Factory ordered Super-90 Karmann Coupe originally finished in Ruby Red (6202) with Grey leatherette interior. Optional equipment included chrome wheels and Continental tires. VIN 211116 is currently finished in Ruby Red with Tan upholstery. The paintwork and exterior trim are very presentable with a few cosmetic imperfections in the paintwork. The interior features headrests, VDO instrumentation, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, a Porsche radio delete plate, and Simpson seatbelts. Not originally specified on the Certificate of Authenticity is a factory electric sunroof that operates without issues. The undercarriage is solid and rust free and nicely detailed.
Mechanically powered by a replacement 1600cc push-rod engine (type 616/36) that makes excellent power paired to a 4-speed manual transmission and four-wheel drum brakes.
