Do you people really don't understand that Xenia is an open-source project and will not be as stable as commercial tools? At least not for a long time. People who work on this thing are doing it in their spare time for free. There is no fix for this error except for developers developing Xenia further and fixing bugs along the way

"Graphics device lost" usually means a driver crash due to an unstable GPU or VRAM undervolting or overclocking
