I have just discovered you this morning with the first clip when you arrived in Romania. Watched all 4 of them, i was on the 3rd clip and the end and you just posted this, so it was amazing. I want to tell you that we romanians are very hospitable with our tourist, we are always happy to see tourists here and try to make them feel like home. I have seen you have already tried sarmale and papanasi so I'm going to recommend you another traditional food of ours we very much love. It's called mici ( which basically traduces to "smalls". the interesting story of this food is that back in 1800 and something some guys at some restaurant we're making sausages but they ran out of intestines and they just rolled the meat like a sausage and put it on the grill, and thats how mici were invented. ) You have to serve them with mustard and beer, and we always eat them straight with our hand. Ask locals for a good place to serve mici and enjoy them. Very happy to have you here brother, and I recommend you also visit Transfagarasan ( you also have a very high chance to see a bear live ), Maramures, Sibiu. Romanians are welcoming and kind, but at the same time, we are a depressed and frustrated nation due to never-ending corruption and oppression of the political class... This sometimes makes us look bitter and hostile, but in reality, we are just worried about tomorrow...
Btw "Lei" means "Lions". Singular is "Leu". The currency of Republic of Moldova and Bulgaria are called Lions as well. Leu/Lei in Moldova like Romania and Leva in Bulgaria. Also the lady who told You "Să porți sănătos" wished you "to wear them in good health", it's a common Romanian thing to say when you sell or gift clothes/shoes/hats.
Hello Davud, Welcome to Romania. In Romania there is law, all items must have a price tag, so there are no tourist prices(usually, I'm sure people can get creative, like the cap you bought in the trainstation. Price tag was 25, you had to pay 30 lei. Could be different models of hats..difference was only of 1 euro) The most likely scam in romania is taxi. They are all required to start the meter, if they don't do it, 99% is scam. Even with meter they have some ways of making it tic faster. Meter on 80% safe😅. In big cities, use bolt/uber, common transport. Usually trains are slow, late and more often than not, no A/C. Try local airports, a bit more expensive, but faster and you don't do sauna :). With how you looked in this clip, like a authentic tourist, ie(not IN), romanian hat, troller around you...and you only "maybe" got scammed of 1 euro. I would say Romania is one of the safest countries out there.
I was actually surprised when the taxi driver in Sinaia told him that it's going to be around 5 euros. I was expecting him not to start the meter and go for like 20 euros 😅
Brother you went to Obor Market and didn't try mici? Is basically the second traditional food in Romania after sarmale and one of the most famous place to eat mici is in Obor Market, it's called Terasa Obor.
10:00 she did not make a mistake. She said 15, but shortly after 10, because you were her first customer on that day and maybe you would bring her luck for the next sales.
Almost incredible to find out you didn’t try “Mici” - the Skinless Sausages while at Obor Market. That is the place that supposedly sells the best of this Romanian food staple.
The milk lady was saying that she was blushing when you tipped her because she is not used to it, and then she said she is sorry for not knowing english because when she was little she had to learn russian. Also when you gave her the flowers she was saying many many thanks and that she was blushing again ☺️ The hat lady said that the hat is 15 but she will give you for 10 so that is why she gave you 40 back and after you insisted with 15 she went along with it. After you tipped them, they wished you that God give you plenty of health (a common wish in Romania) and wanted to give you that second hat for free. The national shirt is called IE (spelling is like a eeee-eh, that first "i" is not spelled like the single "i" from iPhone for example) and the lady was saying "sa o porți sănătos" which translate to "wear it healthy" and "cu drag" is a way of saying "with pleasure" but it's more like "dearfully" or "with dear" when you say "Dear mom..." which is a more warm way compared with "with pleasure". You have my deepest respect because of your way of interacting with locals, buying from old lady on the side street something that most likely don't need and national shirt, not one but two, and tipping all those people from milk lady to donut guy and specially those two old ladies and I mention this because Romanians are stupid when it comes to tipping because they will have no problem tipping 30-40 Lei for a 120 Lei bill at Caru cu bere but they will bargain for 1 leu with some old lady selling a jar with honey or some potatoes. 12:41 Hats off to you.
18:17 "Wear it in good health!" she said. A common wishing when someone buys new clothes. 19:30 It's not 'in', the name of these traditional shirts is written ' IE ' in Romanian and it's pronounced "e ɛ"
Hello Davud! The name of the traditional Romanian shirt is "ie". Your name, Davud, I think is the same as the name David in Romanian, which means beloved. You went to Obor Market and you passed by the terrace where you can find the best "mici".
Maybe he is Muslim and really strict with his food, I'm not sure that he would eat "mici" cuz they are usually made with pork + beef (or mutton). Maybe in Bucharest he could find halal Romanian restaurants that serve non-pork "mici"...

The most likely scam in romania is taxi.
Yes one of the safest because all your pickpockets are busy stealing in France,Spain ,Italy and the UK👍
I am a new subscriber, you have such a nice and kind vibe ❤
Brother you went to Obor Market and didn't try mici? Is basically the second traditional food in Romania after sarmale and one of the most famous place to eat mici is in Obor Market, it's called Terasa Obor.
Probabil este musulman și nu mănâncă porc!
Cum ii garantezi că micii nu conțin carne de porc .
@@getbeget563 Da, m-am gandit si la aspectul asta, dar a mancat porc in Malaysia, nu cred ca e Musulman.
Romanian traditional blouse is called "ie". Pronounced ee-a. "In" is linen.
Welcome! 👋🏼🇷🇴
Hello! In the past we saluted people by the formula servus, this is more original!
I like your hat, I’m going to buy one!
I started watching this and as I watched it disappeared. lol glad to see it back up
Nice shirt ..love it❤❤
love and respect from AF
Nice shirt man
i am live in srilanka. my favorite blogger you
The milk lady was saying that she was blushing when you tipped her because she is not used to it, and then she said she is sorry for not knowing english because when she was little she had to learn russian. Also when you gave her the flowers she was saying many many thanks and that she was blushing again ☺️
The hat lady said that the hat is 15 but she will give you for 10 so that is why she gave you 40 back and after you insisted with 15 she went along with it.
Hats off to you.
😊😊😊
Congratulations brother
18:05 she sayd "you shall wear it healthy" its like how you would say in english "enjoy it"
Davud you look so handsome in in with cowboy hat 🤠
@@AndyB91 , If you had watched his second video from Romania, you would know that he eats pork. He doesn't follow any religion.
@@AndyB91 Și la Carrefour se găsesc mici din carne de vită și oaie . Și la sârbi găsești la târguri mici din vită si oaie .
@@AndyB91 He ate sarmale and pork in the previous video lol :))
@RaduRadonys my bad, I saw it afterwards. Well, probably he will eat mici at another place. 🙈
Me 💖 i love your videos !!💞
like your vid's. one week ago you wear a پېښوري پټکی and now an american Tourist cowboy hat. Truly flexible.

First 5 minutes of the video was in the previous video too😁❤
There is a "scare house" near dracula Castle. Really inexpensive, only 15-20 mins. You should try it.
The lady was so sweet, she only wanted to place the milk bottle in your empty bag and you reacted like she wanted to steal the bags😂
Nicoleta said she loves Azer dances. Genuine ones of course
I am happy that you are in my native city I hope you will have a nice and pleasant stay the lady with milk she said she was blusshed and she regret that she did not spoke english as she learned russian when she was young.
