- Hello friends
I made a simple router jig.
It can be adjusted according to what you want to fit.
It is also possible to process non-right angle shapes.

Excellent DIY jig - Great design 👍
I don't think I will ever understand why videos like this get downvoted. Personally I prefer dialogue to further explain what is going on but his videos are crystal clear with no language barrier. Another great video.
Some people do more talking than anything. This guy is the total opposite. Absolutely fantastic. Action speaks louder than words.
louder and clearer 😊👍
You always find a way to make jigs and tools completely accurate without a lot of unnecessary frills that waste time and money. You obviously put a lot of thought and experience into every project. Please keep on sharing your projects. Thanks so much!
Thank you.
I am distributing jigs that can be used safely as videos.
Please share the video with your friends!
A bottle of Jack as a counterweight! Man, you're a genius! :D
I like when creators continually use their own created tools to make stuff
Good job
Atticus Draco have you checked out Paoson woodworking?

Yes, most certainly have
He caught my attention with an adjustable chuck a couple years back
:)
The best profi i have ever seen!!! Thanks for this!!!!
Your videos always inspire me! I went with Hardboard (HDF) and 2020 t-slot extrusions. It's given me a great deal more adaptability with being able to mount things to the sides, and to screw the hardboard onto the t-slot extrusion, from underneath. I made a 8-way version as well, with a few pieces, and can now do octagons.
Seems that I have t rethink my approach to making jigs. Thank you for the inspiration, you have me deepest admirations.
By far the best DIY channel I ever encounter. Thank you!
I love this channel because besides making incredible tools, the protagonist is always the wood, all very clean and visible. Impressive.
He IS the wood?
What an easy jig to make and the result is a PERFECT fit. Once again, you sir are the master.
Not that easy. I am making it right now if you dont have the right hardware you need a lot of extra steps.
@@PatchworxStudios yeah... like the thing at 5:16 ??? What's it called... I've been looking online for days. I just thought "Slotted bracket" but that put me into a rabbit hole.
Yes i made those Parts myself from some 3mm Aluminim. The Problem is that you need an absolute perfectly concentrical base... i mean absolute. If not this Thing will selfdestruct.
@@PatchworxStudios lol I just bought 20 of them on Misumi... I finally found them, and they seem to be the only premade version in existence (I assume @JSK-KOUBOU got them at Misumi as well.)
They are called Auxiliary Brackets if I can remember. (My brain is mush after the constant searching.)
@@carterscustomrods xD Nice that you finaly found them. I have seen them on some furniture but its still a non standart piece. I altered the designe to fit my local resources and my scrap bin xD. How are the results? Mine works well enough but like statet above needs a rebuild because i simply could not center the damn routerplate. I first need to rebuild the router circlecuting jig then the baseplate then recut the jig to make it perfect...xD.
A picture paint a thousand words great job
Thanks for sharing this design. Gotta say mine worked OK, but I really struggled to get a clean recess with it. My Makita router has a big knob sticking out at the base, which meant I had to keep rotating the router to avoid it hitting the rails, and I kept dipping the router into the recess accidentally. It's a wired router, too, so that compounds the problem of trying to rotate it 360˚ in a small rectangle. I also had some issues clamping it down...if one side was too tight the MDF boards wouldn't stay level with each other and I'd get another hiccup when moving between boards. Had a heck of a time getting the right parts in the UK, as well, and I didn't get the exact ones...nothing common fits comfortably in those t-rails; they don't seem to make nuts that fit snuggly and that would have helped (I think they do for the larger t-rails). I'm looking at other jigs for future projects that work better with my router.
Impressive !!! Thank you for sharing.
Simple, yet ingenious! It is so enjoyable watching these useful tools being created. Thank you so much!
The most simple, straightforward and effective adjustable jig I've seen, many thanks!
I love everything you make JSK-koubou,thank you
Watching you work is ZEN.
DE LO MEJOR Y SENCILLO QUE HE VISTO GRACIAS POR COMPARTIR TUS CONOCIMIENTOS HERES UN AUTÉNTICO MAESTRO ME DA GUSTO VER Y ADMIRAR TU MAESTRIA
Its way better than the others diy routing templates because you actually see the shape. Simply genius !
I love the practicality of the designs and the quite unhurried peacefulness of the videos.
Fantastic Videos! Learn something new for each one I view. Very useful products. Thank you.

Extra like for the "Jack bottle counterweight"!
I have such a jig for at least 30 years. And this is the first time in 10 years I see it on youtube
I have seen it a lot on RUclips, but this is the thinnest one
What do you call that long sliding washer like piece that connects each piece to the other? Trying to find it so I can get some for my self. Great jig!
Brilliant !!!simple jig and like the way you have demonstrated the making of this 👌thank you
Absolutely briliant! I need this level of preciseness. Many thanks from Czech Republic.
Good idea 👍
Complimenti sei sempre in gamba . Super
Perfection as always JSK-koubou. I’m not sure if you read these comments but. On some of your videos you have a layout parts list with dimensions onscreen, the more recent ones, can you revisit this one and add them please?
Brilliant job!
Qué belleza de trabajo! Gracias.
Ingenious design. But what do you call those extensions into which you fit the screws?
thank you great idea will make and use for inserts and drawer rail
Sou de Salvador/Bahia-Brasil e fã do canal.
Congratulations for the beautiful work. And I liked the bottle of whiskey as a counterweight. I am from Salvador / Bahia-Brazil and a fan of the channel.
But anyway I like to express my highest compliments for your plans and projects, Well done!!
Hi, really like your video and would like to build one for myself. Which T-Tracks and connectors did you use?
Neat jig👍
Nice, very nice, so accurate milling! But... doesn't your bit burn the wood?
GOOD JOB....
Clever, simple and effective! Loved it!
Handy little unit. You will always have to use the same size router bit which would be annoying if you have a lot to take out.
Another simple idea well executed. What do you call the metal brackets that connect the t- track ?
Thankyou
Did anyone find it out?
@@rafaelbezerra8048 I'm looking for them but nothing...have you found them?

Yet another simple but smart jig. I have some extra t-track that I may see if I can use to make one of these. Nice idea. 👍🏻
I like the counterweight on your vertical track saw.
I like what you do ❤️
Excellent well done.
Nice work MASTER, thanks.
Genius . good job
This is the best adjustable square recess jig I've ever seen, just wish I could get the plan and know where to get the slide brackets.
Excellent! Do you have a parts list?
Very creative and great idea. Nice job and thanks for sharing!
Very useful and easy to build... thx for sharing 👍🏽
Very nice jig m8 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
I made one from wood a couple years back on my channel buit I love yours better. Wow need to make one too now.
I like this channel......👍👍👍
Perfect jig . Brazil , Beni
Great video and perfect build!
One question: for the cut to be precise, you have to use always the same bit?
Thank you for sharing!
Anyone noticed that the hands don't look like a man's? If it's a lady behind this , big huge salute from me to you for your wonderful work ma'am! If it's a man still a big salute!

A brilliant build, so useful, thanks for posting from Garry in the UK

Great idea and execution... can you tell me what the little slotted section at the end is called?
I'm also struggling to find the "little slotted section" bits. Has anyone got a name for them please?
Very good jig, simple and accurate! Congratulations, good job!
