Have to admit, these are very practical and efficient designs. Circles and curves are always something that require extra effort but with this jig, it's a lot easier to deal with. Thanks for sharing!

I am EXTREMELY IMPRESSED with your shop made tools, jigs, talent and ingenuity!! One tip that I use is instead of drilling holes in the jigs to match the hole pattern on bottom of your router and fastening the router to the jig, use a router guide bushing in your plunge router base, and then drill a matching hole in your jig. I usually use a 3/4” guide bushing and drill a 3/4” hole in your jig. This way your vacuum hose won’t twist around the router. This will work with some of your jigs but not all of them. (You will need a Makita adapter plate to accept 1 3/16” O/D guide bushings.). John Jensen from British Columbia.

I'm impressed by the new suction cup, I made one on my 3D printer.
Unfortunately, with a round shaped cup it is impossible to know where the center is.
So I made a square one and now I can align the edges of the cup with the cross marks on the target.

You had me in the beginning with the with the simple DIY project and then when you start building the rocket ship towards the end. That’s where I was like well seems cheaper and faster and easier just to buy one off of Amazon or a store that sells something similar.

What a fantastic job you are always doing, JSK-Koubou. However, I think I have already asked you why you don't turn your ideas and designs into commercial products and sell them. I assure you that you will become a famous brand and perhaps outperform Kreg Tool. Do it, man, you won't regret it. Good luck.

How do you manage to come up with more ideas to make tools for tools that will later make you more tools. I am so beyond heartbroken jealous, that I wish my brain functioned this way, I love to tinker, want a shop of my own saws and tools, and of course having just started at age 50, am to scared to cut a table saw sled cause I feel every measurement would be off. How do you understand measurements like this? How does one learn how to find measurements and cut like this with such precision. Ugh I freaking love these videos and the thought processes. I wanted to be an engineer but was crappy at math. But I always wanted the tools and ability to make anything from nothing to solve a problem. I do it quite frequently and I love that it’s mainly wood but you also show all other materials etc. freaking amazing and I’m awe inspired
