salina Turda" and "Salina Praid" as well as the legendary "Bear cave" (Pestera Ursilor, from Bihor County, Chișcău village). The bear's cave was legendary and can't wait to go visit it again in the future, if you want otherworldly and unique that's your destination since in my travels I've never seen anything more otherworldly than that. Not many know about it and is just surreal. I've visited a huge portion or most of the country, always glad to offer more suggestions if you'll like those.
i hope you visit the Danube Delta all foren turists are mising this place and is mind-blowing! Pleas dont miss out, go to Murighiol and take a sped boat in the most amaizing place in Europe!

That wolfes found a baby in the forest , and protect that baby for 5 days! His parents died from a bear atack , and the kid (6yrs at that time) survive , and a pack of wolfes take him in their pack . The wolfes stayed in the same area for 5 days , waiting for someone to help that kid . And a few days later the villagers come and help that boy. I don't know how true it is , but that was a long ago .. maybe in 1900.. or 1880 .. something like that . But i meet someone from his family , and they know the same story about their grand grand father .

We loved our visit, we spent 3 weeks exploring and are heading back for another two weeks.
